JUSTFAB UK JustFab Review: Sub-Par Shoes and Shoddy Service

It is with some regret that I must give JustFab a lower rating than expected - only two out of five stars - due to some issues I've experienced with their service. As a post-doctoral researcher currently carrying out work in another country for eight months, I have unfortunately run into a problem with a pair of black Timea wedged shoes I purchased from the company about a year ago. I found that the rubber used to cover a small area of the heel on the shoes wore out quite quickly, after only a few wears. I know this for certain because I have had to exchange the shoes three times now, which has been inconvenient and frustrating given my current situation.

Although I did receive the shoes at a discounted rate of 43 credit points, this has not alleviated my disappointment (especially after nearly slipping and injuring myself at a function). I worked hard to earn the money to purchase these shoes at the original price of ?17.50, and regardless of the cost, I expect high quality and durability. Unfortunately, in this case, I don't feel like I've received my money's worth.

In light of my experience, my advice to anyone considering becoming a member of JustFab would be to instead spend their money on leather shoes that are better made and produced by companies based in the UK. Another issue I encountered was that the website doesn't allow customers to submit photographic evidence of damages, which only compounds the feeling that this American-based company is not interested in treating its customers fairly or equitably.

To sum up, I would advise anyone looking for quality shoes to steer clear of JustFab. While the supposed discounts and promotions may be alluring, in the end, it's not worth the hassle and frustration that can come with sub-par products and shoddy customer service.

JUSTFAB UK My Horrible Experience with JustFab: Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and No Refunds

You know when you go to a restaurant and the food is so bad that you regret even stepping foot inside? Well, that's how I feel about JustFab. I wouldn't even give them 0 stars if I could, that's how terrible my experience has been with them.

It's like they lured me in with their flashy website and promises of high-quality clothing, but boy was I wrong. The clothes I ordered were so poorly made that I wouldn't even donate them to charity. When I raised the issue with them, they told me that I could return the clothes for a full refund. Simple enough, right?

Wrong. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and still, I hadn't received my money back. I reached out to them on multiple occasions via email, chat and phone, and every time I got a different response. It was as if they were intentionally confusing me just to get me off their backs.

Eventually, I was told that I would only be able to return the clothes for store credit. I couldn't believe it. So not only did I waste my hard-earned money on clothes that weren't worth a dime, but now I was being forced to spend even more money on their poor quality items. It was a complete and utter scam if you ask me.

Luckily, after some persistence, I was able to get some of my money back. But it shouldn't have been that difficult in the first place. I feel like they intentionally make it hard for customers to get refunds just so they can keep their money.

If you're considering signing up for JustFab, please don't waste your time. You'll only be disappointed. I wish I had done more research before I handed over my money.

JUSTFAB UK JUSTFAB UK Lured Me with a ?10 Sale, Then Charged Me ?35 for VIP Program - A Shady Tactics Review

I gave JUSTFAB UK a try when I saw their ?10 boots sale back in February. I was curious and couldn't resist the temptation. However, I had to create an account to order them, which was not unusual, so I thought it was okay. When the boots arrived, I was sad to find out that they didn't fit me, so I had to send them back. I didn't encounter any problems with the refund, and they gave me a full refund, which was great.

However, things took a turn for the worse when I checked my PayPal account and saw a payment of ?35 to JUSTFAB UK. I was confused because I didn't order anything from them, and I haven't been on the site since returning the boots. As it turns out, they automatically signed me up for their VIP program, which charges customers ?35 a month. It's shady and underhanded, and I don't appreciate the company's tactics. To make matters worse, I had to call their customer service to cancel the program, which was the only way to do it since they don't have an online cancellation option.

I'm frustrated that I wasted so much money, and there were no email notifications or reminders to warn me of this monthly fee. It's a huge amount for doing absolutely nothing. I feel like this is a scam company that takes advantage of their customers. I'll make sure to warn everyone I know to stay away from them.

Nonetheless, I was relieved when I called the company and requested a refund. Although they initially offered me a store credit, I refused and stood firm that I wanted a full refund. It was only after the customer service representative spoke with her supervisor that they agreed to refund my full payment and finally closed my account. It's a result that pleased me, and I don't need to deal with them again.

