Comfy Sandals Unreliable: My Experience with Comfy Sandals

I ordered a pair of sandals from Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com) back in mid-May 2020 and immediately received a confirming email informing me that my order was successful. Shortly after, my credit card was charged and I awaited the arrival of my eagerly anticipated purchase. Over the following weeks, I received regular email updates keeping me informed about my order's progress, along with numerous promotional offers aimed at keeping me coming back for more.

However, two weeks ago I was given a delivery date that has since come and gone without any sign of my sandals. Attempting to get in touch with the company has proved tricky, as my calls went straight to voicemail, leaving me unable to communicate with anyone. Upon reading other reviews, it seems that many other people have experienced similar issues, and I regret not having seen these before I made my purchase.

At this point, I cannot recommend Comfy Sandals as a reliable place to do business, and I would advise others to steer clear. That said, should my sandals eventually arrive and turn out to be the wonderful product I had hoped for, I will be more than happy to amend this review.

Comfy Sandals Disappointing Customer Service and Product Quality: My Review of Comfy Sandals

As a disappointed customer of Comfy Sandals, I must say that their customer service is quite lacking in quality. Upon making my purchase on their website, I received a confirmation email that notified me that my sandals would arrive within 7-14 days and provided a tracking number for my package. However, to my dismay, the tracking number provided no concrete information whatsoever, besides just stating that my order had been registered. As a concerned customer, I reached out to their customer service team twice, seeking answers and updates on my order. Unfortunately, each time I received the same generic automated response, stating that there were unforeseen delays in processing my order.

In frustration, I even attempted to reach out via phone, but to no avail. All I encountered was an unresponsive answering machine that failed to address any of my concerns. Finally, after an extremely long wait of a month and a half, I did receive my sandals. However, I was sorely disappointed with the quality of the sandals and deemed them unfit for my wear.

Nevertheless, in order to return the sandals and have my money refunded, I now have to wait for a response from Comfy Sandals after sending them an email about the same. The return policy only lasts for thirty days, which leaves me in a difficult position as I am uncertain about their response time.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Comfy Sandals and their poor customer service and product quality.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com), and I feel it is important to share with others considering purchasing from this company. I initially bought a pair of Comfy sandals in a physical store and found them to be just decent. However, when I decided to order a pair online, I regretted not reading more reviews beforehand.

One major issue I encountered was the lack of customer service availability. I tried calling the provided phone number, but it was no longer in service. I did manage to get a few email responses, but they basically dismissed my concerns and pointed to their website disclaimers. Not a great first impression.

Another frustration stemmed from their delivery process. Comfy Sandals does not provide tracking information unless you pay extra for it through the postal service. As someone who frequently shops online, I have never encountered a company that does not provide basic tracking information as part of their shipping process. As a result, I have no idea where my purchase currently is or when it will arrive. All I am seeing for weeks now is that it's "in transit" to the post office in the U.S.

After these experiences, I have serious doubts that these sandals will fit well or be worth the price. I feel like I have simply thrown my hard-earned money down the toilet. Based on everything I have experienced and read from other reviewers, I am confident that I will never buy Comfy products again. I would urge others to heed my warning and the other similar reviews available online before making any purchases through Comfy Sandals.

Comfy Sandals Disappointing Experience with Comfy Sandals: Shipping Labels Expired and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com) and wanted to share my thoughts. Despite ordering a pair of sandals from the site, it took 5 days for labels to be created and, unfortunately, they ended up expiring. I was surprised to find that the shop attempted to mark the shoes as being delivered, even though they hadn't yet arrived. Finally, one of the shipping labels was scanned, but it ended up going to a different city in California and has been stuck there for almost 2 weeks. To make matters worse, USPS even removed the number from its system completely because it was not a legitimate label.

I've sent countless emails and attempted to call the phone number provided, but it appears to be "not callable" - which leaves me at a loss. I even filed a complaint on Paypal, hoping for some sort of response. After weeks of waiting and checking on shipping statuses, I did receive a lone email from Casual Comfort regarding one of my two separate orders, but it was a generic email and I never received any follow-up regarding my second purchase. All in all, I feel as though I may never see my shoes despite waiting for over 8 weeks.

It's disappointing that this experience turned out the way it did, especially since I was excited to receive my order and looking forward to a comfortable pair of sandals. However, I am hopeful that I will at least receive my money back. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that others will be aware of the issues I faced, and make sure to do their research before purchasing from Comfy Sandals.

Comfy Sandals Terrible Customer Service and Delivery: A Review of Comfy Sandals

I recently had an experience with Comfy Sandals, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on their website back in May of this year, and as of today, August 11th, 2020, I still have not received them. Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times, I have yet to receive a response from them.

