Vionic shoes, let me tell you, they ain't gonna last ya. I mean, I only wore 'em three times and the outside just ripped right off. It's a real shame too, 'cause they do look pretty snazzy. But the quality, well, it's just not up to par. I wouldn't recommend 'em if you're looking for something that's gonna hold up over time.

So, I bought a couple of sandals from Vionic and they didn't quite fit me right. I tried to return them and get a refund, but it's been over two months and I still haven't received any credit. I've sent them a bunch of emails and even called their customer service, but nothing seems to be happening. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you don't want to risk losing your money.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Vionic. I had a question about my recent purchase and tried calling them up, but I was put on hold for what felt like forever. After waiting for 25 minutes, the call disconnected itself! Can you believe that? So I thought, okay, maybe I'll try emailing them instead. But guess what? No response. Not one. I sent three more emails after that, and still nothing.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be buying another pair of shoes from Vionic again. It's a shame, because I really liked the shoes I got from them. But if they can't even bother to respond to a simple question, then what kind of customer service is that? It's just not worth the hassle.

I mean, I get it. Companies can get busy and overwhelmed with emails and calls. But come on, at least have the decency to respond to your customers. It's not that hard. And it's not like I was asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted a little bit of help with my purchase. Is that too much to ask?

Anyway, I hope Vionic takes a good hard look at their customer service and makes some changes. Because if they don't, I don't think they'll be in business for much longer.

Vionicshoes.com is a website that sells shoes. The website is not easy to use. It is hard to update or remove items from your cart. Adding items to your cart is easy though. If you place an order, you can't cancel or change it. Customer service can't help you either. When you order something, you get a confirmation and order number. However, if the item is not in stock, you still get a confirmation. They don't tell you that the item is not in stock or sold out.

I was so excited to get my first pair of Vionic shoes from vionicshoes.com. However, when they arrived, they were way too big for me. I decided to return them and exchange them for a smaller size. The process seemed easy enough, but it turned out to be a bit of a hassle.

I sent my return back two weeks ago and the tracking number confirmed that they received it. However, I have not received any information about when I can expect my exchange. I tried to get in touch with customer service via phone, but I couldn't get through. So, I decided to send an email, but I haven't received a response yet.

It's really frustrating when you need help and you can't get it. It seems like they don't care about their customers once they have your money. I'm going to give it another week and then I'll have to file a complaint with the better business bureau and ask my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with vionicshoes.com. It's not worth the hassle and I won't be buying from them again.
