Footaction's Poor Customer Service: Missing Shoe in Package and No Refund
So, I got my package today and it was already open. I was pretty upset about it, but I decided to open the sneaker box anyway. To my surprise, one of the shoes was missing! It was supposed to be a pair of girls Aj1 mid school sneakers, but there was only one shoe in the box. Luckily, I saw the UPS driver and I was able to give the package back to him. The other shoe for boys was fine, but I was really disappointed that the girls' shoe was missing.
I tried to contact Footaction multiple times, but it took them a while to get back to me. When they finally did, they basically said that it wasn't their problem. I couldn't believe it! They took my money and didn't even send me what I paid for. Now, I'm the one who has to suffer for it? It's not fair.
I'm a loyal customer of Footaction, but this experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I live in a 10-story building in the Bronx, and packages often go missing when they're left at my door. But every time that happens, I always get my money back without any questions asked. It's really frustrating that Footaction isn't willing to do the same.
I paid $90 for those sneakers, and now I don't even have them. It's really disappointing, and I'm going to make sure that everyone knows about this experience. Footaction, you guys are a freaking joke!
Poor Customer Service and Return Policy at Footaction USA Store in Elisabeth, NJ
Footaction USA is a store that sells shoes and clothing. I recently visited the Footaction store in Elisabeth, Nj, which is located in the Garden State Mall. I was disappointed with the customer service I received at this store. As someone who works in customer service, I was surprised by the poor service I experienced.
I purchased a pair of black suede basketball shoes for my son. He tried them on in the store and we decided to buy them. However, the next day my son changed his mind because he received a similar pair for his birthday. We returned to the store a week later to return the shoes. They had never been worn and were still in the box.
Unfortunately, the supervisor at the store refused to accept the return. They claimed that the shoes had been tried on in the store and were therefore not eligible for return. I explained that my son had only walked around the store in the shoes and that they had not been worn outside. However, the supervisor was not willing to listen.
I was told that I could try returning the shoes at another store, but there was no guarantee that they would accept the return. Alternatively, I was offered the option of exchanging the shoes for something else in the store, but I would have to spend the same amount of money as the original purchase price.
I was frustrated by this experience and felt that the store was not willing to work with me. I understand that stores have policies regarding returns, but I felt that this situation was handled poorly. The shoes were still in new condition and had not been worn outside. The only reason they had been tried on was to see if they fit.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Footaction USA. I would not recommend this store to others and will not be shopping there again in the future. The customer service was poor and the policies regarding returns were not customer-friendly.
Footaction USA Cancels Order Without Notification - Frustrating Experience
My husband was so excited to order the Men Jordan Retro 11s online from Footaction USA on the release date, 12/10/16. He completed the order process smoothly and even received a confirmation email stating that the order was received and that he would receive another email when the shoes were shipped. However, when he called the 1800 number for Footaction today to inquire about the status of the order, he was shocked to hear that the order had been cancelled! We never received any notification that the order had been cancelled, which was very frustrating.
The representative on the phone told my husband that the reason for the cancellation was that the card used for payment was not verified. This was surprising to us because we had already checked with the credit card company and they confirmed that the card was not only verified but also approved. We were disappointed that we were not able to get the shoes that were supposed to be a Christmas gift for our son. It was frustrating to think that we had been waiting for a delivery that was never going to be delivered!
We have always enjoyed shopping at Footaction, but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouths. We will definitely be cautious about shopping online with Footaction in the future. It is a shame that they were not able to rectify the problem and provide us with the shoes that we had ordered. We hope that they will improve their customer service and communication in the future so that other customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience that we did.
Footaction USA Review: Terrible Customer Service and Failed Delivery
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with Footaction USA. I was really excited to get my hands on a pair of Toddler Retro 11s, so I placed my order on December 12, 2020. But then, on December 14, 2020, I got an email saying that my delivery was gonna take longer than expected. They told me not to worry, but I was definitely starting to get a little antsy.
I didn't hear anything else from Footaction for a few days, until December 17, 2020, when I got an email saying that my order had arrived. I was so excited! I jumped up and ran to my front door, but there was nothing there. No package, no shoes, nothing. I even asked my neighbors if they had seen anything, but they hadn't.
So, I called Footaction right away and explained what had happened. They said they would email their investigation department and get back to me. But I didn't hear anything for a few days, and I was getting pretty frustrated.
Finally, on December 23, 2020, I got an email from a company called prepaidandclaims. They said that my claim had been denied, but they didn't give me any explanation as to why. I tried calling and emailing Footaction again, but I never got a response.
