Purchased a treadmill from Sports Authority last year and purchased the extended coverage plan. At the first of this year we notice that there was a puddle of fluid under the treadmill and we filed a claim with Sports Authority claims department. We were sent an email stating that our claim has been filed and a service call will be scheduled. I didn't hear anything back from them on a scheduled date for service and I had to call them several times to final get the service scheduled. The company that Sports Authority contacts to do service came out and told us that the roller was bad and that they would order the part and ship to us. After waiting for about a month with no word on the part I called Sports Authority to complain about their total lack of customer service and was told they would see why the part wasn't ordered. We were then told the the part was on back order and we should have it in a few weeks. Was called by the service contractor that the part was shipped and once we received it they would schedule a service call to install the new roller. When we received the part I scheduled to have them come on Friday 6/19/15 and they said they would be here. On Friday 6/19/15 they did not come out or call to let me know they weren't coming, and as of 6/22/15 I haven't heard anything from them or sports Authority. Our complaint is Sports Authority's total of customer service!