After numerous emails, I finally received a tracking number. However, the tracking number simply kept indicating that the label had been printed and that the item was still being awaited. It became apparent that the company never received the item in question, as the tracking number ceased to exist after two weeks of updates. Needless to say, this was a frustrating experience for me as a customer.

As the summer draws to a close, I am worried that even if I do eventually receive my order, the shoes will no longer be suitable for the weather. It's a shame that I've had such a bad experience with this company, and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same issues. This company seems to be a total rip-off, and I think it's important that something should be done to get them off the internet.

It makes me wonder just how many other people they have done this too. It's interesting to note that I am not the only one experiencing this problem. I saw another review dated August 7th, 2020, expressing the exact same issue as me. As a potential buyer, I would advise you to be wary of using this company's services. Don't risk losing your money to a company that seems to have little regard for customer satisfaction.

Comfy Sandals Unpleasant Experience with Comfy Sandals - Avoid at All Costs!

I made a purchase on July 11, 2020, from Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com) and was disappointed to find out that my label was only created on July 17, 2020, with no shoes in sight. It has been 11 weeks since my purchase, and I have not received my sandals yet. After waiting for several weeks, I finally took the initiative and opened a dispute with Paypal. It was not until then that I got a response from the seller after waiting two to three days.

To my dismay, the seller took a condescending tone in the email. I was shocked to read that their website CLEARLY stated that "it may take 2-4 weeks for delivery of the most popular items." Are they kidding me? I could not believe they had the audacity to write that to me given the lengthy wait time. It was an annoying and frustrating experience for me.

What's more disappointing is that the number listed on their website does NOT work. I tried contacting them several times via email before opening the dispute with Paypal, but I never received a response from them.

Now after such a long wait, I finally have a tracking number that indicates my package is in transit. However, I am still skeptical, and I would only suggest using Paypal if you dare to order from this company. But better yet, I recommend not ordering from this company at all because it will take MONTHS for your items to arrive despite the label being created from Nevada. The tracking page initially showed Las Vegas on July 30, but now it shows Reno. What's even more confusing is that I do not understand how it is possible to have such a different location after several weeks.

In conclusion, this is a company I would not recommend doing business with. They are shady and sketchy and have an unpleasant customer service approach. I suggest finding another company with a better reputation and record of fulfilling orders on time. Avoid Comfy Sandals at all costs!

Comfy Sandals Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Experience with Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com)

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com). I ordered a pair of sandals in early March for a trip I had planned in May. Unfortunately, by the end of May, I still hadn't received the sandals. Despite taking my money immediately, the company sent me a tracking number that showed no progress in delivering my item. When I attempted to contact them via phone and email, I found that the phone number provided was fake and the emails all bounced back. I was completely frustrated and annoyed.

I ultimately had to contact PayPal to file a dispute. Thankfully, they were able to refund me my money. It turns out that the company wasn't even located in the United States as they claimed to be. In early June, after three months of waiting, I finally received a package that contained the sandals, but the box was labeled with Chinese writing! This only added to my skepticism.

Although the shoes ended up fitting well and looking pretty, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If it weren't for PayPal, I would have been out of luck and my money. I advise that you steer clear of Comfy Sandals altogether. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Comfy Sandals Disappointing Experience with Comfy Sandals: Proceed with Caution

When I decided to order two pairs of sandals from Comfy Sandals on May 23rd, 2020, I was excited to try out their products. Unfortunately, my experience with this company ended up being extremely disappointing. After not receiving any updates on the status of my order for almost a month, I reached out to request that it be cancelled.

Sadly, even after sending multiple emails to Comfy Sandals requesting a cancellation and refund, I never received any response. To add insult to injury, they continued to send me promotional emails about purchasing more sandals from them, despite my clear dissatisfaction with their service.

When I received a tracking number for my order, I was hopeful that my sandals were on the way. However, the tracking information only indicated that the package had been picked up and was en route to a USPS facility, with no updates on its location since then.

As of the writing of this review on July 8, 2020, I still have not received my sandals or any shipping updates - and Comfy Sandals has yet to honour my request for a cancellation and refund of the $68+ I spent on the order.

Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Comfy Sandals. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with caution and consider alternative options.

