Total Scam
It's appalling that this company can continue to rip people off after reading the other reviews. I too was completely scammed while trying to find my elderly mother new shoes for her bunions. Other sites offered full returns/exchanges and this site just flowed right in with them. So by the time I searched here, I was an easy target of assuming they'd have similar policies. I'm in the process of getting details for an exchange, but based on what I read here, that isn't going to happen. This photo details the size difference between their size 9 and a size 9 I had in my closet!
Stay far, far away from this company!
Recommendation: BUYER BEWARE--AVOID THIS SITE
Shoes are cheap garbage!!!
Steer clear of this place. Cheap, plastic shoes that come directly from China without a box. Very poor quality shoes. NO refunds; exchange only. You have to pay the return shipping which they will NOT reimburse you. Shoes are NOT leather as advertised on website. NOT designed for people with bunions or any other type of foot problem. This place needs to be shut down for fraudulent practices.
Recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
Comfyfootgear offered a refund as a gesture of good faith and to prove they did not scam me But ONLY if I closed the dispute I filed with my credit card. I do not trust them to issue a refund at this point and will not close the credit card dispute.
They told me to return the shoes to 2093 philadelphia pike claymont de for an exchange. Cost me $10 to send them back. COMFY FOOT GEAR IS UNKNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS. Total scam company.
The Beware of Comfyfootgear.com: Cheap Plastic Shoes and Poor Business Practice
Potential buyers need to exercise caution when dealing with Comfyfootgear (comfyfootgear.com). Unfortunately, they do not appear to offer a place on their website where customers can leave reviews, making it difficult to evaluate the company's reliability and quality of products. However, based on personal experience, I must warn against doing business with this company.
Comfyfootgear advertises that they provide genuine leather shoes, but that is not at all what I received. Instead, they sent me the cheapest plastic shoes you could imagine; the kind you might find at a dollar store. The quality was abysmal, and the shoes had a peculiar odor that was reminiscent of nail polish remover.
To make matters worse, my shipment took weeks to arrive due to coming from China. There was no indication of the country of origin on their website, which can be a significant red flag for some people. I cannot stress enough how unimpressed I am with the whole experience.
Luckily, I discovered the fraud in time and was able to contact my credit card company, who is now handling the issue as a fraudulent charge. I am relieved that I do not have to deal with this terrible company any longer.
In conclusion, I recommend diligently researching companies before making any purchases, and in the case of Comfyfootgear, it is best to avoid their website altogether. Their product quality, customer service, and overall business practice are deeply unsatisfactory.
Beware of Comfyfootgear: Poor Quality Shoes and Unreasonable Return Policies
I recently purchased several pairs of shoes from Comfyfootgear, an online retailer specializing in affordable footwear. While the initial price point was appealing, the overall experience left much to be desired.
For starters, the shipping costs from their New York location added an additional $5.95 to my total, which felt a bit steep for such a small purchase. When the shoes finally arrived, I was incredibly disappointed with their quality. None of the four pairs I ordered were wearable, which was incredibly frustrating.
The first pair I tried on was so oversized that the back of the sandal hung out a long way, making them look ridiculous on my feet. The second pair unfortunately cut into the web between my big toe and second toe, even though I had only taken a few steps walking around my bedroom. The third pair, while the correct length, still slipped right off my feet with every step, making them completely unwearable. And to top it all off, the fourth and final pair felt incredibly cheaply made, like they wouldn't hold up for more than a few wears.
When I contacted Comfyfootgear to request a refund for such a disappointing purchase, I was informed that they only accept exchanges. If I wanted a refund instead, I would have to pay shipping costs all the way to China, as well as a restocking fee! I couldn't believe it - shouldn't the company be responsible for providing quality products to their customers, rather than passing the buck back to them in terms of shipping fees and restocking fees?
Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Comfyfootgear. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone looking for reliable, affordable shoes.
Comfy Foot Gear: The Disappointing Reality of Their Deceptive Advertising, Poor Quality, and Lack of Customer Service
As someone who values comfort and quality in footwear, I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience of shopping at Comfy Foot Gear. The website claims to offer shoes that are ideal for long distance walking and posture correction, but sadly, the reality could not be further from the truth. The shoes offered by the website were of such poor quality that they felt like cheap flip flops, with completely flat soles and zero arch support.
