Crocs review: comfy but tight fit & terrible customer service
Yo, I gotta update y'all on my Crocs situation. So, I finally got my shoes after waiting for what felt like forever. I ain't even sure if it's the original order or the secondary one that the chat agent said was coming. But let me tell you, these shoes are tight as heck in the width. They leave marks on top of my feet and I gotta say, if you're gonna order these bad boys, you might wanna order up from your normal size. I wear 8 1/2 W and ordered 9 W and they're still tight.
But let me tell you, I love the sole and insert on these shoes. They're super comfy, except for the fact that they're so snug on top of my foot at the highest point of the top arch. I've been putting a coffee container lid in them at night to help stretch them out a bit at the top of the foot area. And after just two nights of doing this, they're already feeling more comfortable.
Now, let me get into the real issue I had with Crocs. I ordered one pair of shoes from their website two and a half weeks ago. And then, two weeks later, I had to hit up their customer service chat agent because I still hadn't received my shoes. And get this, the company and carrier had no idea where my order was. They claimed to be resending the same order again, but I still had no shoes. And they had already taken my money two weeks prior.
Honestly, I'm never ordering from this company online again. It's just not worth the hassle and the wait.

Well, it's now March 23rd and I still haven't gotten anything. And to make matters worse, they charged my card for the cancelled items and haven't refunded me yet. I sent an email to their customer service address over two days ago and haven't heard back. And when I called again and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they said none were available.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with! They hold onto your money for half a month before even sending out your crocs. And if they send you the wrong pair, you have to send them back and re-order a new pair. They won't even exchange them for you! It's like they don't even have the crocs on hand and ready to send. This is a terrible way to do business. I doubt this review will even show up on their site, so I'll have to copy and paste it everywhere that has crocs reviews.
I tried calling them for a whole week straight, but no one answered. And when I finally got through, they left me on hold for an hour before hanging up. I even tried to cancel my new order that hasn't even been processed yet, but the guy told me "unfortunately I can't cancel that order". I'm never ordering from here again once these crocs come that I ordered for my girlfriend. I'm sure they won't even arrive until February 2023, and it's only December 27th, 2022! And when I send the ones I have now back, they'll probably take a whole month before I get my money back.
If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would. This is just a terrible experience all around.

So, I recently sent back a pair of classic white Crocs in size 11. I was charged $67.19CDN for them, which seemed a bit steep to me. Why do they send links for refunds and why is there such a big difference in what I got charged and what I'm getting back? It all seems a bit fishy to me.

I gots to say, I is displeased with Crocs for real. They be making shoes that ain't even true to size, and then when I had to send them back (twice!), they tried to charge me over $5.75 for the shipping. That ain't right and ain't good customer service, y'all.

So here's the deal with Crocs. They've got these real cool limited edition releases and they want you to buy them. But, like, seriously, their website is straight up a joke. I was waiting in this "line" for the new LC3's for TWO WHOLE HOURS yesterday. I mean, I had better things to do, but I really wanted those Crocs, ya know?
Anyway, so finally at 12:45pm I was able to snag a pair and I was so pumped. I mean, I gave them my hard earned cash and everything. But then today, I get an email saying they cancelled my order! Are you kidding me? Apparently their fancy system had some issues and they had to cancel a bunch of orders. But like, that's not my fault, right?
So then they try to make it up to me by offering 50% off my next order and a few free pairs of Crocs. But honestly, that's not what I want. I ordered those LC3's for a reason and now I'm just out of luck.
I mean, I spend a lot of money on Crocs, clogs, sliders, you name it. But this experience has just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm thinking I might have to switch it up and try out some Oofos instead. At least their website probably won't leave me hanging like this.

Got some crocs from their website few weeks ago, and man do I got some things to say! So, I ordered these cool crocs for 44.99, originally 49.99, on September 14th of this year. Anyway, I still wanted these crocs, so I placed my order, thinking I would get it all sorted out with customer service later. But, as of September 23, 2019, I ended up having to send 3 emails, talking to 3 different peoples on the phone, and even using their online chat function. And guess what? They said they couldn't do anything to help me, even when I showed them my screenshot of the original, cheaper price! Yeah, they told me they don't price match. Can you believe it?
Anyway, it's a real bummer, because these crocs went on clearance for 29.99 later on. And I was thinking, "why am I paying so much for these things?" Wish I had known this before. It's really made me question their customer service and policy, ya know? Crocs are great, but their website and customer service could use some improvement.
