Sovereign and Saxony

Multiple times we were dismissed about rodents, brushed off with maintenance and management... Coming to put a bait station and seal off holes with steel wool. After ongoing attempts to resolve the issue, other than the first two solutions, they sprayed foam in holes. After many neighbors complained — we finally had an exterminator! It's still a joke - ongoing for year and half now!.. Many times we cleared out kitchen bedroom living room moving all furniture etc to middle of room (only to walk in from work and find the exterminator spraying the walls and shining a flash light - the first few calls) every month they come - sadly we had to get used to them being pets - oh hey there goes the mouse! And maintenance is not any better - worrying about them getting a scratch moving the dishwasher and stove to seal off holes with foam. We spent 50$+ on sticky mouse traps, my husband has caught them the way and killing with a racquet! We have a 1 yr old and 4 yr, moved out of state - we don't have much furniture to move! So it's obvious to see the mice! Cannot believe they charge 1800$ to live with rodents! They have two properties, we live in saxony and their office is at the sovereign locations