JUSTFAB UK Just Fab UK Review: Blown Away by the Clothes & Quick Delivery, Addressing Concerns about Scams and Membership Charges

Yo! So, listen up. I gotta tell ya, I was totally blown away by the clothes I got from JUST FAB UK! I bought this bodacious white mesh bodycon dress and it feels like a cloud of soft cotton enveloping me. You feel me? I mean, it was way better than some of the other brands I've checked out in actual stores. And, yo, I also bought these flat sandals - thought they were the right size (size 7 US and size 5 UK) but they felt kinda small on me, man. I'd give 'em a 3 outta 5 rating for comfort.

Now, let's talk about the delivery. Yo, I'm telling you, it was so quick! It only took five days, including the weekends, to get my stuff! So, if I'd ordered on a Monday, I'd have my goodies by Wednesday or Thursday. That's tight, yo!

Now, I gotta be real with ya. At first, I was a bit worried about JUST FAB UK. I bought my clothes before reading all the reviews and started feeling like they might take my cash without my permission or be some kinda scam or somethin'! I mean, who wants to get scammed, right? But then I read their FAQs and terms and conditions again just to ease my mind. It turns out that JUST FAB UK is totally on the level! And, yo, they even make it clear that skipping a month on the 1st-5th of the month stops ya getting a membership payment. I mean, it's right there in black and white - you just gotta take one minute to read it! Plus, when you get your package they even give you a piece of paper explaining how the VIP membership works and the skipping a month procedure. So, yo, how are people missing this stuff? It just goes to show that peeps can be whack sometimes and wanna blame others when they mess up and lose £35. If ya use your noggin and take some time to read the VIP membership stuff, you can save yourself from unwanted charges!

JUSTFAB UK My JustFab UK Experience: An Honest Review!

Hey there guys!

So, I just wanted to share my experience with JustFab UK. I know a lot of people have been posting bad reviews, but I wanted to give my own objective opinion just to help out others who are thinking of making a purchase.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on October 3, 2016 and they arrived on October 14, 2016. The delivery time is within the timeframe that the company suggests (2-8 working days), which is not half bad really. I was drawn in by the huge discount that you get from being a VIP member, and the shoes looked good quality in the pictures too. As it turns out, JustFab is actually an intermediary company - this means that when you place an order with them, they place an order with a Chinese manufacturer. So, if you're not bothered about the quality of the products and you're prepared to wait for them, you can easily order the same stuff from Aliexpress.

I also saw some complaints about the VIP membership scheme. I would advise you to make sure you read everything you're signing up to, and once you've placed your order, call them up and cancel the membership. The lady on the phone I spoke to was taking ages to cancel mine, so I just kept reminding her that I was waiting on the line - this seemed to speed things up a bit. The phone call lasted no more than 5 minutes, and I got a confirmation email that my VIP membership was cancelled (make sure to request this as proof!).

Overall, I'm not exactly thrilled with my purchase, but I'm not totally disappointed either. I paid £28, so it's not really worth the hassle of returning the shoes for me. They're okay shoes, but nowhere near as good quality as they look in the pictures. The size is also a bit off - I think I should have gone for a 6.5 instead of a 6. But hey, I'll just have to stretch them.

I hope this review helps someone out there with their decision-making!

JUSTFAB UK JustFab UK Review: Hidden VIP Subscription Scam. Beware of Charges!

My opinion about JUSTFAB UK (justfab.co.uk) is not positive. My daughter ordered a pair of shoes using my credit card, which I allowed her to do, and she set up an account to get the offer on the cheap shoes. She entered into a VIP agreement on my behalf, for which they take ?35 a month, and we were not aware of this. We thought it was free and that you only signed up, like with a newsletter, just to get a discount code. But it was not clear at all, and even though we received emails every month, we did not know what they meant. They looked like some marketing ploy to us, where they put ?35 in your account for you to use when you spend a minimum amount. So, we just deleted them as we already get enough junk email.
Little did we know that we had already paid ?140 to date for a subscription that we didn't even know about! We only found out when they took a payment while we were overseas, and we hadn't ordered anything. When I called to inquire about this, a nice lady in accounts explained the situation to me, and I was shocked! It was not clear that this was a subscription, and I believed that consumer law required such things to be spelled out in very clear and highly visible wording.
Anyway, the lady spoke with someone from the finance department, who agreed to refund the money in full (?140.00). That was great news, but I was concerned that I didn't get an email confirmation of the refund. They said they could not send it and stopped the subscription following my phone call which I had to record. Unfortunately, there is no option to cancel online or contact the company online, so it was not easy.
My daughter often orders from other online shops, as well as Boohoo and PLT, and we've never come across a scheme like this before. It is not clearly detailed enough, and that seems to be a widespread opinion on other review sites as well. Therefore, I would like Justfab to respond to this review and give me a way to email them, so I can get a written confirmation of the refund they promised.

