Originally had solar panels installed on my house in 2014 by NRG. NRG sold that part of their business to Spruce Power (Houston Tx.) in 2020. Spruce changed the meter on the system in March of this year to upgrade to 4G. Two weeks later (March 18th) the meter stopped working. Despite contacting Spruce via phone and emails several times no action has been taken by the company. All rental payments have been made each month although their are billing issues (the company keeps adding late charges despite payments being on time and no one calls back to straighten out this problem). Each time I contact the company I am informed they will be sending a service provider to fix the meter. No service provider ever contacts me. I am paying the rental but not receiving any service/power.
Desired outcome: I would like then to fix the meter so that I can generate the solar power we pay for.
