My wife recently went to this store and all their systems were down.The employees were reluctant to give her the great customer service that she required. I found the scrub tops I normally wear at a very reasonable price, ordered them without difficulty, and they arrived on time and were just what I ordered. I will often come across a pair of scrubs model is wearing, and there is no information on page suggesting the pant model is wearing. I bought some clothes from Scrubs and Beyond and ended up having a bit of a tough time with the experience. I got two tops and two pants, but the tops ended up being way too big. I decided to send them back, even though I had to pay for the return, which wasn't ideal. Then, to make things worse, one of the tops was sent back to me without any explanation. According to their policy, as long as the items are unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags still on them, you can return them no problem. But apparently there were stains on the sleeve and neck, which I swear weren't there when I tried the top on and sent it back. It's frustrating because I ordered online specifically to make my life easier, but now I have to send pictures and probably print a label, take it to the post office, and do this whole process again. It's just a lot of time and effort that I don't really have.
As a healthcare worker, I thought it was important to support companies that support our work. But after this experience, I'm not sure I will be ordering from them again. I don't recommend this store at all! I gave them a try because they have a broad range of scrubs to choose from and also because they offer free returns. But oh boy, I had such a hard time dealing with them! It took more than two weeks for me to get my order, which I found not so cool. I mean, perhaps I'm too used to getting my stuff delivered with Amazon's speedy service. Anyway, the package tracking showed that my order traveled from Memphis to Missouri and back to Memphis, where it stayed for over a week. When I contacted them to sort this, their excuse was the Hurricane – and that's when I knew they couldn't be trusted. I live in Nashville, for crying out loud!
To make matters worse, none of the items I ordered fit. So I decided to return everything, but that's where I hit another snag: they don't really offer free returns since they charge a return shipping fee. After placing my order, they split my purchase into two separate shipments. The first shipment was shipped out on the third business day, which I thought was fair enough. The problem arose when I received my first shipment, only to find out that one of the scrubs I had ordered was missing!
I contacted their customer service team, hoping to receive some answers and get the missing item shipped out as soon as possible. However, their response left me feeling frustrated: they weren't even sure when they could ship out the missing scrub! I then requested them to change the delivery address for the second shipment, which they seemed to agree to. Unfortunately, when the second shipment arrived, the address was still the same.
To add insult to injury, they only offer up to 8 dollars per item for returns. This was frustrating since I ended up having to return an item due to size issues.
To conclude, I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Scrubs and Beyond. The customer service team is pretty much useless, and their shipping takes way too long. You can get better deals and faster delivery on Amazon or other online stores.

So I ordered a top from Scrubs and Beyond, but to my disappointment, when I received my package, I found out that they sent me pants instead! Of course, I had to call their customer service line to sort out the problem. After explaining the situation to them, they asked me to email them a photo of the wrong item that I received. I waited for days and days, but surprisingly, no updates from them. So, I decided to follow up on the email, but guess what? My email was rejected as spam! What kind of company is this that even won't let you converse with them properly via email?
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called again to check and, unfortunately, I was pretty angry at this point. The customer service representative apologized and promised to send the correct item right away. But, to my surprise, they also wanted me to return the pants! Not just that, but also to print a return label from their PDF file? What if I didn't have a printer? I asked them for a physical label instead, but they said it couldn't be done. They asked me to go to FedEx store to print the label. It's not like shopping online is supposed to be this complicated!
I told them that I was not pleased because their mistake became my problem, and finding a place to print was just an inconvenience. The response I got was "sorry," nothing more, nothing less. No assurance, no empathy, no effort to make things right. Needless to say, I waited for three weeks before I received my top. I was hoping for a better value for my $25 scrubs top.
In conclusion, if Scrubs and Beyond doesn't value customer service and satisfaction, then I am done shopping with them. Well, unless they send the right item that's supposedly en route right now. But, if there's another mix-up, I don't think I have the patience to deal with them again.