JUSTFAB UK JustFab UK is a SCAM - Unauthorized Charges and Shady Practices!

Here's the deal. Back in 2015, I made a purchase on JustFab UK's website. I thought it was a one-time transaction, but I accidentally joined their VIP scheme. Let me tell you, this whole thing is a scam! It's not fair for people like me who didn't want to be a member but got signed up anyways. The language on their website is tricky and not clear.

Fast forward to today, November 13, 2018. I checked an old bank account and realized that JustFab UK has been taking £35.00 from my account every month since 2015. Can you believe it? That's at least £1,200! I'm so shocked and disappointed. I never authorized those transactions, and my current email and bank accounts are different from the ones I used in 2015. I only found out because I was searching for an old transaction.

I contacted JustFab UK to demand a refund. After all, I never wanted to be a VIP member in the first place. Their customer service was terrible. They only agreed to refund half the amount they'd taken from me. I'm disgusted with how they've handled this! If they refunded everything, I would have had a different opinion of the company.

Instead, I'll be warning everyone I know about JustFab UK's shady practices. I'm leaving negative reviews wherever possible, and I might even contact Watchdog. This company is a RIP-OFF. They should be called JUSTGRAB because they just take your money without permission. I'm not the only one they've done this to, either. It's clear they don't plan to make changes to their website to clarify their VIP scheme, because they love tricking people like me.

When I told them I'd be leaving bad reviews, they didn't seem to care. They only gave me a refund for one year. That's not good enough! I want ALL my money back. I'm so upset about this. I'm a single mom with three kids! I can't afford to be overdrawn!

Overall, I'm beyond disgusted with JustFab UK. They used my old email to trace my details, even though I no longer use it. If you need to contact me, use my current email, thank you.

JUSTFAB UK JustFab UK's Deceitful VIP Membership Cost Me Almost ?40

I was introduced to JustFab UK by my friend on October 30th, which I had never heard of before. They had a discount offer of ?10 for a pair of boots, which was quite a good deal for me as I am a student with a one-year-old baby and have limited funds to stock up on winter clothes and boots. Therefore, I decided to take up the offer and placed an order while my friend was on the phone with me.

I was a bit skeptical when JustFab said I had to sign up to get the discount, but my friend reassured me that they just needed my email to avoid abuse of the offer. Thus, I obliged and filled in my details and paid, but I did not receive an email confirmation immediately. I received the boots a few days later, which looked okay, although I have not worn them yet.

Today, I checked my account and was surprised to see that ?39 had been deducted from it. I was confused since I had only made one purchase and had not gone to their website to buy anything else. My friend had also not told me about any deductions that would be made after purchase. I looked for an email indicating this, and I saw that most of their mails were sitting in my spam folder.

It was then that I discovered that the paid membership thing was written in very small print under their emails, which a lot of people missed. I was unaware of when I signed up for VIP. It seems like it was intentionally and fraudulently written way under because they want people to miss it. I don't even know why they assumed I would have ?39 to throw away on VIP membership?

I was incredibly frustrated and felt like crying today. I work part-time as a waitress, and I have to wake up early to make ends meet. Now, someone has collected almost ?40 from my account for no reason. That is my hard-earned money which I budgeted for feeding expenses for me and my baby for almost a month. It is unfair, and I don't even know where to start crying.

I have tried contacting JustFab UK through the phone, but it hardly goes through. I would like a full refund and cancellation. I have shopped on ASOS, I Saw It First, and other online clothing shops, and I have never come across an online clothing brand that is so deceitful. This was a one-time purchase, and I have no intention of shopping there again, so they can keep their VIP.

I need a full refund. Please, I am struggling enough as it is, and I do not need any more anxiety.

JUSTFAB UK Fantastic Flavors: Our Experience Dining at the New Italian Restaurant in Town

Please do not buy from this company they are complete con artists. It has been an ordeal from start to finish.

I purchased a dress in May that never turned up. I had to wait weeks for a refund as they could give no explanation and neither could Hermes. I eventually got the refund after numerous calls and emails to them.

Just when I thought I had seen the back of this company, I received an email from them saying my
First credit of ?35 had gone into my Just Fab account! Totally baffled I logged onto my bank account and saw that ?35 had been taken by them via Paypal!

