I don't recommend you dealing with this company. For real. It's a huge waste of money and time.
I ordered several items at the beginning of July and guess what? I haven't received them yet. All of their explanations are usually the same, they always apologize, but do absolutely nothing to resolve this problem.
Asking for a refund from them is useless. They will offer a store credit, exchanging, anything, but a refund. I am so tired of waiting, I don't even want those items, I simply need them to give my money back :(

I'm soooo disappointed. How can you run your business treating customers that way?
Guess when I ordered my items? In May! Obviously, it will never be delivered. But I want you to know that they don't deliver.
The only thing I got from them was my order confirmation. And each step of this easy process took them several weeks. Contacting them was absolutely not helpful and useless. Please, stay away from this s%%%%y company and use reliable websites for ordering.

They mislead people in their website. They post pictures of shoes from other websites making people believe they will get those shoes. They prices are los high, most shoes are $75 and up, plus delivery. Once you buy the shoes, they send you a poor replica of the shoes. $5 shoes. If you want to return the shoes, they offer to give you back 10% of what you paid. If you complain through PayPal, they aske you to return the shoes back to China but you have to pay for the shipping. It will cost you $60 and up, it depends the weight. At the end you lose anyway. Be aware! Stay away from Shoespie. This company should be banned.

I ordered a pair of shoes they were poorly made or even defected. The leather n straps are warped the shoe will not even stay on the foot. I am currently trying to return them and would like to get a refund. The shoes took 6 weeks to arrive and they are horrible. I am emailing customer service as is noted on the return policy page because I will need to get instruction of how to return them. I am not getting a response. I sent pictures by email of the horribly made shoes as noted on the return page still no response. It also says if they do not get them by 15 days then I will not be refunded. How am I going to return them if there is no way to return them because the company will not give me the information I need to return them. I am so upset money just wasted. Never again. I will do all I can do to get this company off of the internet. Selling horrible products n taking people money.

This website is horrible to order don't ever waste your time or money takes an whole month or more to receive an doer that's if you do . There version of customer service sucks and is very disappointing they do not try to solve any problems or concerns that you might have not even an 1800 number to reach a live specialist . This site needs to improve maybe take some tips from other online company such as, Old Navy, Fashion Nova, and Guess . I do online ordering a lot and to come across this problem is very disturbing for me .

I finally got my shoes after waiting for almost 4 months, I opened the package, got shocked.

1, the shoes are like more than 3 years old with dirt and marks.
2, they are made of cheap plastic, they are unwearable.
3, I can barely call them shoes, they are more like cheap toys.

They labeled the price super high, I thought they have better quality of shoes. It turned out I got the worst shoes I have ever seen in my life.

Please stay away from this website, do not waste your time and money here.

I received the shoes for my wedding, but they were cheaply made, ill fitting, and reeked of chemicals. I am in the process of returning the item now, but cannot seem to get them to tell me where to send the return. Also, I paid $85 for the item. To return the item, they will only refund $65 to cover the shipping costs to me (at checkout it was FREE shipping) and "craft making costs". I don't even know how to explain why, as a customer, I'm covering their "craft making costs" for an item that they can resell upon return. This is a racket. Do not make any purchases on this site!

I was going to place an order for three pairs of boots. I read the reviews of the boots on shoespie.com, and when I saw that many of the reviews were submitted by the same person and in broken English, I became suspicious. I checked the return policy, and it said they could be returned in California. I decided to live-chat to ask for the address where I could return the shoes in California. "Helen" asked for my order number. I said I don't have one yet, and I want to know the address for the return just in case. She said I would have to make the purchase first, before they will tell me the return address. What?! I asked if the company was located in China. Yes. RED FLAG! I then asked what was so bad about giving me the address beforehand. She said it was company policy. WHAT?! I told her that sounds suspicious, so I'm not going to make the purchase. All she said was "ok." Wow. Judging from the complaints on this site and on YouTube, look like I dodged a bullet! NEVER BUY FROM SHOESPIE.COM.

