Spinpaper review: Bomber jacket 3

Last week, Monday October 3rd. I made an online order with Spinpaper https://www.spinpaper.com/products/%e5%a4%8d%e5%88%b6aviator-bomber-jacket-b3-shearling-sheepskin-leather?spm=..order.order_detail_ I ordered this bomber jacket for the price of $69.00. A couple of days later I send them an e-mail requesting a tracking number which is a standard practice. I haven't heard from them until that Friday when I got this e-mail.

I waited until Tuesday October 11th. to respond to this e-mail requesting once again a tracking number. Again, no response. As far as I know at this point, nothing was shipped out. I have no clue of the status which they are not providing. At this point I am leery because of a lack of communication and that after one week a shipment hasn't been made. If they're going to send my parcel, then I demand a refund. I hope you can help me. FYI, my e-mail is [protected]@aol.com I hope to hear from you soon.
