I have sent several e-mails even with visa telephone number. Spintop will not contact me and now they have
Blocked my e-mails, so ican not contact them. Visa will take this off my bill [thank god]. There is no phone number to concact them and they block your e-mails so there is no way to contact them.
Buyers beware spintop games takes money and will not give games you paid for

i purchased the Jeapordy online game from Spintop Games and i can not get it to do anything but repeat the first game. how do i resolve this problem?
We bought a games disc, of which was fine for a few hours and then it crashed, and i cannot go any further with this game, its sad really because we were saying how efficient they were with the orders and very prompt action, The only trouble is, there seems to be no way of contacting them to make this complaint known.

Is this the email address that you are sending emails to Spintop games inquiring about your games (support@spintop-games.com)? If so make sure you have that addy in your address book so your email won't go into your spam box. Also when you log onto their site and scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see a support link. Click on it and you should see a question "I did not receive my e-mail receipt and would like a new one - OR - I would like to view my order history.
You are able to retrieve a summary of your purchases by clicking the link below and following the on-screen instructions. Click Here. " Click on the click here and it will take you to a screen where you enter your email address that you used when buying the games along with your last name and then search. You can search the history for those games and redownload them. Hope this helps.
I became a member of your Two month game club. I purchase a game but it took the full 19.99 out of my account. My bank account showed the 10.75 being taken out so I could not firgure out how to correct it or get in touch with you that my Two month period should cancel any future transactions. Hi Billy, I wanted to clarify that I am not employed by Spin Top Games so therefore I can only offer information that I find on their site to help you possibly. I couldn't find any where that showed a two month game club program, as far as I could tell it showed that their games are downloaded and have a trial period of play for 60 minutes on any of their games. After that time is up you can buy the game. Most companies offer their games at full price of 19.99 after their free play of 60 minutes. If you go to the spintopgames.com you can see at the very bottom right hand side a link of "contact us" click on that and it will give you more infomation. Are you sure that it was with Spin Top Games that you entered into the two month agreement? I only ask this because other sights such as Real Arcade have a monthly trial period and unless you log into your account with them and cancel you will be charged their monthly fee. Spin Top Games are sold through other sights like Real Arcade and Big Fish (I believe?) and you can buy SpinTop games through other sights so make sure who is charging you a fee. Lots of times your credit card/debit card detailed billing can offer you a number for that company for you to call and inquire about charges and they should either be able to cancel a membership or direct you to some number that can. Never rely on things to happen automatically, and always follow up with the cancelation to make sure it has happened otherwise you may continue to be charged. Good Luck.

I have bought "Amazing Adventures Special Edition Bundle." When playing the Lost Tomb, and get to courtyard, all I get is a white hand on a black screen. I have deleted prog. and reinstalled it and get the same result.
I purchased this game when it was 9.99 for a life time somewhere around 2006/2007. And all of sudden when I had a virus removed from my pc, I tried to reinstall it. It worked for one day and the next day it wasnt nowhere to be found on my pc. So for several months I just gave up. But then, just today I tried to reinstall it again, and ran into how to report it, so thats what I'm doing. Please help me correct this problem.

I purchased all these games along with the back up disc's. When it came time to use the disc's to download the games to the new computer, all it did was prompt me to buy the games again. I have spent hundreds of dollars, with no customer service to fix this rip off. They need to make this right.
