Do not join! This company has the worst customer service support ever; you can’t talk to anyone who can actually help you they only put you on a queue for them to call you and if you miss their call then you off the list and then you have to either go on their online portal and wait 30 minutes just to speak to a real person and get on a call back list. Once you signed up for any product then they make it impossible for you to be in control of your product and impossible to cancel any product that you are signed up for. Don’t waste your time with this company. I would go to a company that actually has a call service that is actually based in canada and they can help you! Do not do business with this company!