When I visited my podiatrist for his opinion on these shoes, he was completely taken aback by the lack of support and structure, especially for anyone dealing with any sort of foot issue. It was extremely frustrating to see that Comfy Foot Gear was making such false claims about their footwear, which only served to misinform customers and potentially harm their feet in the long run.
To make matters worse, shipping from the website took a whopping six weeks, which was incredibly inconvenient for me. But even worse than that was the complete lack of customer service I received from the company when I tried to get a refund. Despite my complaints about the quality of the shoes, they refused to reimburse me, instead opting to offer even more subpar products in exchange.
Lastly, I want to mention that even the design of the shoes was lacking. The piece of Velcro used to make size adjustments felt cheap and chintzy, and ultimately proved useless when I tried to adjust the fit of the shoe.
In short, I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Comfy Foot Gear to reconsider. The low quality of their merchandise, lack of customer service, and deceptive advertising practices make it clear that this is not a company that values their customers or their feet. Save your money and avoid the headache, and choose to invest in a pair of shoes that will actually provide the comfort and support you need.
The 4 thumbs that this post received must have been submitted by the people at Comfy Foot Gear. I have yet to find 1 single good review of this company.
Warning: Poor Quality, Slow Shipping and Shady Business Practices at Comfyfootgear
I recently had a frustrating experience with Comfyfootgear, an online store that sells slippers. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the quality of the slippers was extremely poor. What's worse, my order took well over a month to arrive. I also observed that most of the products available on Comfyfootgear seemed to be Chinese-made, and that the company itself operates several other websites that are suspiciously similar in wording and content. I suspect that they may be quickly switching domains whenever they face too much negative feedback.
Another issue I had with Comfyfootgear was their customer service, which was non-existent. It seems that the company has no interest in addressing customer complaints or concerns. In fact, I couldn't even find a phone number or email address to contact their support team.
All in all, I strongly advise against shopping at Comfyfootgear. If you're looking for slippers made in China, it would be much wiser to purchase from a reputable store like Amazon or Wal-Mart. Trust me, any slippers you buy from those retailers will be far superior to what you'll find on Comfyfootgear. Unfortunately, given that this company is based in China, it's unlikely that they will face any consequences for their shady business practices. It's a shame, but the reality is that we need to be cautious when shopping online and always stick with reliable, trustworthy retailers.
Comfyfootgear Review: Buyer Beware of Subpar Quality and Customer Service
Searching for shoes that can accommodate bunions can be a challenging and stressful task, but unfortunately, our experience with Comfyfootgear has left us feeling even more hopeless. Despite paying a premium price for leather shoes that are advertised to be wide enough to relieve our foot pain, we were beyond disappointed when we received the cheapest quality shoes that looked nothing like what was showcased on their website, after waiting for 8-10 weeks.
In an attempt to request a refund for our purchase, we were met with combative customer service that accused us of ordering the wrong shoe size, before insisting that we accept another pair of their shoes instead of allowing us to return and refund our purchase. It's disheartening to see such a lack of regard for customer satisfaction in a company that has advertised themselves to be the solution to our footwear woes.
While it's understandable that many companies manufacture their products in China, we cannot turn a blind eye to the fact that quality materials, shipping, and customer service were all subpar in our dealings with Comfyfootgear. We had hoped that finally finding a reliable source for bunion-friendly shoes would be too good to be true, but we never imagined that we would be treated so poorly as customers.
In summation, we strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing shoes from Comfyfootgear to thoroughly research and consider other options, as our experience was far from satisfactory. It's crucial to find footwear that prioritizes comfort, quality, and customer satisfaction - unfortunately, Comfyfootgear seems to fall short in all of these categories.
Uncomfortable and Unreliable: My Experience with Comfyfootgear.com
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Comfyfootgear (comfyfootgear.com) and wish that I had stumbled upon these reviews prior to making my purchase. One reviewer stated that the shoes were both too big and too tight, and unfortunately, I can confirm this to be true. The design of the shoe is such that the toe is extremely flat, causing undue pressure on my already sore toes, while the rest of the shoe is too loose. This made for a most uncomfortable experience, which is particularly disappointing considering the nature of the product.
Moreover, it's noteworthy that the product was shipped from China and arrived creased down the middle of the toe, a sign of poor packaging or handling. The toe part is made of incredibly thin material that could barely withstand such careless packaging. Although they do have some symbols of assurance that claim a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and GUARANTEED QUALITY on their website, their return policy suggests otherwise.
