ShoeDazzle Disappointing Delivery Experience with Shoedazzle and Delivery Company

So, I ordered some shoes from Shoedazzle and was pretty excited to receive them on Tuesday, January 31. However, when the day came, my shoes were nowhere to be found. I decided to check the delivery company's website on February 1 and saw that my package had a delivery exception. I was pretty bummed out, but I figured I could just call the delivery company and sort things out. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a direct phone number for them, so I had to leave a message on their website.

I was told that I would hear back in three days, but I never did. I was starting to get pretty frustrated, so I decided to check the delivery address on my email confirmation. To my surprise, it was different from the one I had given Shoedazzle. I knew I had to call them and get this sorted out, so I did.

The representative I spoke to was pretty helpful, but they had to go through a three-day update process by submitting a ticket in the delivery company's system. I was a bit confused because the rep didn't call or email the delivery company directly, but I figured they knew what they were doing. I was told that I would receive a call back to confirm the address, and then I would have to wait a few more days for my shoes to arrive.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with the whole experience. I was really looking forward to getting my shoes, but it seems like there were some communication issues between Shoedazzle and the delivery company. I'm still waiting for my shoes to arrive, but I'm hoping that everything will be sorted out soon.

ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle Review: Quality Boots with Room for Improvement

Shoedazzle is my go-to website for all my boot needs. I absolutely love the quality of every pair of boots I receive! However, there are a few things that I wish were different.

Firstly, I would love to see more rounded or oval-shaped boots on the site. I find that there are too many pointy-toed boots, and I prefer a more classic look. Additionally, I would love to see more simple designs in colors like pink and pastel shades. While I appreciate the boldness of leopard print and fish scale textures, sometimes I just want a plain suede boot or something with a cute lace detail.

Another issue I have is with the height of the heeled boots. As a tall girl, I love wearing heeled boots to add some extra height and confidence. However, I find that most of the boots on the site are too tall for me. I don't want to tower over every guy I meet, and it can make me feel self-conscious. Additionally, the taller boots are often uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I think a 2-inch heel is the perfect amount of height without causing any pain, but there aren't many options on the site that fit this description.

Overall, I still love Shoedazzle and their fierce and beautiful boots. However, sometimes I just want to look cute and approachable, and I think the site could benefit from some more classic and comfortable options.

ShoeDazzle Disappointing Experience: Delayed Shipping, Missing Items, and Poor Customer Service

I put in an order on December 9th, which was perfect timing to get my gifts by Christmas. The website said that my order had been shipped and I even received confirmation that my entire order had been completed. However, I never heard anything else until I realized that I was missing a few gifts. I went back to the website and checked my order history two weeks later, only to find out that it was still waiting on labels. I decided to call and speak with someone about it, and a young lady told me that my order had been brought back to the warehouse by the carrier. To make matters worse, one of the items that I had ordered was no longer available.

I finally received the other items on January 1st, which was a whole month later. I was so frustrated that I asked for my money back, but they only gave me store credit. It was as if they didn't care that it was my money that they were holding onto. I'm going to use the store credit, but as soon as I find something that I like, I'm canceling my membership. I've been with this company for years, but I've been treated this way twice now. I'm not going to be the fool for a third time. That's just not in my DNA. Thanks, but no thanks.

ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle Review: On Point Customer Service and Style

I gotta say, Shoedazzle is pretty dope. Their customer service is on point, and they don't mess around when it comes to delivery and returns. I've been a member for a hot minute now, and let me tell you, when they drop a new product, it's like a feeding frenzy. They don't stock enough of the good stuff, so you gotta be quick if you wanna snag it before it's gone.

I mean, I'm not gonna lie, it's frustrating when you can't get your hands on the latest and greatest. They always ask for your email so they can give you a heads up when new stuff drops, but I never seem to get those emails. Maybe it's just me, I dunno. I'm not exactly the type to be checking my inbox every five minutes, you know what I'm saying?

But hey, sometimes you gotta take a chance and try something new. It's not always gonna be a home run, but that's just part of the game. And even when I don't love what I ordered, I still appreciate the quality and style that Shoedazzle brings to the table.

Overall, I'm a fan. Sure, there are some hiccups here and there, but that's life. Shoedazzle keeps me looking fresh, and that's all that matters.

ShoeDazzle Disappointing Experience with Shoedazzle: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I heard about Shoedazzle from a friend who's been a member for years. She gifted me a pair of boots from them on my birthday, and I was thrilled with the quality and style. So, I decided to order eight pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle for myself. I was eagerly waiting for my order to arrive, and it did arrive early, which was a pleasant surprise.

