Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have a purchased ticket from Sri Lankan air line for my son. This is his first long trip & he is going to Canada as a student.

He took yesterday early on the morning flight no. UL563 & due to delay of UL flight he couldn't catch Connecting flight AC 873. Now he is stay in Paris air port more than 24 hrs & Non of Sri Lankan air line grounds staff haven't contact them. And no food or accommodations not provided till now & he has given a ticket to go to Toronto around 2 O'clock.
We have booked a ticket to go Winnipeg from Toronto but due to delay we changed that ticket & we have to paid another $145 .
And we try to contact Sri lanken air line last night but not possible. But today i was able to contact customer service & according to her Sr Lanken air cant do any thing for our losses.
Also connecting flight missed his baggeges,
We are very disappointed about Si Lankan service & kindly request from you to pay our losses.
