Southern Guaranteed Movers, Ft Lauderdale Florida review: Complaint

Do not use this company. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had to deal with. They di nothing that was promised. When their company that came to pick up our furniture the gentleman named gerald was angry form the start. We had to ask him to be a little less rough with our items whick caused him to become more angry. When we suggested our items would'nt fit in the truck he came with he slammed the door shut, demanded payment and left without letting us know when he would return for the rest of our furniture. Eventually after several phone calls (9) to be exact they came by for the rest. When it came time for delivery, they state they will give 48 hour notice. They called on a sunday evening stating they were 20 minute away. Then they proceedded to deliver our masterroom bed with half the bed missing. No idea where it is. So the next pleasant adventure is the csi insurance company they use for loss or damage. After you file the paperwork no response, so I called and I was told they 120 to review. Review what you lost the bed. So please do not use this company.