I called up the folks over at Scrubs and Beyond today to figure out what was going on with my order. I made sure to order six items on September 16th, double checking to make sure that everything I was getting was "in stock". Lo and behold, I get a confirmation email telling me that I should expect my order to arrive within 4-6 business days - fair enough! I did end up getting one of the items on September 28th, which I must say is quite to my liking. The only problem is that the rest of my order has still yet to arrive.
So naturally, I called up customer service to see what the hold-up was. What I was told was quite different from what I had previously been led to believe. Apparently, the "remainder of my items were being shipped straight from the manufacturer" - which would explain why the delivery was taking so long. But wait just a dang minute here - my order confirmation stated that everything I ordered was good to go and ready to be delivered within 4-6 business days! The customer service representative did not seem to take me too seriously when I brought this up to them.
Oh but it gets better - when I asked to cancel my order, I was told that no cancellations could be made. What? That's just darn right ridiculous! Thankfully, they transferred me over to a supervisor named Amanda. Unfortunately, Amanda was no help at all. She didn't seem to care about my disappointment - not even one little bit. All she could say was that she would "send an email to the warehouse asking that the remainder of my order was cancelled". For starters, I had no reference number for my initial phone call and Amanda didn't even provide me with a cancellation confirmation number. How's that supposed to work, huh?
All in all, my experience with Scrubs and Beyond was incredibly disappointing. It's discouraging - I was really excited about this order and was hoping for a smooth delivery process. I plan on sharing this regrettable experience with all of my friends so they are aware of how poor customer service was when I needed to be helped. But on July 24th, I got a shipping confirmation for the jacket only, and there was no mention of the three tops. So, I became concerned and sent an email on July 28th, asking about the tops. Yo, I just gotta say that I went to the new Scrubs and Beyond spot on 774 US 1 North Iselin and it was not a good time, ya know? I always go to them for my work uniforms but after this experience, I don't think I'm gonna go back anytime soon. So, I live in Monmouth Junction and I needed some new scrubs for work. I usually go to their spot in Woodbridge Mall but when I got there they weren't there anymore. No signs or anything telling me where they went. So I had my wife call them up and they told us they moved to 774 US 1 North. Cool cool.
So, next day after church, I put the address in my GPS and hey, it takes me to 774 US 1 North in Edison, by a car dealership. I called them up and this young lady answered the phone. I asked her for directions from where I was and she said she didn't know the area so she couldn't help me out. Which, OK fine I get it but then why have the address listed on your website if you don't know how to get there? She did tell me they were in Iselin on Route 1 though, so I put that in and after going about 5-6 miles down the road, I finally find the spot. It's 5:06pm and I see a lady with some other dude inside. The door's locked and she comes out to talk to me. I ask her if they're still open and she tells me they just closed the register at 5:00pm. Which, seriously? Why you gotta close right at 5pm? But whatever, I ask her why she didn't tell me on the phone that they were closing soon so I could come back another day. And she just says "sorry" and that I could come back tomorrow instead.
Like, really? That's how you treat customers? If this was your own business, you'd probably handle it differently but since you're getting paid either way, who cares right? But let me tell you, there are plenty of other places I could go to get the same stuff and they'll treat me better. They don't need my money if they're gonna give me sub-par service like that.

Avoid Scrubs and Beyond - Terrible Customer Service and Lost Package
I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Scrubs and Beyond. The prices are way too high for what you get, and you can find the same stuff somewhere else for a better deal.
But, I needed some new scrubs and they had a sale going on in October, so I thought I'd give them a shot. I ordered a pair of pants online, and they arrived a few days into November. Unfortunately, they were too big, so I followed the instructions on the website to send them back and exchange them for a smaller size. The pants I wanted were more expensive, so I had to give them my credit card number for the difference.
I sent the package back, and the tracking number said it arrived at the company's warehouse on November 24th. However, by December 7th, I still hadn't heard anything about my exchange being processed. I emailed customer service, but they said they hadn't received my package yet and that the tracking number said it had left my post office on November 19th. What?

Finally, on December 20th, I called the company for the fifth time and demanded to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for 20 minutes, they finally agreed to refund my money. But, now I'm worried because I gave them my credit card number and they lost my package in Indiana. What a mess!
Honestly, I would recommend shopping somewhere else. Scrubs and Beyond is not worth the trouble.