However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I opened the boxes. Most of the shoes were scuffed, dented, and/or smashed, and none of them were true to size. I wear a size 8, but every single pair was off on size. I was really upset with the quality of the shoes and decided to contact customer service.

The customer service representative gave me a really hard time and ultimately canceled my VIP membership. She told me to use the same mailing label with the same tracking number in both boxes (my shipment came in 2 separate boxes). I tried to explain to her that USPS won't accept two boxes with the same label, but she argued with me and wouldn't give me two labels. Now, I'm worried that only one box will track, and I won't be refunded for the other box.

The whole experience was really crummy, and it was a huge bummer for me. I had been wanting to join the VIP program for a long time, and when I finally got the chance, it was a complete flop. I hope Shoedazzle can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle VIP Program Review: Decent Shoes, Overpriced Items, and Shipping Delays

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I first signed up for Shoedazzle's VIP program. The intro prices were pretty sweet, and I was able to snag a couple of cute pairs of shoes for a decent price. But after that first purchase, things started to go downhill.

First of all, let's talk about the prices. I get that they're trying to make a profit, but some of the items are just way too overpriced. And don't even get me started on the clearance section - most of the stuff is out of stock, and the things that are available are still pretty pricey, even with the discount.

But I will say this - the quality of the shoes is pretty good. I bought a couple of pairs from a friend a few months ago, and they've held up pretty well. So if you're willing to pay the price, you're getting a decent product.

Now, let's talk about shipping. It's ridiculous. They charge $14.95 for decent shipping, which is pretty steep if you ask me. And sure, they offer free shipping if you spend enough on your purchase, but that's not really a great deal if you're already paying a premium for the shoes.

And don't even get me started on the delivery times. I made my first VIP purchase almost two weeks ago, and I still haven't received my shoes. I've gotten multiple emails about the delivery date, and each time it's been pushed back. First it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, then Thursday, then Wednesday again, then Friday...you get the idea. It's been a mess.

All in all, I'd say that Shoedazzle is a decent option if you're willing to pay the price and deal with the shipping delays. But if you're looking for a good deal, you're probably better off shopping elsewhere.

ShoeDazzle ShoeDazzle Review: Beware of the VIP Membership Catch - 3 Stars

My teenage daughter recently snagged a pair of stunning boots from ShoeDazzle, and I gotta say, they look pretty darn good. That's why I'm giving this company a solid 3 stars instead of just 1. But let me tell you, there's a catch to their "VIP welcome offer" that many young folks like my daughter might not be aware of. When you take advantage of this deal, which slashes the price of your purchase by a decent amount, you're actually signing up for their "membership" club. And get this - they'll automatically charge you $49.95 every single month towards the purchase of new shoes. Yikes!

When I called up ShoeDazzle to try and sort this mess out, the first rep I spoke to basically told me tough luck. She said all the info about the VIP membership was buried in the fine print under "Details." Well, that just ain't right. So I called up my credit card company to dispute the charge, and they suggested I give ShoeDazzle a ring to cancel my daughter's membership. I spoke to another rep, and let me tell you, I was pretty darn frustrated. I told her it was terrible PR to sneak these memberships in under the radar like that. But she was actually pretty nice about it - she cancelled our membership and refunded the recent $49.95 charge. So that's why I'm giving ShoeDazzle 3 stars instead of just 1.

Overall, I'd say if you're gonna shop at ShoeDazzle, just be aware of what you're signing up for. Don't get caught off guard like we did. But hey, if you do end up accidentally signing up for the VIP membership, at least you know they'll cancel it if you give 'em a call.

ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle Review: Quality vs. Price and Membership Perks

I've been shopping at Shoedazzle for a while now, even before they joined forces with JUSTFAB. I have to say, the styles and variety did take a bit of a hit after the merger, but they've since made a comeback and now offer more variety in heel heights than ever before.

As for quality, I still have shoes from before the merger that look like new. However, I have noticed that the product now seems more disposable. The soles are thin and some booties split at the seams within a month of light use. On the other hand, the purses are of better quality than the shoes, and the clothes are okay too. I think the clothes and bags are well priced, but the shoes, based on quality, are overpriced.

One thing that does frustrate me is that they never seem to stock enough product in the most popular sizes. I'm a busy person and can't check weekly or monthly for new styles. They do have a "Wish List" option, but even when it's "Back-in-Stock", it's rarely in my size.

