I bought hurricane shutters from www.sopsinc.com. I received them recently, but it was completely wrong size and I contacted the seller. He agreed to change it, and I needed to pay for the return postage. I paid all expenses, but the seller stopped to reply to my emails, messages. I want money back, but I have no idea how to get them. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

We don't sell shutters over the internet. We sell to builders, contractors and homeowners as an installation company, not for wholesale, so i think you have the wrong information.
