I placed an order June 5th for 9 items, totalling $148.06. They took the money from my account in minutes. I have not recieved even one item as of July 18th. I have emailed them several times, they give me some funky tracking number claiming the product is in california, and telling me to be patient. Here it is more than 6 weeks later, and nothing. Now since I reported them, they have not even responded, I have asked for a refund several times, and now I am being ignored. I am so pissed, Ordered summer clothes and don't look like I will get anything. They are not refunding my money either. There should be something that can be done about this. It is theft, pure and simple.

I have contacted them through their customer service four times, and I always get back a letter that says rest assured, your order will arrive. The tracking has had the package in Ingleside California since 19 May . It has not moved since then. It is now 4 July , and on Monday I will be calling my bank to see about getting my money back. Even with COVID-19, four months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for something. I can imagine, if the package ever comes, how much fun trying to return it will be. And it will be returned, because the wedding that I was going to wear the dress to was at the beginning of June.
This company is definitely a scam with poor quality products.
The clothing you see in their ads must be the designer version. What they are actually selling are cheaply made knock-offs from China. One of the tops I bought is so itchy that I can't wear it. The pants are unhemmed, baggy and shapeless. Don't bother!

However, I've contacted them multiple times, asking to send the time back, and their standard response is basically, you send it back but it'll probably get lost and we can't refund you if it does and they offer low value gift cards ($3) instead. This is a total scam. Also, they're based in China not California.
I order clothes from this company and although I received my merchandise, the quality is so bad and the sizing is not even near what you ask for. The clothes are either too big or so small you cannot get them on. The shoes (according to their sizing) were 1 1/2 size to big. When I went to return them, they said I had to ship to China to get a refund even thought the product came from San Francisco, CA. And the shipping to China was at my expense. Our items shipped from CA but when the items we received were not as advertised - items were not sized properly and the item did not even match the photo - we sought to return the items only to find out that there is no return policy on their website. If you want to return or exchange the items, you must email the company and then return the items to CHINA at your expense even if the error is on the side of the company. It would cost me more to send these items to CHINA than the items are worth, and given that this company is not trustworthy, I highly doubt I would see a credit for a return. Lilicloth first agreed to credit our account 15% and after several emails agreed to 30% as opposed to paying for shipping to return the items. I continue to wait for this credit to appear. A 30% refund is unacceptable given the fact that the error was in their false advertising of the items. These items will be going to charity as they do not fit and were not the items I thought I was purchasing. I usually research companies prior to purchasing, but unfortunately didn't do so with this one. Hopefully this review, added to the many others will serve to warn others to stay away and avoid the mistake I made.

I am only giving this company 1 star because I cannot give it zero stars. I would give it negative stars if I could. It took a ridiculously long time to get my items. They looked nothing like they were advertised. They fit horribly and the material was extremely thin. I wrote the e-mail address that they said to write to in order to get a return code. I wish I could give no stars! I ordered 4 pants from Homepantss off of an Instagram post on August 20, they were to ship within 48 hours because their site says "We're fast!". I just received them on September 20. Exactly one month later. Tried them on and they are NOT what they advertise! They said they were stretchy yoga pants make of 100% bamboo. NOPE! Made of a polyester/cotton blend and definitely NOT stretchy! They have NO curve to them and all the pockets are crooked. Also, no hem. They just cut across the bottom. When I went to look for my order to see about a return, their website said "oops! Nothing here!" So I had to email them. Received an automated response saying they will look into it. Ugh. I cannot believe I didn't do my due diligence and fell for their scam. Now I'm out $88!

IT IS OF COURSE 0 STAR... This website is a pure ***. They take your money right away and send you half your order. All the reviews are bogus. The quality the size the patterns, most do not look like the pictures and the quality is less than dollar store value. They do not reply personally to your email if they even reply. They basically just tell you to be patient and blame everything on Covid-19. I can't even count how many times I email them requesting the rest of my order and a return/refund authorization number... after 2 months I am still waiting. Just keep your money and go look for a legitimate website because this one is not. YOU WILL LOOSE your money and time. I am not sure what ComplaintsBoard.com will be able to do but reading the other reviews, we basically all had the same experience, it seems like it's this website practice :STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY. I wish I'd checked here before I purchased from the NoraCora online store. Because the clothes ship from China (which I didn't realize; that's what I get for not investigating a company I'd never heard of but which appeared to have nice things) the shipping time is extraordinarily long. It took about five weeks to get my items, then when I did they looked like cheap knockoffs of the photos I saw. The sizes were all off (three shirts, all XL, one was too tight, one literally came down to my knees and was more like a tent, the other was OK), the material was awful and the pieces just weren't made well. When I tried to return the items because of the fit and overall poor quality I was told that the return location was in China, and I'd be responsible for the shipping costs and customs fees. Then let me know that can get expensive, and then made it sound like they would do me a favor by refunding me 15 percent of what I paid and I could use that to make alterations to the sizes. It's basically a *** to send you really poorly-made clothes that look nothing like the photos and make it so hard to return them that you'll be happy with getting a sliver of what you paid back for the privilege of never wearing said clothes.

