On 06/24/2022 I ordered a 500 dollar spa cover. A month goes by nothing. I contact them on 07/24/2022. They say it is done and scheduled for delivery on the next truck out. Possibly in two weeks. 3 weeks go by nothing.
On 08/23/22 They send me an email stating I have to make a decision today about the color change because the truck leaves today! I missed that deadline of course. I wanted to cancel the order because they said it will take another 3 months or more to get it to me! Also, if I cancel now I have to pay them $150! For what? Incompetence? They have a 30 day return policy and no 150 dollar cancelation fee is ever mentioned anywhere on the reciept or website. What a rip off!