It's now January 5, 2021, and I still don't have my shoes. And to make matters worse, Footaction is refusing to refund my money. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and I don't think I'll ever order from them again.
Terrible Customer Service at Footaction USA in Mall of America
Footaction USA, located in the Mall of America in Minnesota, has some serious issues with their customer service. I had a terrible experience there recently. I had to walk all the way across the store just to ask an employee if they had a certain size shoe. When I finally found someone, he was incredibly rude to me. It was really frustrating.
Later, I found another shoe that I liked and wanted to try on. I had to walk all the way across the store again to find the same employee. When I finally found him, he was in the middle of telling a story to his co-worker. I had to wait for him to finish before he would even help me. When he finally went to check if they had my size, he came back and told me they didn't have it. In fact, they didn't have any sizes of that shoe at all. The one on display was the only one they had.
The employees at Footaction were acting like clowns. They were more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers. It was really embarrassing to witness. I've had better customer service at Burger King, which is saying something.
Another customer saw how poorly I was being treated and decided to leave with me. It was clear that the manager of this store is not doing a good job. If there was an option to give this store no stars, I would have chosen it. Giving them one star doesn't even begin to describe how bad they are.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Footaction USA in the Mall of America. The customer service is terrible and the employees are more interested in goofing off than helping customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
Footaction USA's Website is a Nightmare - A Review
So, I was hyped to cop the new Rasta 4s on the release date, which was April 16th. I woke up early and ordered them at 9:01am sharp from Footaction USA's website (footaction.com). I got an order confirmation email, which was cool. But then, days went by and I still hadn't received any shipping information. My order was just stuck in processing mode. I was getting impatient, so I decided to call customer service. The wait time was ridiculous - 45 minutes or longer! Finally, when I got through to a representative, she had no clue what was going on with my order. I was like, "What the heck, man?" I waited a few more days, but still nothing. So, I called back again, and guess what? Another 45 minutes to an hour wait time! When the representative answered, he didn't have any information about my order either. And then, he straight up hung up on me! I was so mad, I could've thrown my phone across the room.
After a week of waiting, I finally got an email saying that my order had been canceled because they were out of stock. But get this - the website still said they had the product! I was like, "Are you kidding me?" It felt like they just didn't want to fulfill my order because they were too lazy or something. Once my order was canceled, I got my refund the next day. But here's the kicker - the charge was still pending in my account for a whole week! That's just messed up.
Honestly, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Footaction. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, under any circumstances. If you want to avoid all this hassle, go with ChampsSports, Nike, or Finishline. They always ship my orders out within hours of receiving an order confirmation. Footaction's online store should be shut down, in my opinion.
Surprisingly Good Experience with FootAction: My Review
So, I was hella scared to buy from FootAction after reading all the reviews on here. I mean, people were straight up saying that they had the worst experience ever. But then, I saw this dope Adidas backpack on their website with a sick discount and free shipping with their FootLocker FLX membership. And let me tell you, I couldn't resist. I was like, "YOLO, let's do this." I mean, worst case scenario, I could just deal with the consequences, right?
But, to my surprise, it was actually a really good experience. Maybe it's because FootAction is owned by FootLocker now (I've bought shoes from them in-store before), but they shipped my package out super fast (like, in a day) and I got it in just three business days. And the backpack I got was brand-spankin' new. Plus, the receipt was all professional-looking and included in the box. Honestly, I couldn't tell the difference between buying something directly from Nike or Adidas.
Now, I know there are a lot of people out there who have had a terrible time with this dealer, and I totally get it. A bad shipping experience can ruin anyone's day. But, with the merger with FootLocker, I'm hoping that FootAction will step up their game and enter a new era of better business. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting their local stores again once this pandemic is over.
(By the way, I didn't have to deal with any returns or refunds, so I can't speak to that process.)
Terrible Customer Service at Footaction in South Dekalb Mall, Decatur, GA
I had a really bad time at Footaction in South Dekalb mall in Decatur, Ga, not once but twice! The first time was four months ago and the second time was just yesterday [protected]). I don't think I'll ever go back there again. The supervisors there don't seem to care about the customers, only their employees. That's why their behavior never changes. It's really ghetto, rude, and unprofessional. They're not organized at all. One person says one thing and another person says something else. It's just a mess.