When I purchased the dress, I had signed up to the VIP membership to get the discount that they portray as standard. It turns out that when you sign up to this membership, it means they will then take ?35 from you each month and they credit it to your account so you have to spend with them each month (penny has just dropped how they can give such significant discount). They do not make this obvious at all when signing up and do not fully disclose it. (Yes I know read the small print but no other online store conducts themselves like these jokers)

I called them and I was advised that I couldnt have a refund of ?35 and that I would need to spend my credit. I got the woman I spoke to to close my account there and then (received email below 11th June) and I was assured that no further payments would be taken from me. I then spent the credit on a bag and shoes (they werent keeping my hard earned cash) and paid a small balance of ?5 using my credit card (details of which they stored without my consent, see further saga below). I made sure I cancelled my Paypal details originally used with them to be on the safe side...

Bag and shoes arrived and I thought nothing further of it until. I got an email last week saying my credit had gone into my Just Fab account! And they had charged ?35 to my CREDIT CARD that they had stored without my knowledge because they clearly couldnt take the money from my Paypal account which were details I had previously provided when making the first purchase of the dress.

I called them following their email and apparently it was my fault because by buying the bag and shoes I had apparently REOPENED the VIP membership and I should have checked out as a guest! Despite them telling me in my first phone call to them that the account was fully closed and that I would need to spend my credit as I couldnt have a refund! I never received a further email saying the account had been reopened and I was absolutely not informed about this on the phone, no wonder she encouraged me there and then to spend the credit after she had closed the account!

I am now waiting for a refund from them so back to where i started!

Please read everything before you sign up because even if they were to do this to 1000 individuals like me, thats ?35,000 in their pocket that they can justify not refunding...

I've been a member of the VIP program at JUSTFAB UK for about four years now, and while I have had some success with skipping the month when I don't want to make a purchase, there have been times when I forgot and ended up being charged ?35. While this wasn't ideal, I was able to use the resulting shopping credits, which were worth ?35 each, to make purchases at a later date.

However, after over a year of not buying anything from the site, I decided to cancel the scheme entirely. Unfortunately, I quickly learned that nothing on the site is really worth the price tag, whether you're a VIP or not. While the quality of the items is okay, you can find much better deals elsewhere. And that's not all - even during sales, you can't use your shopping credits to pay for the discounted items! Instead, you're encouraged to spend more money to get access to the sale prices. It's a frustrating system, and it feels like JUSTFAB UK is dictating how you can spend your own money.

When I canceled my VIP program, I had ?140 in shopping credits. I was hoping to get a refund for this amount, as I wasn't interested in anything on the site anymore. However, the customer service representative I spoke with was only authorized to refund me one credit, or ?35. While I was still able to use the other three credits to make purchases, I wouldn't be getting the free shipping or other perks that VIP members receive. Plus, the prices for items had increased significantly, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

I wasn't willing to accept this unfair treatment, so I made several calls to the customer service line. Unfortunately, I was disconnected or hung up on multiple times. When I finally got through and voiced my concerns, I was told that I'd be getting a full refund. While I'm relieved that I'll be getting my money back, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I can't recommend JUSTFAB UK and its goods. If you do manage to find something you like, it's often out of stock or priced way too high. And while the idea of a VIP program may seem appealing at first, it's not worth the hassle or disappointment in the end. Finally, be aware of the website's misleading ads and pricing tactics - it's all a waste of time and money.

JUSTFAB UK Unethical Practices Alert: JUSTFAB UK Took Money Without Permission and Refused to Refund

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from JUSTFAB UK, but received no shoes at all. After checking with the delivery company (Hermes), I was told that the package had been delivered to a nonexistent neighbor. A week later, I received an email from Hermes saying they had missed me, even though they had supposedly delivered the shoes to a made-up person.

When I complained to JUSTFAB, they refunded my money. However, I later discovered that they had taken an additional £35 from my bank account without my permission. I demanded that they cancel this suspicious membership and return my £35. However, they just dismissed my request, suggesting that I call a special number.

Because of their shady practices, I believe that they're a new company that only wants to get your money. It seems they will tick a box and take your cash right under your nose! They're getting rich off of our hard-earned money.

So please be cautious when buying from JUSTFAB UK. I was filled with rage and felt compelled to warn others about this unethical company. It's quite ironic that they need the order number to even attempt to address an issue.