I've considered ending my membership, but it does have its perks. You get special deals and additional sale markdowns. But the bigger reason for me is that now, unlike prior to the merger, I can use my credits on sale items. I actually spend more money than before, but now I don't feel cheated out of the special promotional deals.

Overall, I do get some pretty nice product from Shoedazzle. I'm not sure if I would recommend the membership unless the person can afford paying $50 a month without concern. If someone is more into fads than a quality product that will last for years, then Shoedazzle might be a good fit for them.

ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle Review: Disappointing Products, Poor Customer Service, and Lengthy Refund Process

So, I gotta tell ya, my experience with Shoedazzle was not great. I was super excited to order my first pair of boots from them, and I even ordered three pairs because I couldn't decide which ones I wanted. But when they finally arrived, almost a whole month later, I was pretty disappointed. One of the pairs was marked as a size 6, but when I opened the box, they were actually a 6.5. And the other pair didn't even have a zipper, so there was no way my foot was gonna fit in there. Not cool, Shoedazzle.

I returned two of the three pairs, and I was supposed to get a store credit and a refund for the pair that was the wrong size. But then, when I skipped a month and ordered something else with my store credit, it was way too big. I followed their size chart and everything, but it just didn't fit. So I requested a smaller size on December 6th, and when I called them on January 18th to check on it, they told me they had received my return 14 days ago but hadn't realized they didn't have my size in stock, hadn't notified me, and hadn't issued a store credit. What the heck, Shoedazzle?!

I asked for a refund, but they told me they could only refund my credit card $18 in 7-15 business days, and then I'd have to wait for the credit to show up in my Shoedazzle account before I could request a check to be mailed to me, which could take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. That's a lot of waiting for something that wasn't even my fault. I asked to speak to a manager, but the customer service rep just put me on hold and then passed me off to someone who pretended to be a supervisor but just repeated the same stuff. Not cool, Shoedazzle.

Honestly, I'm just done with this company. Their products aren't worth the hassle, and it's a pain to cancel your subscription. They'll try to offer you a $20 credit to stay, but trust me, it's not worth it. And I have a feeling their call centers aren't even in North America, so good luck getting someone who actually understands you. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

ShoeDazzle Shoe Dazzle VIP Membership Review: Good, but Could Use Some Improvements

I've been a VIP member of Shoe Dazzle for more than 12 years now, and I have to say, my experience has been pretty good overall. But, there are a few things that I think could be improved. For instance, I feel like loyal members like myself should have access to more perks. It would be great if the points we earn from purchases could be used for free merchandise, instead of just a discount on an item with purchase. It would also be nice if those points could roll over instead of expiring each year. I always felt like I was losing out on something when my points expired, especially since I rarely got to use them when I made a purchase.

Another thing that could be improved is the application of those points. I think they should be automatically applied at checkout, or at least members should be reminded to use them. It would also be great if Shoe Dazzle offered a birthday reward or VIP anniversary reward to loyal customers. And, it would be nice if we could use our credits on sale items, so we don't have to use other funds to purchase those items while credits are sitting in our accounts.

Unfortunately, due to inflation and changes in the economy, I no longer feel like there's a valid reason to continue my membership. While the discounts are nice, I feel like I have more options elsewhere. I prefer being able to control the amount I spend on styles, have more sizing options, and hassle-free returns that can be done at a local store, mall, or other less expensive websites.

I've enjoyed my time as a member, but I don't see myself purchasing many items from Shoe Dazzle in the future due to the pricing offered to regular guests and the lack of consumer confidence when purchasing items that can't be tried on beforehand.

My last purchase was a robe coat that was pretty, but way too long and a bit too large. I ended up giving it away to a family member to avoid the hassle of returning it. It's just not worth the time and effort to print labels and find time to stand in line at a UPS or FedEx facility, especially since I get off work late in the evenings during the week.

Overall, I have no regrets about my time as a VIP member of Shoe Dazzle, but it's time to move on and save some money.

ShoeDazzle new boots

My name is Lucretia Bluester and i recently bought a pair of brown boots size 11 and the zipper got stuck again I say again because this is the 2nd time I've bought boots from You guys and the zipper stuck and won't move and I had it them on and after an hour yes an hour of me and my husband trying to get the zipper down we had to cut my way out of the boot finally wiggling my foot out of the boot which now hurts I would like to be Refunded or sent a New pair.

