Southwest Gas (NV) review: No resources for help to pay a bill

I am searching for bill assistance on their site and find none. I could probably find assistance online if it's "COVID" related. Does anyone realize that people have regular health issues and accidents? My bill was extra behind when my bf (who makes the money) was involved in an accident where 9 of his ribs were broken. He missed 2 months of work. Recently I would try to pay something towards my bill$50 or $60. Yet they came last week and shut my gas off. Or actually the day after Halloween.