Even if the shoes are of poor quality, they consider it an invalid reason for a return. Unfortunately, there is no available option for customer review on their website, leaving unsatisfied customers feeling unheard and stuck with a subpar product. In light of my experience, I would caution anyone considering Comfyfootgear to proceed with care.
Beware of Comfyfootgear: Online Shoe Store Scam Alert
Comfyfootgear, an online shoe store offering comfortable footwear, has been receiving a lot of negative feedback from customers who are dissatisfied with their products and services. There are numerous reports that the company is importing substandard shoes that are not made of leather, despite being advertised as such on their website.
Many customers have also complained that the shoes they received are two sizes too small, and are made of cheap plastic instead of the high-quality materials they expected. Furthermore, customers have expressed frustration that they need to return the shoes to China in order to exchange them, leaving them with a hefty shipping expense.
In addition, complaints reveal that the prices for the shoes are exorbitant, with some customers saying that they were overcharged by the company. They also mention that the advertised price does not reflect the final amount, which includes added shipping fees and taxes.
Another concern among customers is that the company falsely portrayed itself as an American business, when, in reality, they are based in China. It took weeks for customers to receive their orders, which were shipped directly from China, leaving them disappointed and dissatisfied.
Moreover, it is troubling that Comfyfootgear does not offer refunds under any circumstances, which has left many customers feeling taken advantage of and betrayed. To make matters worse, despite multiple attempts to reach out to the company, they have not responded to any complaints or inquiries.
In light of these issues, it is clear that this company's practices are a complete rip-off, and consumers should be wary of buying anything from them. Customers who have been scammed are advised to contact their credit card companies and demand a refund. Hopefully, if enough people take action, this fraudulent company will finally be forced to stop doing business in Canada.
Comfyfootgear.com Review: Frustrating and Disappointing – Order at Your Own Risk
It's important to be cautious when shopping online, and unfortunately, my experience with Comfyfootgear (comfyfootgear.com) has left me feeling very frustrated and disappointed. In my opinion, this company should not be allowed to continue operating due to the way they conduct their business.
I was looking for a pair of shoes that would be comfortable for my feet, which have bunions, and I thought I had found the perfect pair on Comfyfootgear's website. However, when the shoes arrived, they were too small despite being advertised as being the correct size. When I tried to get this issue resolved, I found their customer service department to be very unhelpful and unresponsive. Eventually, I had to resort to getting PayPal involved in order to try to resolve the dispute.
This process was not straightforward either, as Comfyfootgear did not provide a clear return address on their website or on the package I received. Instead, I had to rely on PayPal to provide me with the shipping address associated with the seller's account. To make matters worse, this address was located in Romania, while I am based in the United States, and the cost of returning the shoes ended up being much more expensive than the shoes themselves.
Aside from the logistical issues, I was also very disappointed with the quality of the shoes themselves. Despite being advertised as high quality and designed especially for people with bunions, they didn't seem to live up to these promises. I regret spending my hard-earned money on these shoes and would advise others to steer clear of Comfyfootgear.
Overall, my experience with Comfyfootgear has been a frustrating and costly one. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would urge those considering making a purchase from them to take their business elsewhere.
Comfyfootgear Review: Terrible Experience with Incorrect Sizes and Poor Customer Service
As a customer of Comfyfootgear, I recently had an experience that left me extremely dissatisfied. I had placed an order for seven pairs of shoes, however, upon receiving them, I realized they were all in European sizes rather than the US sizes I had expected. This resulted in the shoes being too big for me to wear.
My attempts at returning the shoes for the correct size were met with difficulty. At one point, I was asked to send the shoes back to Hong Kong at my own expense of $128.00 US dollars, with only a partial refund being offered. The whole process was a constant back-and-forth between the contact person from the company and myself. Eventually, it became clear that the company was not going to make returning the shoes an easy process.
Even when I followed their instructions to measure my foot in centimeters and provide a picture of the tagged shoe, they dismissed my request without making an effort to resolve the issue. Their response was that I must not have known my true shoe size since, according to their calculations, I should be wearing size 5 US shoes. This was not correct, as I hadn't worn that size since Jr. High.
On top of all of that, the shoes smelled terrible. The odor was so strong that it was nauseating. I feel completely stuck with seven pairs of shoes that are useless to me, and I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company. In fact, I discovered that the over 1000 five-star reviews on their website are likely fake, which further confirms that they are not to be trusted.