I waited for 3 months, did not get the shoes, they did not refund and kept saying the shoes were delivered, but they did not give me any information about who delivered the shoes and where they delivered the shoes. I do not know what to do!
I wasted so much time emailing them asking for information.
Also, they sold the shoes with super high price, I wasted my money.
Please never shop at this website!

I order 2pairs of shoes bout 3weeks ago, said shipping was gonna be 4-5 business days" it has already been 3-4weeks still haven't received my shoes yet, this is ridiculous I haven't waited so long for an order, I just want back my $money if they aren't gonna send/mail my shoes, make no sense to take my $$$$ & shipping date is overdue!. I bought a pair of super expensive shoes for over $100 from this website www.shoespie.com and they gave me nothing but trouble. Delivery took way too long and it took over a month to get them. All that time I was trying to get in touch with someone from Shoespie but they never replied. I had no tracking number so I was not able to track my order and had no idea what to do. When my shoes finally arrived I was extremely happy. That was until I opened the package and saw my shoes! They were so poorly made and looked nothing like pictures on their website. I sent them a message and demanded a full refund, but they did not reply anything yet. Do not buy from Shoespie!

I would not have to call it a scam if you just refund my money. When I got the shoes, I realized I cant walk in these high heels and I notified shosspie right away. They told me it was nothing they could do. They said it would cost more to send back then what I paid. That they will refund $15 and just give them to family/friend. Why would you tell someone that?

I sent my shoe bestie on mission for the louis vutton gator strappy sandal... I was willing to buy a used pair so we searched high and low and came up with nothing. A few months later my shoe bestie texted me this website with my shoe and they had my size I was super excited... I ordered the shoe and paid 70 bucks for them I expected to pay way more but hey I was excited and did not investigate the site (Shame on me) after, I purchased the shoe I begin to look at other shoes and then I noticed these are all pictures from the original sites (They copy and paste pics). I immediatley reached out to the chat live and asked where were they located and when I saw china as the reply I knew I was in for a big surprise. So several months later my package arrived in a crushed box and filthy gray plastic the smell was horrific it was a mix between gas and chemicals. The shoes were very dusty and did not look as pictured very very cheap material and did I mention they smelled! I contact paypal immediately to open up a claim and I have to pay $36.70 to return these shoes in order to get a full refund. The customer loose in this situation and china based companies need to be band or they must pay for all returns foreign and domestic. Very disappointed! Do not buy from shoespie!

I have ordered my shoes about a month ago and received nothing yet! When I went online and checked the reviews I found out that Shoespie was a scam website! It's horrible how many people were robbed and scammed by this company! I bet that all the positive reviews are written by their employees! I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund, but never received a reply!
I should have checked the reviews before ordering! I already contacted PayPal and hope they'll get my money back!

I received a pair of shoes that looked nothing like pictures on their website! I immediately emailed www.Shoespie.com customer care, but never received a reply! Tried to call them but their phone is always busy! This website is a complete scam, don't order anything from them. I have no idea what to do and how to get my money. I need some information and their additional contacts. Please, if anyone has this information share it. This company should be shut down!

This website is just another scam! I made an order and bought one pair of shoes from www.shoespie.com. When my order arrived and I opened the package I was very disappointed because the shoes I received were not what I ordered. These shoes were cheaper, looked very poor and were made out of rubbish material. When I contacted the company they said they don't do refunds! Their return process is absolutely ridiculous! Don't order from this website!

I'm very disappointed and frustrated! I made my order in early february and received nothing yet and it's already march 14! I bought two pairs of shoes and was supposed to get them weeks ago! After I paid I received a message stating that my order was confirmed. They are extremely slow, or super dishonest thieves! Almost two months passed and they cannot deliver 2 pairs of shoes! I paid for those shoes, got nothing, so i'm going ti open a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from shoespie!

I tried to contact them many times and cannot even get in touch with a real person! When I called I was put on hold fro like forever! Then I sent them an email and never received a reply. I will never buy anything here! I doubt that I will ever get my shoes. Thieves!