I just wanted to exchange a pair of shoes, but they made it so difficult. I called ahead of time to ask if they had the shoe I wanted. They said they did and that they closed at 7pm. I got there at 6:45pm, but they told me the store was closed and the registers were shut down. One girl told the other girl to let me in, but the other girl got really mad and rolled her eyes at me. She had a really bad attitude. I talked to the supervisor, but all she did was confirm what time the store closed and who told me they closed at 6:45pm. She didn't seem to care about the rude behavior of her employees. The shoes were right behind the counter, but it took them 20 minutes to give them to me. There were three people standing behind the counter, but they just ignored me. It was really pathetic.
I won't even go into detail about my first experience there. It was just as bad. But the supervisor told me that their store was rated #1 in customer service. I don't know who rated them, but they must have been lying. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
Foot Action Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Errors
Foot Action is a website that I recently purchased shoes from and I have to say, it was not a good experience. The first issue I had was that they sent me the wrong shoe. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get the right shoe? I tried to resolve the issue quickly by going on their website and using their Live Chat feature, but it wasn't working. So, I had to call their customer service line and wait on hold for over 20 minutes. They didn't even have a countdown or callback option, which is something that every legit company has had since 1995.
When I finally got through to a customer service representative, she told me that their system was down and that I should call back another time. She wanted me to drive over an hour to return the shoes to the store where it shipped from. I mean, seriously? Who has time for that? I told her that I would wait on the line until their system was back online. She wanted to put me on hold, but I didn't want to wait for who knows how long. I asked for a shipping label to be sent to me, but they wouldn't do it.
I gave up and called back the next day. I waited on hold for 36 minutes for the call to get picked up. The employee then put me on hold for another 40 minutes while he "called the store." I mean, come on, 40 minutes on hold? That's ridiculous. This employee never even picked back up to ask me to wait longer or give any information.
It's pretty obvious from this experience that customers are not a priority for Foot Action. They have stores that don't ship the right shoe, apathetic employees, and a customer service system that I have a hunch was designed by a sadist. Next time I'm tempted to buy from Foot Action, I'll just call up, give them my credit card, and authorize a random $100 charge. At least that way I'll know up front not to expect anything and I can skip the 3+ hours wasted trying to iron out their mistakes. I wouldn't be surprised if Foot Action fights a charge back.
Footaction USA Review: Poor Customer Service and Misleading Website
I recently made a purchase on Footaction USA's website for two pairs of shoes - the Nike Air Uptempo and Jordan Retro 5, both in a size 4 1/2 youth boys. However, my experience with Footaction USA was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the shoes were shipped on different days, which was a bit inconvenient. But what really irked me was that the Jordan Retro 5s arrived first and were left on my doorstep, which is located on a public street. This was a major security concern for me, as anyone passing by could have easily taken the package.
To make matters worse, when I opened the package, I found that the shoes were not the size I had ordered. Instead of a size 4 1/2 youth boys, I received a size 15 in men's shoes! I immediately contacted Footaction USA's customer service line, which is based in Wisconsin. However, the representatives were not very helpful and did not offer any satisfactory solutions to my problem. All they could offer me was a $10 gift card and a return shipping label, which I received via email. But to my surprise, the return shipping label was from Footlocker.com, a company I had not ordered from!
When I contacted Footaction USA again to inquire about this, they told me that the shoes had been shipped from a store location, not the warehouse. This was very confusing to me, as I had specifically ordered from the warehouse. Moreover, Footaction USA had not notified me that the shoes were not in stock and had instead chosen to place my order with a store location. This was a major inconvenience for me, as I had to go through the hassle of returning the shoes and waiting for a refund.
To add insult to injury, Footaction USA's customer service line was not very helpful. I had to make five phone calls before I could speak to a representative who could help me. However, even then, the representative could not provide me with a confirmation number for my refund. This was very frustrating, as I had no way of knowing whether or not I would receive my money back.
Overall, my experience with Footaction USA was very disappointing. Their customer service skills were lacking, and they showed no compassion for their customers when they made a mistake. Moreover, their website is misleading, as it does not mention that they are partnered with Footlocker. I would not recommend Footaction USA to anyone, and I will be trying my best to notify Michael Jordan's team about how they handle customers who purchase his shoes. In my opinion, Footaction USA is a fraud, and I will be suing them for their poor service.

Footaction USA Review: Shoddy Business Practices and Poor Customer Service
Yo, listen up. Footaction USA, or footaction.com, is straight up trash. I copped a pair of Men's sandals in size 8, but when they arrived, they were damaged. So, I snapped a pic and hit up customer service for an exchange. But instead of hooking me up, they refunded me the amount I paid - which wasn't even the full amount, mind you - and didn't even bother to deduct the $6.99 shipping fee like they said they would in their policy. What kind of BS is that? They send me a busted pair of sandals and then don't even exchange them like they're supposed to? That's some shady stuff right there. I'm seriously considering taking these clowns to court for their shoddy business practices. Footaction, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm not happy with you guys at all.