My problem with the sizing is that Comfyfootgear uses a fictitious E.U. Sizing chart.
Uncomfortable shoes and unfair return policy: A review of Comfyfootgear
I recently came across Comfyfootgear's shoes on social media and was excited to try them out as they seemed to offer great support for bunions and were flexible and breathable. However, my experience with the company has been disappointing. Firstly, I was billed for my order without any indication of when it would arrive. When I followed up with their customer service team, I was informed that the items were shipped from an international warehouse, which would take 10-25 days to arrive, excluding weekends and processing time. This was not clearly mentioned when I placed my order.
To make matters worse, when the shoes finally arrived, I found that they were cheaply made with inflexible plastic soles. The shoes were also delivered in a soft bag with no protection, which could have caused damage during transit. Moreover, they did not fit well and caused a cut and a blister on my foot within just a few minutes of wearing them.
Unfortunately, when I tried to return the shoes, I found that the company has a strict return policy that only allows for returns if the shoes are damaged or the wrong size, and only if they are returned in the original packaging. This means that I could not even try on the shoes to check if they fit or were comfortable without risking not being able to return them. The customer service was unhelpful in this regard, and I felt trapped with a product that provided me no value.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Comfyfootgear to anyone. The shoes are cheaply made, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. Furthermore, the return policy is so restrictive that customers have no recourse if they are unhappy with their purchase. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money on this product. Stick to reputable brands that offer quality products and fair customer service.
Comfyfootgear Complaints 13
3 pairs of shoes purchased
Purchased 3 pairs of shoes online from Comfyfootgear.com. Cost for all 3 pairs was a total of $134.85. Date of purchase, 5/29/2023. Waited a few weeks for shoes delivery, was notified coming from China. Received shoes and was very unhappy with all 3 pairs. They were shoes very poorly made, uncomfortable, not able to wear them. I noticed on the website there was not a phone number to call to complain. There was a notice in my package if you wanted to return the shoes to mail them back to China for a store credit. I did not keep this notice because the shoes went in the trash, I figured it is a loss I had to take. If possible I would like a refund of $134.85, even a portion were be appreciated.
Desired outcome: Please refund or business taken offline. I would like appreciate a response.
Two pair of “orthopedic” sandals
I purchased two pair Orthopedic sandals from ComfyFootgear. Upon receipt of this order I found the sandals to be of extremely poor quality. In no way are these sandals what they are advertised to be. I have been in touch with the two email addresses, [protected]@gmail.com and support @comfyfootgear.com. Each with the same reply. They will give you a credit to use on their website. You can not get a refund. I don’t recall seeing a link to customer reviews on the site. No wonder if you could read the reviews you would never purchase any product from them. Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company! My order was placed on 5/25//2023. I used PayPal to send payment. I have filed a dispute with them.
Desired outcome: Want my money back, 121.81
Shoes are not leather. Cheap, plastic garbage.
The shoes come directly from China and are not in box. Very poor quality shoes that are NOT leather as advertised on the website. They are plastic garbage. They are also NOT designed for people with bunions or any other kind of foot problem as they are advertised. This is false advertising. They do NOT stand behind their merchandise. They do NOT offer a refund; exchange only. Why would I exchange a pair of garbage shoes only to receive another pair of garbage shoes? This company should be shut down!

Disappointing Quality and Lack of Customer Service: My Experience with Comfyfootgear
As a dissatisfied customer, my experience with Comfyfootgear was unfortunately nothing short of disappointing. The "sneakers" that I purchased were truly subpar in terms of their quality, featuring hard plastic bottoms and a thin, porous material that left much to be desired in terms of comfort or durability. To make matters worse, despite the fact that I ordered a pair of shoes that was supposed to be narrow, they were strangely too small and too wide at the same time.
Perhaps even more frustrating than the issues I encountered with the actual product itself, however, was the company's lack of customer service. Despite my dissatisfaction and attempts to receive a refund, I was met with a frustrating lack of support- effectively leaving me out of pocket by $50.
All in all, my experience with Comfyfootgear fell far short of my expectations for both quality and service. I would certainly think twice before considering a purchase from this company again in the future.