ShoeDazzle the commercial

The show dazzle commercial is disgusting. Erika looks like a porno star. the commercial has nothing to do with shoes. Your commercial has no value to it and it's immoral and disgusting. Send this to your Corporate office and tell them they should be ashamed of themselves showing people and especially children, this explicit and despicable stuff. I will never buy your products.

ShoeDazzle charging my credit card again for an already purchased item!

This has happened not once, twice but three times now, and quite frankly i'm pissed off at they're lack of fixing this problem their [censored]ic billing department has! I purchased boots on november 26th to see yet again the same purchase charged to my credit card today dec. 2! So I call them to again complain and the person i'm speaking with is trying to twist me into thinking this didn't actually happen. Give me a supervisor! I work at a hotel. I know how easy it is to reverse this. Do you think I was even given the excellent service of this being done? Ha! Of course not. I was told heres 10% off your next purchase for the error. Your freaking kidding me right now! Your lucky I ever use your service again! Who authorized you to charge me again for a purchase I already made? I auta call the police cause this is fraudulant and pure theift! And not only do these cowards do this once but three times!
Ill be dambed im gonna wait 10 days for my money credited. God help them!

The product that I have received has all scratches on the left shoe. I am attaching the image of the product received.
Highly dissatisfied with the product. I have ordered rain boots as I wanted them urgently due to the rainy season and I am new to Canada (New Immigrant) and my experience of shopping online with shoe dazzle.
I have packed the shoes as received as it is of no use to me and also initiated a return/exchange.
I would like you to look into this and reply with a solution.

ShoeDazzle wrong order, lying representatives

I received the wrong order. Called customer service, the representative told me I could keep the wrong boots(would never fit, 2.5 sizes too small) and they would send me my pair. He told me I would get an email regarding the new shipment. It was the same tracking as the wrong order I already received. He did nothing. Put no notes on my account... And he didn't know correct English as he was from another country. Maybe he didn't understand what I wanted. If I would have never called back again I would have never figured out how to get my boots. Now I have to fix their mess up by finding time to get to the post office. I ordered from them because I have no time to go to an actual store. I will never NEVER order from them again. I'll go without boots before ordering from them. Maybe shoedazzle needs to hire competent employees that don't lie to their customers!

ShoeDazzle boots

I received a pair of boots from someone as a christmas gift. They are suppose to be a size nine, but I cannot get my foot into the shoe. Also one of the buckles came off the shoe before I opened the package. I tried calling customer service but a machine cannot help me with this becasue I'm not the one who ordered them. Shoedazzle customer service sucks because if you are not the one who purchased the items, there is no way you can talk to customer service.

ShoeDazzle complete nightmare

I purchased shoes, they delivered a handbag. Would be fine if it wasn't supposed to be a Christmas present, now it's certainly too late for exchanging and stuff like that. However, I called them and the only thing they were interested in is the handbag. No alternatives, no offers, not even a store credit. They promised to call me back but never did. So I called them again, but no one picked up. Oh well, I hope one day I will get this finished and forget about these clowns forever,

ShoeDazzle it's a trap

Just like many other people I was caught into their trap without knowing it. I purchased a pair of shoes and it was my only one communication with them, but they decided it was enough for starting charging me every month. The amount is huge for nothing - almost 40 dollars. It's insane.
I actually wasn't going to shop there anymore, but they said that the money they took would become a credit for further purchasing. Thanks, but I didn't want to spend more money...
I didn't sign г for anything. But probably you automatically do it, when you buy something from them.
So people stay away, it's a trap.

ShoeDazzle service & company

Shoe dazzle is a great place to buy cute shoes for a great price don't get me wrong, BUT when it's time to cancel your membership it's a problem. I canceled my membership in April yet I'm still being charged from my account $39. I have called every month speaking to a manager saying that my membership has been cancelled and a refund has been posted to my account but it's the same thing every month.

ShoeDazzle defective shoes

I wish I saw the reviews earlier! I bought a good looking pair of shoes from Shoedazzle and when they arrived I was extremely happy. Boots looked great, but unfortunately they were poorly made and after two weeks of using they broke!
I contacted Shoedazzle and asked for a refund but they said that they can't accept the shoes back because I already used them.
They said that they were sorry that I was not satisfied with my order and offered me a 5% discount on my next order. That was the most ridiculous thing to do! First of all I will never buy from them again and if they were really sorry they could offer me something better than only 5%!