JUSTFAB UK JustFab UK's False Promise of Free Shoes

So, I got this email from JUSTFAB UK, saying that I could get my first-ever pair of shoes for free. I mean, who doesn't love free stuff, right? So, I clicked on the attached hyperlink and started browsing their website to pick out a pair of shoes that I liked. But, every time I tried to check out, I was charged for the pair of shoes.

I called them not once, but twice, to try to figure out what was going on. The last guy I talked to asked me if I could see the "free styles" tab selection. Like seriously, who checks for a free tab? I mean, no other online store has a "free" tab. Anyway, there wasn't any "free styles" tab there, so the guy promised to call me back after he spoke with the IT guys.

Honestly, I don't have high hopes of getting my free pair of shoes anymore. It's just so frustrating that they sent me an email and then turned around to give me a hard time when I tried to take them up on their offer. I really hope that they can fix this issue for me.

If not, I’d advise you to beware of JUSTFAB UK, because clearly, they make false promises that they can't keep. I'm disappointed in their service, to say the least. But, I’ll keep you posted once I hear back from them.

JUSTFAB UK Beware: My Nightmare Experience with JustFab UK

My experience with JustFab UK is one that I will never forget. It was a complete nightmare that lasted for more than a year. My underage daughter had used my credit card to purchase three pairs of shoes from the website in October 2017. However, I only became aware of this when my card was charged in December of the same year. I was shocked and immediately contacted the customer service team at JustFab.

To my surprise, they informed me that my card would be charged every month until January 2019, even though I had not authorized the transaction and no signature or voice confirmation was obtained. I was appalled at their lack of verification of card ownership. I believe that if they had done their due diligence, I would have been more inclined to say "NO" to the transaction. I expressed my concerns to a JustFab agent, and they promised to look into the issue. I even volunteered to have the call recorded for future reference.

I am a 50-year-old man, a husband, and a doctor. I have no interest in ladies' handbags and shoes, and it was frustrating that JustFab didn't take action to verify the transaction before charging my card multiple times. I reported the issue to my HSBC bank, and since then, they have been in contact with the Fraud department as well as UK Business and Trading Standards.

Despite my negative experience, I must admit that JustFab UK has some great products that my daughter loves, and I have seen many satisfied customers online. However, it's essential to be cautious when using their website and ensure that you have authorized any transactions before making a purchase.

In conclusion, if you are thinking of shopping at JustFab UK, proceed with caution. While they have great products to offer, it's imperative to make sure that you have authorized any transactions before making a purchase. JUSTFAB UK JUSTFAB UK Membership Scam: How I Fought for a Refund and Won

Yo, just like the other peeps out there, I totally fell for the membership charging trap of JUSTFAB UK (justfab.co.uk). I was shook when I checked my bank account and saw that I've been charged ?35 for six months without me even noticing. I tried talking to them over the phone to get a refund, but their customer service was two thumbs down. They wouldn't even let me speak to their management team to file a complaint. That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands and reached out to them through email at ***@justfab.co.uk. I also escalated the issue via Resolver and told them straight up that they violated The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and that I got rights to demand a refund and damages as compensation. Well, guess what? They replied to my email super fast and promised me a full refund. They were way more helpful when I used the support email address.
So, moral of the story, don't give up! Keep bugging them until you get what you deserve.

So I got these shoes, right? They looked really nice, so I figured might as well get them. But let me tell you, they didn't last very long at all. I was pretty disappointed, and then to make matters worse, I see this ?35 charge on my bank statement a month later. What? I didn't authorize that! So I call up JustFab and ask them what's going on. I also tell them that I want to cancel any future payments, because clearly something wasn't right here. The guy on the phone tells me that it's all taken care of and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Great, right?

Nope. Another month goes by and there's ANOTHER charge on my bank statement. What the hell? So I call JustFab again, and this time it takes forever for someone to answer. And then, when I finally get through, the person who answers is so rude to me. They act like it's my fault that there's a charge on my account! I explain the whole situation AGAIN, and say that I want to cancel any future payments and get a refund since I clearly didn't authorize these charges. The guy puts me on hold, and when he finally comes back he tells me that they can't give me a refund but my account has been cancelled. So now I have this useless credit and I'm out of money.

Honestly, the customer service at JustFab was just terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them. It's not worth the hassle or stress of dealing with people who don't seem to care about their customers.

