Quality of shoes bought

On January 9th, 2023 I bought a pair of shoes (Lamzel richelieus), which was on sale from EUR 235.00 to EUR 141.00. They have been only delivered mid February, after asking why I didn't receive them yet.. Usually I don't buy such expensive shoes but they looked very comfortable and high quality. Indeed they are very comfortable, but quality is very poor for being handmade. I live in Switzerland and started wearing them in May, when it got hotter outside. I like to wear summer shoes without socks when it's hot outside. So after a few weeks, the inner sole began to loosen and the pvc under it to crumble. Now every time I get home and take off the shoes, crumbles of pvc come out of the shoe. On one side I even tried to glue the inner sole. I can't believe this happens on handmade shoes with such a high price. The inner sole should have been sewn and not glued! Now after not even two months of wearing them and 2.5 weeks of being on vacation, where I didn't, which makes it roughly 4.5 weeks of wearing them, they're ready to dispose.. I wonder, if anyone has anything to say on this matter..

After expertise by our quality department, unfortunately, we won't be able to repair the shoes.
Actually, you should not have carried out an intervention before our expertise, as you already tried to fix the insole with glue.
Our return conditions do not allow any self-repair.
Thus, we are sending back today your pair of shoes.
Once again, we are sincerely again about the inconvenience you have experienced with your shoes.
We remain at your disposal for any further information.

This is a joke, right?!
I had written (per e-mail and here: Arche Shoes — Quality of shoes bought), that I tried to glue one shoe (the right one) with emphasis on tried and you still had me send you the shoes, which cost me over 30 EUR and now you're telling me you can't repair the shoes because I tried to fix one of them with and your return condition do not allow it?! It doesn't change anything, quality of the shoes is very poor and not worth the price! In fact I will never order again at Arche and leave bad reviews.
What a miserable service! You should learn to read properly before inctruting me to send them back and afterwards letting me know that they can't be fixed because of my "intervention" and now that you made me send them, you should actually take care of it! I was honest from the beginning and it's not my problem, if you can't read and properly instruct. If you told me before, that your terms do not allow it, I could have accepted, but not after you made me send them!
Therefore I expect either a replacement or reimboursement of EUR 31 for postage to the following:

Arche drick shoes
Arche make stylish shoes but after buying a pair of Drick camel coloured suede shoes last year, I was disappointed that these very expensive shoes had no arch support or support for the whole foot. The sole provided little buffering when walking on hard surfaces; after an hour my feet ached. Given the square holes punched in the upper, there was no lining but the suede was soft. If I was young, they might be ok but for women needing arch support, and support for pronated sore feet, I will not be buying another pair of Arche shoes.
I’ve worn these shoes for years! Wonderful quality. However 6 weeks ago I purchased a pair that needed returned. I returned with approved authorization and insured. One month later I’m still getting run around. WIRST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Won’t return calls or emails! No refund or return confirmation! For a 400.00 pair of shoes totally unacceptable!

I bought a pair of Arche shoes online from a reputable retailer and was very disappointed that these expensive shoes provide no support whatsoever, the insoles are thin and cannot be removed and the much touted latex soles are not thick enough to walk comfortably over uneven surfaces, or even gravel! I have seen similar shoes without arch support & thin soles sell for a quarter of the price Arche charges. Never again!

I bought cute yellow shoes for over $ 200.00 because they claimed they were made for comfort. I was at the Venetian Hotel shops. I wore them to dinner at the Hotel and had 4 blisters in an hour and a half. Went back to the store after dinner for an exchange for the shoe. I was willing to try another style, even a less expensive shoe and said keep the money. They said NO because I wore them, but no wear was on the shoes, even a customer came in and saw no wear. The customer was shocked from this bad service and walked out. I was NOT given a phone number to call. I was given a web site which has ignored me. NO WAY TO CONTACT, They say shoes were on sale- Never was told, never saw a sign. Very shady, stay away. A mall cop came to help. The cop asked the Sales person( who had very poor English to add to the problem) why not exchange the shoes after he saw the blisters, the shoes, and the lack of a FINAL SALE sign. Rude Sales Lady said NO. Told me to contact Web. site. Still waiting for them to ever contact me. YOU WOULD GET BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE AT K-MART. STAY AWAY FROM THE VENETIAN ARCHE SHOE STORE.
