Southwestern Advantage review: Unauthorized bank account charges

I just found out Dec. 12, 2022 that my husband has been paying SWAdvantage every month since either 2008 or 2011. I called the company that day and offered me 18 months refund. I bought books from them years ago but I had no idea that I will be paying monthly subscription. I don't even remember receiving emails from them or letting me know that I'm a subscriber. How can they continue to collect money from my family if we are not using the website or receive anything in the mail? What kind of educational platform is this when there is no assessment of my child's progress or usage of their website? What can I do to make awareness to families that bought books from them before?