Comfy Sandals Warning: Do Not Purchase from Comfy Sandals - Horrible Customer Experience

In hindsight, I regret not doing my research on Comfy Sandals before placing my order on their website (comfysandal.com). It has now been over a month and a half since my purchase and I have yet to receive a shipping date. I attempted to contact the company several times via phone, email, and their "talk to Representative message" with no response. The confirmation email was the only thing I received from them. On their website, it states that orders will be shipped within 24 hours from a warehouse in the United States, and while I understand that delays may happen during the current pandemic, this extended waiting period is unacceptable.
I strongly advise potential customers to read other comments and reviews before making a purchase on this site. I personally contacted the Better Business Bureau, and encourage others to do the same in order to get this "company" shut down. Additionally, I have spoken with my bank about the charge and they have put in an inquiry to dispute the charge. Many credit card companies will refund your purchase if you are not satisfied. Please do not waste your time and money with Comfy Sandals.

Comfy Sandals Deceptive Shipping and Lacking Comfort: My Disappointing Experience with Comfy Sandals

I recently had a disappointing experience with Comfy Sandals, an online shoe retailer that sells what appears to be a line of cute and comfortable footwear. I saw an ad for the shoes and was immediately intrigued, so I decided to buy two pairs. Although I am aware of the risks of buying shoes online, I decided to take a chance and placed my order without any problems. However, I received an email confirmation saying that my shoes would take four to six weeks to arrive due to high demand. I was disappointed about the long wait time, since we are accustomed to Amazon-level speeds these days, but decided to wait it out.

When my order finally arrived, I noticed something immediately off. The box was covered in Chinese writing, and I couldn't find any information on the website indicating that the shoes would be shipped from China. This deceptive shipping process did not leave a good first impression. Upon further inspection, I saw that the shoe boxes inside the shipping bag were crushed and damaged. Luckily, the shoes themselves were not harmed. I tried them on, but found them to be cute, but lacking comfort. It was only then that I realized that the shoes were made by Siketu, a brand conveniently erased from the Comfy Sandals website. I conducted a quick online search only to find that I could have bought the same shoes for significantly less money on Amazon. I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Comfy Sandals, and felt that I had been ripped off.

Overall, I think that the customer service at Comfy Sandals could have been better. Based on reviews, I've decided not to return the shoes, even though I'm not completely happy with my purchase. I learned a valuable lesson about online shoe shopping as a result of this experience. In the future, I'll choose retailers with better transparency, and will carefully research the products I want to buy before making any purchases.

Comfy Sandals Disappointing Quality and No Support: A Review of ComfyFootgear's Women's Orthotic Sandals for Bunions

I recently purchased two pairs of sandals from ComfyFootgear and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The first pair I ordered were the Women's Orthotic Sandals for Bunions, but unfortunately, they did not offer any support at all. To make matters worse, the adjustment strip on top was fake, which made it impossible to adjust the sandals to fit my feet properly.

The second pair I ordered were the "Supportive sandals for women with bunion", but they were completely unwearable. The quality of the shoes was terrible, as they were made of plastic and offered no support whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase and wanted to return them, but unfortunately, I was unable to do so.

I was offered a refund of $16, but I would have to pay $4.95 for shipping to order another pair. I decided to give it another try and ordered another pair, but unfortunately, they were of terrible quality as well. They offered no support and were made of plastic, both inside and out.

These shoes are definitely not made for people who are looking for some foot support. The soles are completely flat and offer no support whatsoever. The website shows nice photographs, but in reality, these shoes are terrible. It's important to note that there is no representation of the company in the US, as the shoes are shipped directly from China.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing any sandals from ComfyFootgear. The quality is terrible and they offer no support for your feet. Save your money and look for a better option elsewhere.

The experience of purchasing from Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com) has unfortunately not been a positive one. As is often the case, hindsight is 20/20, and many who have experienced similar issues with this website have advised that it is important to read reviews prior to placing an order. In my own case, I regret not having followed this advice.

After placing an order for two pairs of sandals, I received an email containing a tracking number on May 6th. Unfortunately, this was the last time I received any communication from Comfy Sandals. Despite my best efforts to contact them via email, phone, and even Instagram, I received no response or indication that my order had been shipped. This lack of transparency on the part of the company is certainly disconcerting.

Thankfully, I did eventually receive a refund from my financial institution. However, now Comfy Sandals is claiming that they fulfilled their obligation by shipping the order, despite there being no indication that it was ever received by myself or anyone else. This level of dishonesty only adds insult to injury and is certainly not indicative of a reputable and trustworthy online retailer.

In conclusion, it would be wise to heed the warnings of those who have had negative experiences with Comfy Sandals and avoid ordering from them altogether. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by seeking out a more reliable and reputable retailer for your footwear needs.

