Crab sales
On February 7,2023 I ordered 15 lbs of King Crab from a company on line. My credit card shows a company named Shoepie.co.. After 2 weeks of waiting I sent an email and they assured me it was on its way with many satisfied customers. The tracking they sent me was in China and could not get confirmation. I am requesting a refund of my $114.99 payment. Please advise if you can assist

Rolling Manicure Table
I ordered a rolling manicure table on March 7, 2023 for $50.75. It said it could take up to 30 days to ship so I waited and would check for a tracking number then it was non existent. I reached out and got a response they said they would just refund me even though I didn’t want the refund I wanted the product. I’m writing this complaint on May 21, 2023 now and it’s been some emails back and forth but still no refund. This was a gift to my daughter for her birthday and I’m a single mother of 3 and I feel horrible because this did not come in time for her birthday and I didn’t get my money back to get her something else. This website needs to be shutdown for fraud.

On March 10 2023 I ordered a 11 ft W x 11 ft D Plastic Storage Shed for $78.00. I reached out several times to the email address listed and I never received a response back. As a single mother of 3 every penny counts and I was/ am In need of a storage place for the kids and I. If their was a issue we could of figured out a solution but nothing from them in regards to me reaching out.

Never received the item I purchased and never got a refund.
I ordered a CD Burner from Shoespie on March 5th 2023. A month went by and I didn’t receive the item I purchased. I contacted the company and they sent me a tracking number which turned out to be bogus. I got a reply that the number was invalid. So, I asked for a refund twice and as of today, April 30th 2023, I still haven’t gotten a refund. If Shoespie is going to send me the CD Burner I’d like for them to refund me my money.
Chest freezer
I ordered a chest freezer from them on March 1. They said it would take about 15 to 20 days to deliver. I check the tracking every day and one day it said it was delivered but I never got any package and I’ve contacted customer service over and over and I want a refund and they keep telling me it’s processing, but I never get any refund. I have tried to dispute the claim with Cash app and they keep denying my dispute because it appears that nothing was wrong and there was no error, but there is a huge error. I haven’t gotten my money or my chest freezer and this is starting to get ridiculous. I feel like I got scammed out of my money and all I wanted was a freezer

I placed an order 02/23/2023. It was shipped on 03/09/2023. I kept checking the tracking and for a long time no update. Then 04/04/2023 it reads US, delivered. "LIE". I was home all day and it never arrived. So here it is 04/09/2023 and I still can't get any help. I have emailed them too many times. There is no number to call. I am so upset. I would just at least like my money back if I can't get what I purchased.
Another thing... my order doesn't even show up under my account on shoespie? So, I can't dispute for a return without that.

There tracking shows my package was delivered at 830am this morning yet I haven't received the package nor has the post office received any package in my name. So where did it go. The address was correct and on shoepies contact us page it says the times to call but doesn't give u a phone number only an email. I sent them an email but I have a feeling there not gonna respond. Is this site just a scam! If not why do I have to go through all this trouble to find it!

Crab legs not received, no response from shopee
The order #104796 placed on 2/2/2023 and shipped on 2/6/2023 was associated with tracking # AS811568067CN.
On 2/26/2023 the tracking system gave a notice the package was delivered, but it was never received at the identified delivery location. It is now 3/11/2023 and no package has been delivered. I have tried to contact them several times and have not recieved any responce.

I purchased crab legs.. only later to find that they"shipped" from China. What a bunch of BS package never arrived, my shoesPie account disappeared - never existed even though I was able to log onto it and find my order # and status, until I started writing letters as to the status of my purchase. And of course I never received the package.. I was give Chinese postal tracking #s, US postal tracking #'s all fake. I was ripped off plain and simple. The advertisement made it seem as though the product was being shipped from the USA no mention that this was a Chinese (maybe Russian?) product - if the product ever really existed!
Obviously this was a scam from the beginning and I got ripped off.

I never received my package
I ordered a pair of stiletto side zipper plain round toe PU boots back back on September 16th, 2022. It has been almost 5 months and I still have not received them. I have sent several messages to the 'contact us' link on the website and have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue, or even getting a response back from them regarding this issue. I am very unsatisfied, and would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Apparently they sell shoes, but of late have taken up selling crab legs?
Of course they don't - but they will happily take your $157.50 . No order confirmation, no tracking number, no order number. When pressed for the above I was sent a fake tracking number and a fake order number. When I asked for a refund and later a screenshot of the proof of the refund they sent me an internally created bs "document" - but it had nothing to do with a mastercard refund. They are using fake stock photos and using a legitimate Texas restaurants logo.
These people are criminals. They may have started out semi-legit, but they have clearly crossed to the dark side

poor quality products
I ordered from Shoespie in mid October and recieved shoes at the end of November. The shoes were very wide and seemed to be a size or 2 too big and made of poor quality material, product did not look anything like the shoes shown in the photo.Emailed Shoespie as directed with complaint and return address and was notified that i would be notified within 24hrs of return address to return product as you could not return them to the address that shipped them to you.I never got a response from Shoespie with the shipment info.The shoes were on sale for 117.00.I waited too long to get the shoes, I'm out of my money and stuck with too big, poor quality shoes.The company is a fraud and should be shut down and should not be able to advertise on any site!

I emailed this Chinese company 3 weeks ago for an order update and got a response with a tracking number with some unknown international carrier. The website of the carrier looked very suspect and the tracking# came up with nothing. Since then, I have emailed Shoespie twice with no response.
I think this company is a scam. I paid over $120 for boots that were to be a Christmas present. I am lodging a complaint with the BBB and now have to work with my credit card company to remove this charge, if they will at all. Total BS. Give me a refund, Shoespie!