This business does not even deserve one star. To begin with, the processing time was over twice as long as the website said it would be and two items were not shipped with the rest. When I inquired after these two items I was told they would take an additional 10-12 business days just to process so I demanded a refund. The other items finally arrived over a month after I ordered them. There were several dresses in my order. The fabric feels very cheap and the items are poorly made. What I received was also not the same as the garments I ordered. Fabric is different, the actual cut of the dresses is different, details are either not there or nothing like the pictures advertised, and sizing is not consistent. One item is unwearable because it is so small. I made sure to look at measurements when I chose my sizes so this is an unacceptable issue. Another dress has lace on the hem that only goes across the front. It is chipped off at the side seams. My best guess is that this company shows pictures of items that may not even be their own and creates cheaper poorly sewn lookalikes to send to their customers. I urge people to not order from this company. They are not trustworthy and they send you incredibly inferior products.

I'd give 0 stars, but it won't let me. I've never dealt with such a corrupt company before. The website shows clothes that are absolutely adorable. The clothes you get are not true to size, and the material is AWFUL! I placed my order on June 21. I received it July 23. That very night I emailed them for a return label and it took them 8 days to send it to me. I ordered 14 items totaling $199.60. This shipment was to include 13 items (one item on backorder). My shipment only had 12 items, and they told me one of them was "on the way", along with my backordered item. I emailed them and told them I expected to be compensated for the missing item since my order form said it was included, and they told me I need "to be patient". They then offered me 25% refund if I keep the clothes! I refused that offer, and waited for the return label, which arrived this morning. I just got back from the post office--$67 to return the items! This company is out of China, but when you look it up, it says San Francisco. They are so misleading! I know the clothes are cute and the website is so inviting. But save your money! I was taken. Now that I checked them out, I see all the negative reviews. I wish I had the foresight to look into them before I spent so much money. Get the word out to friends and family!

When after the first 4 weeks I made an inquiry about my order, they sent me a tracking number - in Chinese - that I was unable to read or connect to either UPS or USPS tracking. And they could not give me an estimate as to when the order would be sent/received. I had no idea it was coming from the UK via China. I thought it was a local company based in SoCal as that was how the advertising on Yahoo made it seem. There was never any indication that this was even a foreign company. In any case, I asked for a refund and I was flatly refused. Not only that, but their email representative was rude, argumentative, snarky, and completely unhelpful. They had my money and "Tough luck." When I finally received the order, not a single item of clothing was as advertised. The 'cotton' fabrics were not cotton at all. They were rayons like the kind of fabrics we used to get in the 70s that made you sweat, were itchy, and stunk. Nothing was proportional to the size advertised and didn't even look like what I ordered from the website. I tossed everything in the garbage immediately as the whole order smelled like formaldehyde - except for the shoes which I had to give away as the sizing was not correct. The whole experience has put me off from ordering online at all, especially anything from China. Which means I probably won't be doing a lot of shopping as everything seems to be made there these days. Classic 'bait & switch'. Totally disreputable. Don't waste your money.

NoraCora wasted NO TIME in collecting the payment. After patiently waiting and not receiving my order within 3 to 5 business days. I began emailing NoraCora on May 19 and continued emailing NoraCora on: May 22 (twice) June 1 (twice) June 3 June 4 Each time I received an automated response telling me my order was on the way and to track my order. Each time I was told the order was suppose to take "3 to 5 Business Days." Another time It was going to take "11 to 21 Business days." I continued to "Track" my order and the status NEVER CHANGED. Today, I received 3 jewelry items totally less than $3.00 and 1 T-shirt total $16.19. (4 items) There are still 11 items missing! I had also ordered: 3 dresses 1 pair pants 1 tunic 1 more T-shirt is missing 2 more necklaces 2 more pairs of earrings 1 purse. When I requested a prepaid return label from them because they should have never sent the order, I was informed that they were located in CHINA and I could not send the items back to the shipping address in USA on the front of the package I received. They refused to send me a return label. That means you pay CUSTOMS and full cost to send them back to CHINA which costs more that the order. The pants I ordered all came with UNFINISHED HEMS, the painted overalls I ordered had paint sticking on the legs from one leg to the other, one leg with red painted flowers had the black paint on it from the other leg, it was a mess. Order from noracora July 16th. Have not received my merchandise. I have made several inquiries about the purchase. There is not customer number to call just email. I have made several attempts to email them but get absolutely nowhere. Unfortunately other people have made the mistake of using this company. They should be held accountable.81.00 down the drain.