ShoeDazzle vip membership

Company says you can cancel at any time but there are no working options to cancel. They ask you a series of automated questions then put you on hold only for no one to ever answer your call. Tried several times with the same result! The online chat does not respond as soon as you mention wanting to cancel! If it were a legitimate company, they wouldn't have to scam people out of their money to sell you something!

ShoeDazzle don't waste your money!

I purchased one pair of shoes and since it was my first order I received a 50% discount. Month later they charged $40 from me! I immediately called Shoedazzle customer support and demanded a refund and asked them to cancel my membership. Their rep did not care about what I said and started to tell me about the benefits of the VIP membership. I gave up talking to their useless rep. I spent days arguing with them and finally was able to cancel my membership. Avoid this website!

ShoeDazzle absolutely ridiculous!

I literally spent hours trying to purchase a pair of boots! Their website has some serious problems. I could not order anything because their site said that my phone number, my address and even my name were invalid! When I finally made an order and paid for it, I received a message from ShoeDazzle stating my boots were out of stock. I got excited thinking it was finally a success until I received that email. I'm done with this terrible company! They took my money, but I'm not receiving anything since the product I ordered is out of stock! I'm seriously frustrated and very disappointed with this website. Avoid ShoeDazzle at all costs!

ShoeDazzle don't become a vip member!

I joined ShoeDazzle and signed up for a VIP membership. After becoming a member I bought a pair of shoes and received my order in reasonable time. I was surprised that my order arrived so fast. But I was pretty disappointed when I saw the shoes. Quality was very bad and shoes looked extremely cheap. Then I canceled my membership, but was still charged the $40 for it! When I tried to call them only an automated voice responded. I spend almost two hours just trying to get in touch with somebody. But that time was a waste because their representative did not give me a refund even though it was their fault! Do not order anything from ShoeDazzle! And do not become a member, it is impossible to cancel it.

ShoeDazzle low quality and poor service

The shoes I ordered from ShoeDazzle were cheap and quality was very low. They also charge me $40 every month for the membership, although I never signed for it. However the strangest part is that once you have a membership, there's only a limited amount of things you can use it on! So there is no point in signing up for it. Free account actually has more benefits. You can’t split the store credit, you need to use it all at once. It’s quite stupid that they charged my credit card without my permission, and I can’t use my store credit like I want. There is not a single thing I find cute to use my credit. Very disappointed.

ShoeDazzle what a terrible company!

The customer service is terrible and most of the agents don't speak English at all. After I tried to explain the reason of my issue the agent became frustrated, because he couldn't understand what I was saying. Then he just dropped the phone. I called back to explain everything again, but the new agent could not understand me either. This company is really unprofessional! I have been a customer for two years and never had a problem. I was very confused, so I deleted my account. It is better not to deal with ShoeDazzle.

I ordered a pair of shoes several months ago, but never received anything I called customer support to dispute and got an apology, they told my order would be delivered in a couple of days, but nothing again. Made a second call and was informed that my shoes were missing. They offered me to pick anything else and gave me $15 credit for my trouble as an excuse. But I never received the second item either. Awful company to deal with! They refunded me only 50%! Do not purchase anything from ShoeDazzle.

ShoeDazzle customer service is horrible

ShoeDazzle's customer service is horrible, starting from their representatives being rude. They make the customers feel bad, they repeat the same things over and over again, as if you didn't understand the first time. They are very impolite and unprofessional. They can't even tell you when or how your order will be delivered. The fact that they cannot give you the information you need is absurd. To be part of a "VIP Membership" you need to pay a monthly fee, but the only bonus you get is just a couple of dollars off but nothing else. The least they could do is offer you a proper customer support! Or at least provide you all the necessary information about shipping status and other important things.

ShoeDazzle rediculous company!

There were some nice shoes on sale and I decided to order them. But I still cannot believe I was tricked and robbed by this company. I got my shoes and was socked. Now I understand why they were on sale. I never saw such bad quality shoes! Shoes were mad from very cheap material. Also I got a Vip membership. I don't know how that happened, I never signed for anything. And since then they charge me $40 every month. I opened their site and found the information about. Yes, there is information about memberships on their website. But it is located in the bottom and written with tiny letters. Recently I called the company and they said how happy they are that I am their client. I believe all positive reviews about ShoeDazzle are fake! I bet their employees are receiving a good payment for adding good reviews! I hate this site! Give my money back and cancel that membership, I don't need it! Absolutely ridiculous company!