This company, JUSTFAB UK (justfab.co.uk), is a complete disgrace! I gave them a chance, ordered a pair of shoes, and was instantly enrolled into a VIP membership without my consent! They used my card details from the initial purchase to take ?35 each month! How dare they take advantage of people during a global pandemic, especially when many people are facing financial difficulties!

I usually shop online at popular retailers such as boohoo, prettylittlethings, asos, and misshap, but never encountered such a fraudulent company like JUSTFAB UK! When I contacted them to reason with them, they refused to refund me unless I made a huge fuss about it. It is unacceptable! As a result of their deceitful actions, I had to block my card and request a new one to ensure that no further payments were taken without my consent.

It is outrageous that a company can operate in such a way! I highly recommend not backing down when requesting a refund. They need to be held accountable for their actions and investigated by regulatory authorities like Watchdog.

After doing some research, I came across various Facebook groups that highlight this company's fraudulent behavior. It is not an isolated incident! Watch out for JUSTFAB UK and avoid them at all costs!

JUSTFAB UK Efficient and Painless: My Experience Cancelling JustFab VIP Membership in the UK

I must admit that I, like many others, didn't fully realise that I had signed up to the VIP membership when I made my first purchase at justfab.co.uk. To be honest, I was so excited about the variety of pretty shoes, that I rushed through the process without paying much attention to the membership details. However, when I eventually realised what had happened, I decided to cancel the membership as I didn't think it was worth it.

To my surprise, cancelling the membership turned out to be a quick and easy process. I simply had to make a call and the girl on the other end was friendly and helpful. Although she did try to convince me to stay by offering further discounts, I politely declined and explained my reasons for leaving. She seemed to be reading from a script, but that's not too surprising considering how many customers they must deal with. Despite that, she was polite, professional and took my request seriously.

What impressed me most was how fast the whole process was. From the moment I ended the phone call, it only took a few minutes to receive an email confirming my no-longer VIP status. It was all very efficient and painless.

The only downside to my experience was that I had to wait for 3-5 days for my shoes to arrive, which is a bit of a disappointment. I'm still not sure about the quality of the shoes, but for the price of £8 (which is what I paid and I'll only be wearing them once), I guess I can't really complain.

Overall, my experience with justfab.co.uk was positive. They offer a good variety of shoes, and their service is efficient and helpful. However, it's important to be aware of the VIP membership when making a purchase, as it's not automatically clear, and cancelling it might be an annoyance.

I couldn't believe the amazing deal that JUSTFAB UK was offering to their first time customers. Any shoe for only ten quid? I had to give it a try. However, my excitement soon turned into disappointment when I received my shoes. The quality was terrible, and to make matters worse, one shoe was a size 5 and the other was a size 6. On top of that, there were obvious marks on them that made it apparent that they had been worn before.

I was willing to let it slide, but then, two months later, I noticed that they had taken over ?70 from my bank account! I tried contacting them multiple times with no response for days on end. When I finally did get ahold of someone, I found out that I had been put into this VIP scheme where they automatically take ?35 from you every month. I had no idea about this and it was never made clear to me when I made my initial purchase.

To make matters worse, cancelling this VIP membership was like pulling teeth. I was continuously ignored or argued with when trying to cancel, and as a result, they took another ?35 from me. They refused to give me a refund and I was forced to escalate the matter to the bank and even court.

To put it plainly, the whole experience was a total scam. Do yourself a favour and do not get involved with JUSTFAB UK. Their lack of transparency and poor quality products are not worth the hassle.

JustFab UK is one of the shopping websites that I have had an experience with. The first time I bought a pair of shoes from the website, I did not know that I had automatically signed up for a monthly shopping fee of ?35. Being new to the site, I was not aware of this. The company would take money from my bank account every month, whether I bought anything or not. I had to keep skipping each month in order for them not to take the money.

Later on, I wanted to cancel my account, but that didn't happen easily. I spoke to a person on the phone who tried to convince me to keep my account with them. Despite telling him multiple times to cancel it, he refused and kept insisting that I keep my account for at least three months. In the end, I had to keep skipping each month so they wouldn't take any money from my bank.

One of my friends also had a bad experience with JustFab UK. She tried canceling her account several times, and it was such a difficult process. Even after her account was finally canceled, they continued taking money from her bank. This made her upset, and she felt like they did not care about her as a customer.

In my opinion, JustFab UK is the worse shopping website I have ever dealt with. The customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. They even scammed me into signing up for the monthly fee. I advise other people to avoid shopping on this website entirely.
