Been a Clarks shoe fan for 30 years now, and I gotta say, I've never been disappointed with any of the shoes I've bought from their stores in the USA and Britain. But, I gotta admit, some of their sandals have given me blisters on the top of my feet, which is a bummer.

Anyway, this year, I decided to take advantage of their 40% off Black Friday year-end sale, and boy, was I excited! I placed my order, got my confirmation, and even received an estimate of delivery. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, until the ETA date came and went, and my package was nowhere to be found.

So, I went to the ClarksUSA website and tried to track my order. As far as I could tell, everything was on schedule, until the unexpected happened. My package was just a few miles away from my location, and then, out of nowhere, FedEx shipped it to the other end of my state (California). And now, it seems to be stuck in limbo.

I tried to communicate with FedEx, but it's like talking to a brick wall. So, I decided to contact ClarksUSA instead. But, to my surprise, I was put on hold with a wait time of 56 minutes! What's up with that?

Overall, I still love Clarks shoes, but this experience has been a bit frustrating. I hope they can improve their shipping and customer service in the future.

I gotta say, I was pretty skeptical about buying shoes online. I mean, how can you really know if they're gonna fit right? But I gotta admit, I've had some pretty good luck with Clark's shoes.