Comfy Sandals Disappointing experience with Comfy Sandals - failed to fulfill order and no response to inquiries

I recently ordered a pair of sandals from Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com) for my wife for Easter and unfortunately, my experience has not been a positive one. Initially, I received an email indicating that my order had been shipped with a tracking number, and the money was taken out of my bank account on 3/28/2021. However, after Easter had passed, there was no sign of the sandals and when I tried to check the delivery date, I was informed that the tracking number was not valid.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to the company about the whereabouts of my order, I received no response. As it stands now, on our 43rd wedding anniversary, the sandals have yet to be shipped – a major disappointment for both my wife and I. Given that we live on a limited budget, the $30 spent on this purchase could have been used elsewhere, but we decided to go with my wife’s request for these sandals.

Overall, I would advise against ordering from this company as they have failed to fulfill my order, neglected to respond to my inquiries, and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. It’s important to proceed with caution when ordering online, and unfortunately, this particular experience has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

As someone who loves shoes, I was excited to come across Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com). However, my experience with this company unfortunately had nothing to do with their products. Instead, I felt the need to share my disappointment with their customer service.

I placed my order for two pairs of sandals back in early February, hoping to have them in time for the warmer weather. However, here we are at the end of April and I have yet to receive my items. What's worse is that I've contacted the company multiple times inquiring about my order status, and have yet to receive any type of response.

What's even more concerning are the many other reviews I've seen from individuals who have had similar experiences with Comfy Sandals. It's clear that this is not a reputable company, and I regret not doing more research before making my purchase.

At this point, all I want is a refund of my $78.00, but even that seems unlikely based on the other reviews I've read. I strongly advise others not to buy from this company, as it is completely disreputable and will only leave you feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I wish I could provide a review of the actual sandals, but unfortunately, I have nothing to show for the money I spent. In fact, I've included a photo of an empty floor as a representation of the lack of shoes I've received.

Overall, my experience with Comfy Sandals has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.

Comfy Sandals Disappointing Experience with Comfy Sandals - Don't Waste Your Time or Money

I was looking forward to receiving my new pair of sandals from Comfy Sandals and eagerly awaited their arrival after placing my order on March 25th. It was a bit concerning when I didn't receive any updates until April 11th, when I received notification that they had finally been shipped. However, I was surprised to see that my credit card had been charged on the same day I placed my order, even though it took several weeks for the sandals to actually ship out.

Unfortunately, it's now May 20th and I have yet to receive my sandals. I have been eagerly keeping tabs on my order and according to the tracking number provided - ***45076 - the package has been sitting in Buffalo, NY since April 12th without any updates or progress. To make matters worse, I have reached out to Comfy Sandals multiple times via email for assistance and have yet to receive even a simple response.

As you can imagine, I am quite disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience. Fifty-seven days have passed since I placed my order, and thirty-eight days since it's been sitting in Buffalo, NY. At this point, I'm uncertain if I'll ever receive my sandals or receive any form of communication from Comfy Sandals for that matter.

I recommend that you steer clear of Comfy Sandals' website as my experience has been far from satisfactory. Based on my experience, you might be better off shopping elsewhere for your comfy sandal needs.

When it comes to online shopping, customer service and speedy delivery are top priorities for many consumers. Unfortunately, my experience with Comfy Sandals has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the company's lack of communication and slow shipping times.

I initially purchased a pair of sandals from Comfy Sandals in 2019 and it took almost six weeks for them to arrive. Despite my love for the comfortable and stylish sandals, this long wait time left a sour taste in my mouth, and I vowed not to order from the company again.

However, in early June of this year, I decided to give Comfy Sandals another chance and placed an order for two pairs of sandals. Weeks went by and I still had not received my order. When I finally contacted the company, I was informed that shipping delays were due to the ongoing pandemic.

At this point, half of the summer season has already passed and I have yet to receive my sandals. It's a disappointing situation that has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Sadly, I have no plans to order from Comfy Sandals in the future. As the saying goes, "Once burned, twice shy."

Comfy Sandals Comfy Sandals: A Nightmare of Delayed Delivery and Fraudulent Practices

I had such high hopes for Comfy Sandals, especially after all the positive reviews I read online. However, my personal experience has been a complete nightmare. I placed my order way back on May 10, 2021 and over a month later, on June 18, 2021, I still haven't received my shoes!
I've attempted to reach out to their customer service twice via email, and even tried calling the phone number listed on their website. Unfortunately, every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail.
I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company. If I'm being honest, I feel like I've been swindled and scammed. Reading through other customers' reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who has fallen victim to their fraud.
At this point, I'm considering taking legal action. I'll be filing a complaint with the State of Texas Attorney General's office as well as the Federal Trade Commission to see if there's any way we can get this fraudulent company shut down. I'm also planning to report this to my credit card company in order to get my charges reversed.
It's incredibly disheartening to think that there might be people out there who are still falling for this company's lies and ordering from them. I really hope that if you're reading this review, you'll think twice before giving Comfy Sandals your business. Let's work together to hold them accountable for their fraudulent practices!

