Spocket.co has not given my money back, after I cancelled the trial subscription
Spocket.co has not given my money back, I have subscribed to the Trial for 14 days, to try it out, and I didn't like it, first because I tried to purchase a product throught the tool, to test the product. So the tool never took my product purchasing, did not show any information about what happened, therefore I decided to cancel the trial subscription before the trial ended. The cancelation was successful, but they never credited my credit card back, US684.00 I payed to the highest annual plan. Again, in order to get the trial you need to subscribe and I subscribe to the highest plan to fully try the tool.
Anyhow, Spocket was clever enought to cancel my subscription but kept my money. Now they are saying that I filled up all the forms to subscribe so they are not going to give my money back, but they ignore the fact that my subscription was cancel for real. They took my money and I am no longer subscribed. It seems to me a fraud. How can it not be fraud if they take your money, cancel the subscription and don't reimburse your credit card?
Desired outcome: Reembursment from the money they charge me on my credit card, even after I cancelled my subscrition during trial period of time.