Unreliable Customer Service and Defective Product: My Experience with Comfyfootgear.com
As someone who enjoys finding good deals online, I was drawn to Comfyfootgear.com because of their discounted prices on footwear. However, the pair of shoes that I received were unfortunately not fully wearable and seemed to have some defects. I had ordered a size up from my usual size, but even then, the shoes were not fitting me properly.
Feeling disappointed, I decided to reach out to their customer service team on the third day of receiving the product, as their website stated that customers have five days to contact them. Unfortunately, they didn’t reply to my inquiry until the fifth day, which made me feel even more frustrated.
While I could continue to list my grievances about my experience with Comfyfootgear.com, I’ve learned a valuable lesson about online shopping: always do your research on a company beforehand. After reading other negative reviews from customers, it’s clear that I’m not alone in having a less-than-satisfactory experience with this supplier. As a result, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from Comfyfootgear and instead, look for other trustworthy and reliable options that can provide better value for your money.
Disappointed with Comfyfootgear: No Shoes, No Refund - A Frustrating Experience
My experience with Comfyfootgear seems to be a frustrating one. I placed an order for a pair of shoes in January, which cost me a total of $64.90. However, up until this moment, I am yet to receive the shoes I ordered. It's been several weeks now, and I have been consistently emailing them about the delay, but no fruitful response. Recently, they shocked me and disclosed that the shoes got destroyed, and I will not be getting a refund since they were already destroyed. This is unacceptable, and I am feeling extremely disappointed. I expected better service from Comfyfootgear. All I want is my money back, and I implore them to handle this issue urgently.
WARNING: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Legitimacy from Comfyfootgear
So, I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Comfyfootgear and unfortunately, they weren't the right size. As a consumer, I figured exchanging them would be pretty simple but boy, was I wrong. I tried to contact their customer service number provided on their website and found out that it wasn't an authorized number. This made me skeptical about the company's legitimacy. To add to my frustration, there was no return address provided for me to send the sandals back in order to get a correct size. I had to resort to contacting them via email and even after emailing them twice, I still haven't received a response. Overall, my experience with Comfyfootgear has been extremely disappointing and I honestly don't know what to do at this point. I'm desperately seeking assistance and I hope that this review serves as a warning for other potential customers.
Unresponsive Customer Service at Comfyfootgear: A Frustrating Experience
I recently had an unpleasant experience with Comfyfootgear. Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered were not the right size, and this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. To make matters worse, the package came from an address in New Jersey, and the customer service team informed me that I would need to send the shoes back to their factory in China--at my own expense. Needless to say, this made the situation even more challenging to deal with.
If I'm being entirely honest, I found the customer service representatives at Comfyfootgear to be quite difficult to work with. Despite numerous attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, I was met with a lack of responsiveness and a general unwillingness to make things right. It wasn't until my credit card company got involved that they finally took action--and even then, the process was far from smooth.
Overall, I can't recommend Comfyfootgear. While their products may seem tempting, the hassle and inconvenience of dealing with their customer service team is simply not worth it. If you're considering making a purchase from this company, I would advise you to proceed with caution and be aware of the potential challenges you may face.
Unpleasant Experience with Comfyfootgear: Poor Quality Shoes and No Return Policy
I recently had the opportunity to shop from the online store Comfyfootgear.com and had a rather unpleasant experience. I purchased a pair of canvas shoes, which unfortunately turned out to be of very poor quality.
Something I had not noticed earlier was that the store had a no return and money back policy, which played into my dissatisfaction with the shoes. Not only were they cheaply made, but the fit was off, causing great discomfort during wear. To top it off, the smell was unbearable and I couldn't believe this was being marketed as footwear.
Overall, my experience with Comfyfootgear was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store. I would advise others to thoroughly research a store's return policy and customer reviews before making a purchase, to avoid any potential issues like the one I faced.
Warning: Do NOT Buy from Comfyfootgear - Terrible Quality and No Refunds
After recently purchasing two pairs of shoes from Comfyfootgear, I unfortunately have to share my terrible experience with this company. Firstly, the shoes are certainly overpriced and the quality is subpar. I was incredibly disappointed with how poorly these shoes were made and the lack of comfort they provided, especially considering the hefty price tag of $150 for both pairs.
But the worst part about this experience was the company's refusal to refund my money for any reason. I reached out to their customer service team explaining my dissatisfaction with the shoes, hoping to receive a refund and return the unwearable footwear. However, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses that left me feeling frustrated and ripped off.
