I ordered a pair of boots on 08/12020. I still haven't received my order. I've contacted the company through emails and telephone, but I haven't received any information about my order.

I bought some boots from Cactus Boot Co. It's been like two weeks now, and they said the boots would ship in about five days. But man, no one picks up the phone at Cactus, and they don't even bother replying to emails. I had to cancel my payment because it seems like they're trying to scam people.

Total scam, I sent several emails after purchase with no response back. I tried calling the number provided and it's now disconnected, so I filed a claim with my bank for fraudulent accounts. I suggest you all do the same; otherwise, say goodbye to your money.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots but never got anything. I waited and waited, and had to argue with my credit card company. It's crazy, they even have social media posts to make it look real. The social media also has negative comments and reviews! They're terrible.

They mentioned having a similar pair, so I asked for a picture. However, I haven't received any response from them yet. I've tried emailing and calling, but no one has answered.

Scammers! They never ship your order and don't respond to your calls. If you manage to reach them to inquire about your order, they either promise to investigate or claim they found it and will ship, but they never follow through. If you call them again from the same number, they won't answer, they'll block you. I'd give them zero stars if possible.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a total scam. I wish I had checked here before trying to buy boots. On 9/3, I got an email saying my boots were shipped, but I never got a tracking number. They took my money and I haven't heard from them since. They won't return calls or texts. Can't email them because the emails they list are not valid. This place is a total scam.

I bought some boots from this "company" on 9/7
I bought some boots from this "company" on 9/7. The website said they would ship in 2-3 business days. After waiting for 8 days, I thought it might be a scam and started a dispute with my credit card company. Right after I submitted the dispute, I got an email from the "company" saying the order had shipped, but there was no tracking number or shipping info. So I canceled the dispute. That was on 9/15. It's now 9/30, and I've been checking the website almost every day, hoping for an update. Still no response from them. I've sent 4 emails asking for any info about the shipping or the product, but no reply yet.
The item I received from the merchant was incorrect. I contacted them and agreed upon and exchange. After shipping the return at my expense, I confirmed delivery with the merchant and via the UPS tracking number. When I inquired about the status of my exchange I did not receive a reply. I have made multiple attempts to contact them via email, text message, and phone calls and I have not received a response. They have not shipped my exchange or refunded my payment. I’m filing this complaint to ensure they do not continued to take advantage of other consumers.

Shipped UPS, Have return receipt. Cactus will not return any calls, or answer any emails. Was willing to exchange for correct size, but now want my money back. then i'm going to return other pair that was wrong color, never worn.
I ordered a pair of their boots which claimed to be “100%” genuine leather and they weren’t. I received two different shoes in the same box; one boot was one skin, the other was different, and both were imitations, not genuine. I sent a message to the seller who has continued to ignore me and won’t respond. They also claim the boots are handcrafted by them, but in reality, they are made by another manufacturer.

I'm sure you've gotten lots of complaints about this company, based on the reviews I've seen. I bought 3 pairs of boots from Cactus Boots for a total of $338.94. I bought 2 pairs together, then later bought another pair separately. Cactus Boots sent me 2 pairs of boots that were not the ones I ordered, and they were also the wrong size. They never sent me the 3rd pair, which cost $112.98. I really want a refund for all 3 pairs since the 2 I got were wrong. I emailed both *** and *** (the email contacts on their website) multiple times. I also messaged them on their *** account, where I first heard about their special offer. They haven't replied to any of my attempts to contact them, and I feel like they've basically stolen almost $350 from me. I have screenshots of my bank statements on my phone app, which I can show in an email response. Thanks for your time.

I found this odd and thought perhaps they would send it later, but it never arrived. I have emailed them twice and also called the number posted on their website. All I keep getting is an apology stating that I have reached a voicemail box that has not been set up yet. I paid $99, plus an additional $12.99 for 3-day shipping, bringing the total to $111.99.

No updates on shipping or anything. I live about 6 hours away and should probably go down there and do something but I shouldn't have too if they would step up their game. I've send countless emails their phone number does not work so now I am forced to take this up with my credit card company and see if I can get it back. It's a shame how they promote themselves on Instagram just to steal peoples money. They have time to update the website to extend the sales but not time to respond to an email ? Funny.