I spent $337 and I am upset that I have not received my order. I have reached out to the company's designated contact method and I still have received no response. Nevertheless, it was possible to proceed with the purchase online without logging in by filling out a form with my address, name, and email address. The form also requested my credit card information, which I entered. After completing the payment, I believe I received an order number. However, I navigated away from that page, expecting to receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details and tracking information. Four days have passed, and I have yet to receive a confirmation email or any communication from noracora. I reached out to their customer service via email, which they acknowledged with a response, but my issue was not addressed. Meanwhile, I noticed the charge of $36.97 had been processed by my bank before I could halt the payment. I sent another email to noracora with a screenshot of the bank charge, but I still have not received a reply. If my shoes are delivered, I will be content with the purchase. However, the current situation is not promising. I am considering reversing the charges and perhaps making the purchase again, but only if I log in first. I have asked for a refund since the product never arrived but they keep giving me the run around saying it is on its way. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Every time I complain they update the shipping notice, this is the last one I received: Your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 10:48 pm on June 25 in BRISBANE, CA 94005. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Now it is out of a different location?
I purchased 3 pair of pants from this company on line at $105.00 and they do not fit. They tell me to keep them and will refund me 7USD. This is unexceptable.

I made a purchase from NORACORA. The purchase was pants with sunflowers, tee with sunflowers and some earrings. Until this day/date I have not received the items I have been charged for. On their website NO contact information is listed. How I got the information I know now is from U-TUBE (which talks about this site being a ***) and the local ComplaintsBoard.com. NO ONE has contracted me in any form from this company (no a company a ***) to say we don't have your size do you want a refund! Not sure how to bring these folks down but they need to be ran out of business!

I tried to contact them on two separate occasions with an email, in their comment section to find out how the order was shipped, with no response. There is no address or phone number on their web-site. It was at that time, I saw many *** complaints, and I have not received the order at this time. I ordered nine items from Noracora.com on July 5th. Everything finally arrived on July 23. I tried all items on and discovered that four did not fit. I requested a return label the same day as their policy states returns can only be made within seven days of delivery. I have since requested a return label every work day (5) since and have only received three responses in which the email directs me to see their return policy. I have already read this. I want to return these items and be refunded the almost $100, but they are refusing to send me a return label. I have retained all email correspondence for future reference.

I placed an order with Nora Cora on May 29th and have not received my items I ordered. The money has been deducted from bank account per the text I received with tracking number My items were delivered on June 17th. I work from home so I am home all day everyday. When I received the text that my items were delivered at the front door I went to check and there was no package at my door. I have emailed Nora Cora numerous times and I get the same generic email thanking me for my request. No one ever gets back to me. It has been over 2 months that I have wait for noracora to rectify the situation and nothing has been done. I would like my items to be shipped to ***. If they can not resend my items I would like my the $103.10 refunded.

I purchased 6 clothing items from this website. It took almost 2 months to get to me. I made the order May 2 and just received the 6 items June 25,2020. They do not fit me. They are way too small. I have informed them at their customer service and they do not respond about sending them back for a refund, They just send me pre-typed form letters about their rules and say they will get back to me. They keep asking me for the SKU number the name of the item, and why I want to return them and I have responded 5 times with the original order form with all the details emailed back to them. I selected a pair of shoes to purchase on noracora.***. I should have but did not log in to place the order. However, it was still possible to make the order online w/o logging in, as I filled out a form with address, name and email address given. It asked me for credit card info, which I provided and after payment I believe I did get an order no. However, I clicked away from that page, expecting that I would get a confirmation email with all pertinent and tracking info. It has been 4 days and I have still not gotten a confirmation email or any email from noracora. I sent an email to *** which they confirmed with a reply but they did not address the issue. In the meantime I saw the charge went through before I could stop payment on it with my bank, for $36.97. I sent another email with a screenshot of the bank charge but still no reply. If my shoes arrive I will be satisfied of the purchase, but so far this does not look good. I would like to reverse the charges and maybe purchase again but only if I log in. I'm not sure how to make them react except to file a complaint.

One of the items I ordered was never received, nor was I ever contacted that it was out of stock or on backorder. They simply took my money but never provided the item. The quality of another item was NOWHERE NEAR as the picture depicted. I will NEVER order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

Noracora Review Brown Wool Blend Outerwear SKU: I ordered what appeared to be a charming light brown jacket. I was aware that the quality might not be exceptional due to the price, but I thought it was worth trying if it resembled the photo on their website. However, what I received was entirely different, not even the same product, with a different SKU number. The reply to my exchange request was similar to many others: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. (NOTE: the product I received was shipped from San Francisco) Our return policy states that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any other related charges (this may include customs fees). Your refund will be processed once our return center has received and inspected the returned package. As international returns can lead to lengthy waits and significant costs for you, we suggest some alternative solutions. We propose a 15% cash refund instead of a return. If the item has sizing issues, you can use this refund to adjust the clothing." So, to clarify, their proposed solution for sending me an incorrect item that I didn't order and don't want is to have me pay 85% of the cost rather than the full price. Even if the item looks appealing on the website, I strongly advise against doing business with this company. You will not receive what you ordered, the quality will be lacking, and you will be unable to return it without incurring all the costs yourself. This is a complete sham.