Disappointing Experience with Footaction.com: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on footaction.com for a pair of sneakers in early December. The website stated that the shoes would be delivered within 3-5 business days. However, it has been over a month now and I have yet to receive my order.
Every time I check the delivery status on footaction's website, the estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back by 3 more days. I even signed up for text updates, but unfortunately, I have not received any notifications regarding my order.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to track my package using the USPS tracking number provided by footaction, I was informed that the tracking number did not exist. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience.
As of today, January 24th, I still have not received my order and I am beginning to feel like I have been scammed. I have attempted to contact footaction customer service, but have not received a response. I am now left with no choice but to assume that I will not be receiving my order and that my money has been lost.
Overall, my experience with footaction.com has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to make a purchase online. The lack of communication and poor customer service has left me feeling cheated and unsatisfied with my experience.
Disappointed with Footaction USA: Poor Quality Control and Customer Service
So, I bought a couple of Timberland 6" wheat boots from Footaction USA (footaction.com). I got one pair in a toddler size 8 and another in a toddler size 11. The size 11 boots were looking all fresh and new, but the size 8 ones were looking like they had been worn before. They were laced up in a loose bow, and everyone knows that brand new Timberlands are laced up tightly. But wait, it gets worse! One of the boots had candy stuck to the bottom of it. Can you believe that? How could Footaction accept a return like this and then send it out to customers?
I tried calling customer service, but I was on hold for almost an hour before finally speaking to someone. And guess what? They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. All they said was that they would email me a return label and that was it.
I mean, come on Footaction! You guys need to step up your game. Customers expect to receive brand new products when they make a purchase, not something that looks like it has been worn before. And the fact that it had candy stuck to the bottom of it just shows that there was no quality control in place.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Footaction USA. I hope they can improve their customer service and quality control in the future.

Footaction: Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising
This place is just terrible! I can't believe they would take my money for shoes they don't even have in stock. Other companies would at least let you know if they're out of stock, but not Footaction. They just took $127 out of my account for shoes that I ordered, only to send me an email three days later saying they're on back order and won't arrive until after Christmas. And now, two days later, they send me another email saying my order has been cancelled because the product is not in stock. But guess what? They still have my money! This was supposed to be the only gift I was getting for my daughter because I can't afford a whole bunch, and these guys just took it away from me. I'm never buying from this place again.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Footaction USA - Would Not Recommend
Footaction USA is a store that sells shoes and clothing. I recently ordered some shoes from their website because I couldn't find my size in any stores near me. I was excited to get my new shoes, but unfortunately, I never received an email confirmation. I checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged, but I had no idea if my order had actually gone through.
I decided to call Footaction's customer service line to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, I was on hold for what felt like forever - 1 hour and 41 minutes to be exact. When I finally got through to a representative, they didn't seem to know what was going on with my order. They put me on hold again, and after another 30 minutes, I was transferred to a supervisor.
The supervisor was a bit more helpful, but still didn't have any concrete answers for me. After a long conversation, we were disconnected - they hung up on me! I was so frustrated and angry at this point. The next morning, I called again and was on hold for 59 minutes. I couldn't believe it - I had paid for expedited shipping, and yet I couldn't even get a straight answer about my order.
Overall, I have to say that my experience with Footaction USA was terrible. I have never had such bad service from a company before. I would definitely not recommend shopping here.
Footaction USA's Delivery Restrictions Left Me Disappointed and Shoeless
I was super hyped when I copped the Pine green 1s from Footaction USA. I mean, who wouldn't be? As a sneakerhead, I was stoked to add these fresh kicks to my collection. But then, out of nowhere, I get an email from Footaction saying that my order got cancelled. What the heck, man? Apparently, they don't deliver to my building in Manhattan's lower east side because of some past package thefts. Like, seriously? I woke up at the crack of dawn to snag these shoes, and now I'm being told that I can't get them because of where I live? That's some straight-up bull.
I mean, I get it. Theft is a problem in the city. But come on, Footaction. There are plenty of buildings in the area with tons of apartments. Who's to say that theft won't happen there too? It's not fair that I have to miss out on these shoes just because of where I live.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Footaction's customer service. They should have been more upfront about their delivery restrictions before I made my purchase. And if they're going to cancel orders because of where people live, they should at least offer some kind of alternative solution. I don't know, maybe they could have suggested that I pick up the shoes in-store or something. But nope, they just straight-up cancelled my order and left me hanging. Not cool, Footaction. Not cool at all.