Awful Customer Service
First of all, they are overpriced. Better deals are available for the same brands elsewhere.
However, I ordered a pair of scrub pants on line from them only because they were on sale 50% off in October, and received them sometime around November 3rd.
They were too big, so I returned them following the company's directions, using their return envelope and labels with tracking number, and filled out the form for an exchange for a different pair of scrub pants which were more expensive and required a credit card number, per the company's return form.
I mailed the return package off sometime between November 4th and 6th.
First, the tracking number said the company received my package on Nov. 24th.
By December 7th, I did not receive any notice that my exchange was being processed, I sent Customer service an email asking them to let me know the status of my exchange... but customer service wrote back and said they never got it, and that according to them, the tracking number said the package had left my post office on Nov. 19th and they were still waiting for it.
I wrote back showing them a screen shot that showed the tracking number said they should have received my package on Nov. 24th.
No one wrote me back.
So, I called them, and they said they would see if it got lost in the warehouse and get back to me.
I didn't hear back.
So, I called them on December 15th to inquire again. They told me again they would process my return the next week, when they found the package.
I then contacted the post office, who told me it's possible the company used my tracking number twice for whatever reason, but that return parcel goes to Fedex and once Fedex has the package, they no longer have information on it.
So, I went to the fedex website with the tracking number and signed up for alerts.The next day on Dec 16th, I get a text message alert from Fedex that the tracking number said my package was in Indiana somewhere as of December 15th.
Package is in Indiana. I'm in California. The company is in Missouri.
I emailed the company about this alert. I didn't hear back.
So, in total, I must have written three emails and called the company four times, and their response was "You're exchange will be processed next week... when we get your package", never addressing that the tracking information was all over the place. It was like talking to non-human robots who could not give a cr*p.
I finally called and went ballistic a fifth time on December 20th, demanded to speak to a supervisor, almost 2 months after mailing my package to them, and after leaving me on hold for 20 minutes, they finally agreed to refund my money. That doesn't help with the fact that they lost my credit card number and it's floating around in Indiana somewhere.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I placed a reaaallly big order on Scrubs and Beyond totaling around $140 and was pretty dang excited about it! But, when the order was shipped, it went to the wrong address and I was like ummmm what do I do now? So, I called up their customer service hotline a BUNCH of times before the delivery date to try and get it fixed. I talked to a couple different people and they all said the same thing - that it was impossible to change the address and that they were sorry. But like, sorry don't fix my problem? I still didn't get my order, yo!
So I was pretty frustrated at this point and decided to reach out to their customer service team again to ask for a refund or to have them send it to the right address. But, once again, they didn't want to help me! Can you believe it? They straight up refused to issue me a refund or reship my order, even though it wasn't my fault and I didn't receive anything yet. Ugh, I was so done with this company after that.
Overall, I would NOT recommend shopping with this place. They don't seem to care much about customers and their orders. If they mess up, you're on your own! Don't waste your time and money here like I did - go somewhere else that actually values you as a customer.

Went 2 da Waterfront stores where they did fancy nail art wit my scrubs wat i bout online from Scrubs n Beyond website. A gal called Catherine wif a name badge give me crap and goin' on abaat how I purchase da scrubs from other places. But dem scrubs wasn't even available in the store da last 3 times I went. Scrubs and Beyond Review: Beware of Tight and Restrictive Fit, No Returns After Wearing
Yo, so I copped some scrubs from Scrubs and Beyond after peeping their site. The designs looked dope as hell, so I was hella hyped to get my hands on one. But when I ordered a small, the [censored] was so tight! Like, WTF, I can't even get this bad boy on. So, I ordered a medium and it fit fine at first, but as soon as I started actually working, it was mad restrictive. I couldn't even reach for things!
So I tried to return the small one, but they don't take returns if you've already worn the [censored]. So I basically just flushed that cash down the toilet, smh. Ended up spending 50 bucks total just searching for a single top that fit right. Ridiculous!
Word to the wise, these scrubs run small AF. And the way they sewed 'em up makes it so you can't even lift your arms forward. Plus, they're short in the back. Big oof. Overall, super bummed out by this purchase.

Yo, I gotta tell you about my experience with Scrubs and Beyond. So, I grabbed a few things from their website, right? But when my stuff arrived, one of my tops had a big ole stain on it. I was pretty bummed, you know? So, I called up their customer service to get an exchange. The rep told me they'd send me a return label by email so I could get my top switched out. But guess what? I NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL. And let me tell you, waiting around for an email that never shows up ain't my idea of a good time.
But that's not even the worst part. I also ordered a jacket and that thing was nowhere to be found in my package. So, I had to hit up their customer service again (ugh, don't even get me started on how long I was on hold) and they said they'd resend my order. But like, why did they even mess it up in the first place? That's just bad service.
Oh, and another thing - when you call their customer service, you're not even talking to someone from the actual company. They outsource it to a call center in another country or something, which just seems sketchy to me. It wasn't like it was covered in dog hair, there were only a few strands. Secondly, I did remove the tags to try it on but I made sure to send them back with the top. So, what's the big deal? Couldn't take a few minutes and reattach them?
