I had fraudulent charges on my bill. I filed a BBB complaint.
Sprint worked with me but did not follow through with their end.
I am being charged for a Samsung watch that has been returned to them.
The charges remain on my account. I have received verbal and email communication from Sprint TMOBILE that the charges would be taken off my account but that didn't happen.
This is a new complaint. The first BBB complaint was only partially resolved and that is how I responded to the BBB follow email.
Desired outcome: My bill reflects fraudulent charges of $12.50 per month for a watch I returned to TMOBILE. Please see the screen shots below. Theses charges were to be removed 2 billing cycles ago.