Comfy Sandals Disappointing Experience with Comfy Sandals: Poor Service and Endless Promotional Emails

My experience with Comfy Sandals has been quite disappointing. I was initially lured in by their promise of comfortable, stylish footwear and decided to place an order. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I started receiving endless emails offering more deals instead of receiving the sandals I had already paid for.

To make matters worse, my sandals had yet to even be shipped by USPS despite the barrage of promotional emails flooding my inbox. When I reached out to customer service for answers, I was met with no response, and all the while, the emails continued to pour in.

Fed up with the lack of communication and service, I decided to dispute the payment via Paypal. And it wasn't until two weeks after this dispute that my sandals finally arrived via PRIORITY mail. It's interesting to note that the package only arrived after my official complaint and dispute, leading me to believe that I would not have received my order otherwise.

Even with the arrival of the sandals, my experience with Comfy Sandals has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Not only were the sandals ill-fitting, but the terrible service and lack of communication from the company have convinced me that I could not recommend them to anyone in good conscience.

Comfy Sandals Beware of Comfy Sandals: A cautionary tale of disappointing products and poor customer service

Upon discovering Comfy Sandals (comfysandal.com), I was initially thrilled at the variety of trendy sandals offered on their website. However, after placing an order for two pairs of sandals and seeing that my PayPal was immediately charged in what appeared to be Chinese writing, I began to feel uneasy. This unease only grew stronger as I read the numerous negative reviews left by previous customers. If only I had read these reviews before making my purchase, I would've avoided this entire ordeal.

Thankfully, I found a number to contact the company regarding my order. I wasted no time in sending an email to cancel my order, but to my dismay, the email was returned as invalid. With no other options, I reached out to PayPal to dispute the charges, but my claim was unfortunately denied as it didn't meet their specific criteria. I felt completely helpless and frustrated with the situation.

Much to my disappointment, the shoes arrived today, and they were nothing like what I had expected. The material was cheap plastic, and the sizing was off, making them incredibly uncomfortable to wear. All in all, I was left tremendously disappointed in Comfy Sandals and the $50 I spent there.

In hindsight, it was a hard lesson learned to always check reviews before making online purchases. I hope this review serves as a warning to any potential customers of Comfy Sandals to do their research and proceed with caution.

I could not believe it! I had such high hopes for Comfy Sandals, as their website (comfysandal.com) seemed amazing. However, after making an order, I was sorely disappointed. It's been two weeks since my purchase and I have not heard anything about my order status; no confirmation email, no shipment date, absolutely nothing. I was left in the dark, feeling utterly disregarded.

I have tried reaching out to them multiple times but to no avail - no one has answered my calls or emails. It seems like no one is even running the company as their phone number is not in service, which is mind-boggling. I felt cheated, but fortunately, my credit card company was able to refund my money and assured me that they will handle the issue with Comfy Sandals.

Now, I am left wondering how Comfy Sandals can get away with such poor customer service and a lack of transparency. It's sad to see a company that seemed so promising turn out to be nothing but a scam. I genuinely hope that others who are considering making a purchase from Comfy Sandals do their research and avoid making the same mistake that I did.

Comfy Sandals Comfy Sandal Review: Disappointing Experience With Purchase and Customer Service

As someone who loves a good pair of shoes, I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new Comfy Sandals from comfysandal.com. Unfortunately, my experience with this company turned out to be less than stellar. It took a whopping 2 1/2 months to receive my order, and after reading other online reviews, I was concerned that I might receive used or damaged shoes.

When my package finally arrived, it came in a plain white shoe box, and the label indicated that they were made in China and meant to be a size 9. However, upon trying them on, I quickly realized they were actually a size 10, which doesn't fit me at all. Frustrated, I attempted to contact the company via phone and email, but found that the phone was always busy and they never responded to my messages.

I eventually decided it wasn't worth the hassle to try to return the shoes, especially since I didn't trust this unscrupulous company to handle any sort of refund fairly. Instead, I plan to give them away to someone they might fit better. On the plus side, the shoes did look new and stylish, and I can only imagine they would have been comfortable if they actually fit me.

In short, my experience with comfysandal.com was a major disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking to purchase shoes online. They took my money immediately after I placed my order, but then didn't even bother to mail them until after I filed a dispute with PayPal. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle and shop elsewhere.