Overall, I highly advise against doing business with Comfyfootgear. In my opinion, they are a complete ripoff that doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their products. Save yourself the hassle and expense and shop elsewhere for shoes.
Disappointing experience with Comfyfootgear: Poor quality, no refunds policy
I recently had a disappointing shopping experience on Comfyfootgear's website. Despite the name implying comfort-focused footwear, I found that the fit and quality of their products was below average. To make matters worse, the company has a strict no-refunds policy, essentially leaving unsatisfied customers stuck with subpar shoes.
In hindsight, I regret not checking reviews beforehand as many others have expressed similar grievances. Upon receiving my shoes, it was evident that they were poorly crafted with stamped out and glued together components, lacking the durability and sophistication that I was expecting.
It's unfortunate that I will likely have to part with my purchase without much use, perhaps as a donation. It's disheartening to think that Comfyfootgear is taking advantage of unsuspecting customers by charging them for lackluster products that are not worthy of our hard-earned money. I strongly advise against purchasing from their website.
Stay Away from Comfyfootgear.com: Disappointing Products and Unsatisfactory Return Policy
It is with immense regret that I express my disappointment in my recent experience with Comfyfootgear.com. I must begin by confessing that I failed to read the reviews before purchasing three pairs of shoes from their site. The cost of the shoes in total came to a whopping $141. To my shock and dismay, two out of the three shoes I received had an obnoxious squeaking sound to them that made me cringe with every step I took. As if that wasn't enough, the third pair was so excruciatingly uncomfortable that I could not fathom wearing them for more than a minute or two.
But my ordeal did not end there. Upon trying to return the subpar products, I was met with an extremely unsatisfactory Return Policy. It was evident that the company was not going to refund my money, no matter the circumstance. I cannot stress enough how vital it is to be cautious of this and beware of it before deciding to purchase from them.
What was even more concerning was the fact that it was impossible to contact their customer service team because the phone line provided for the company was disconnected. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning and adds fuel to my doubts about the legitimacy of this company.
In conclusion, I deeply regret purchasing from Comfyfootgear.com, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The substandard quality of their products and their unscrupulous return policy only adds to their lack of credibility. I have learned my lesson and will surely read the reviews before purchasing anything from an online store next time.
Disappointing Sandals and Poor Customer Policy from Comfyfootgear - Not Worth the Money
As a customer who recently purchased some sandals from Comfyfootgear, I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the sandals was absolutely terrible- they were far too tight and small, making them incredibly uncomfortable to wear. Not only that, but the material of the sandals was incredibly cheap, and they looked absolutely nothing like the pictures that were advertised online.
To make matters worse, the packaging that the sandals arrived in was also very poor. It was clear to me that no care or attention had been given to the packaging, and it looked incredibly shoddy as a result. However, what was really frustrating to me was the fact that Comfyfootgear did not offer a refund if you had worn or tried on the sandals- this seemed ludicrous to me, as how was I supposed to know if they fit or not if I wasn't able to try them on beforehand?
Overall, I would say that these sandals were definitely not worth the money that I paid for them. I wouldn't even consider them to be worth buying if I had come across them in a flea market. In fact, I almost didn't want to rate them at all, as I was so disappointed by the entire experience. I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from Comfyfootgear- save your money and look elsewhere!
I ordered womens sandals from comfy foot gear size 8 they sent me a size 9 1/2. They use a fictitious EU size charts to meet their scam. EU is 39 for U. S. Size 8. Comfy foot gears E.U. Size says 41 is a U.S. size 8 1/2.
I did not order a size 8 1/2.
Order from Amazon. At least you’ll get your money back as they are legitimate.
Comfy foot gear is not legitimate. They will gladly take your money, send you an incorrect item and not refund you 100% but will offer to give you a credit of 30% of your purchase price and you get to keep the item (that’s the kicker).
This is sad sad, taking advantage of the consumer, profiteering off of people needing an item.
Stay away from this company. If you write an email to them before ordering, still do not order from them.
Frustrating that a company can legally steal your money.
This is not a reputable company. They don't offer returns because their merchandise is basically cheap and worthless. I was sent two left feet of one pair and the other pair smelled like harsh chemicals. They don't even come in a box. They arrived in clear plastic bags, and were dropped off by a random guy, (not UPS, FedEx or even DHL).
