Spoornet Housing review: housing

Good day

We rented a house from spoornet as from [protected], We give notice in September 2016 whereby they requested us to put someone in the house because of the breaking in of premises. The monthly rent are still being deducted since. We went to the offices tried everything all in vain. Is there anything else we can do. The key was handed over to the housing board after the contract of termination was handed over.