Footaction.com Review: Disappointing Online Shopping Experience for Yeezys 350
I recently had an experience with Footaction USA, specifically their website footaction.com, and I have to say it was not a positive one. I was excited to purchase a pair of Yeezys 350 from the most recent drop, and I was able to successfully fill my cart and check out. I received a confirmation screen that said my order had been placed, and I eagerly awaited the arrival of my new shoes.
However, as the expected delivery date approached, I became concerned that I had not received any shipping information or updates on my order. I decided to check my email, and to my disappointment, I had not received any communication from Footaction regarding my purchase. It was then that I realized that my order had not actually been placed, despite the confirmation screen I had received.
I was frustrated and disappointed that I had gone through the process of purchasing the shoes online, paid for shipping, and received a confirmation screen, only to find out that my order had not actually been fulfilled. I even had an order number, but it led nowhere and I was left without the shoes I had eagerly anticipated.
In my opinion, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would caution others against ordering shoes online from Footaction. It's disappointing to have such a negative experience, especially when it comes to something as exciting as a new pair of shoes.
Terrible Customer Service and Order Cancellation - Footaction USA Review
So, I was really excited to order a pair of Jordan 4 Ginger shoes from Footaction USA (footaction.com). I got an email saying my order was confirmed, and I was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. But, after 4 days, I went to check the tracking and to my surprise, my order was cancelled! I was really disappointed and confused. No one could tell me why it was cancelled. I even called my credit card company, and they confirmed that the money was taken, so it wasn't a problem with my card.
The shoes sold out in just a few hours of release, so I think an employee cancelled my order to make a pair available for someone else. But, the worst part is that I never received a phone call or email saying my order was cancelled! I was left in the dark, wondering what happened to my order.
To make matters worse, Footaction USA's customer service was terrible! They said there was nothing they could do and couldn't tell me what happened. I was really frustrated and disappointed with their service. If there was a problem with my card, which there wasn't, why did they pull the money off my credit card?
Overall, I had a really bad experience with Footaction USA. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their service was terrible, and they didn't communicate with me about my cancelled order. It's really disappointing when you're excited about a purchase, and it doesn't work out.
Disappointing Experience with Footaction USA: Lack of Communication and Transparency
I recently had an experience with Footaction USA that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order on their website and paid for expedited shipping, hoping to receive my items quickly. After receiving an email thanking me for my order, I waited patiently for a tracking number to be provided. However, after two weeks had passed with no updates, I decided to call the company to inquire about my order.
To my dismay, I was met with a recording that instructed me to email the company instead. I promptly sent an email requesting a tracking number, but it took three days for me to receive a response. When I finally did receive a tracking number, I checked it regularly for 12 days, only to see that UPS was still waiting for the package to arrive at their facility. Four days later, I checked again and was shocked to see that my order had been canceled.
Feeling frustrated and angry, I immediately contacted PayPal to start a dispute and get my money back. When I reached out to Footaction USA via email, they provided me with a fake tracking number and made no mention of the order being canceled. I was left feeling like the company had no interest in communicating with me or resolving the issue.
Overall, my experience with Footaction USA was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and transparency left me feeling like I had wasted my time and money. While I appreciate the fact that I was able to get my money back through PayPal, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy online retailer.
Horrible Experience with Footaction.com: Shipping and Customer Service Subpar
I recently made a purchase on footaction.com for a pair of sandals. However, my experience with their shipping and customer service was less than satisfactory. After waiting for over 8 days, the tracking information only showed that the label was made for about 5 days. I decided to call customer service to inquire about my order status. Unfortunately, I had to wait for 45 minutes on the phone just to be hung up on after giving my order number to the agent. I was extremely frustrated and decided to call back again. This time, I waited another 45 minutes before someone finally answered my call. The agent informed me that my order was shipping out that day, which was a relief. However, I received a notification about the shipment at 2 am, which was quite inconvenient.
To make matters worse, the agent informed me that I would have to wait another 4 days for my order to arrive. I was disappointed to learn that the shipping time was 4-5 days from when the order was shipped out, not from when I placed the order. This was not clearly stated on the website, and I felt misled. Additionally, both customer service agents I spoke to were extremely rude to me, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I did not raise my voice or use any stern language, but they were not friendly or helpful at all.
Overall, my experience with footaction.com was horrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I was tempted to give them zero stars, but unfortunately, I had to pick at least one. I will probably never purchase anything from them again, as the shipping and customer service were both subpar.
