The add promises 15 min delivery. 48 hours later they still havent deliverd the gold they have charged for.
Evry time I speak to them in their online customer service they just say "plz wait a bit longer..."

Have the same problem with them. They promised to deliver gold within 10 minutes. 60 minutes later, I ask when I will get my gold, and get the reply:
Tina:
Please accept our sincerely apologize for you

Sorry 。 How about delivering in the next morning i think u are tired of waiting

kk we will thx and we will give full attention on u order to fulfill the order in the shortest time

When ready, we inform u in the first time, by e-mail or call ok?"

I said that I was promised to get my gold within 10 minutes, and that I will wait for 10 more minutes, and then I will contact paypal and get my money back. Then the customer service changed into my nick, and wrote some fake messages:

MyNick: here is the deal.. you arrange the trade within 10 more minutes, and everything is OK. if not, I will contact PayPal, and get my money back. You said I would get gold within 10 minutes, and that is 1 hour ago..
MyNick: easy? yes. 10 minutes from now.
MyNick: 5 minutes left..
XXX MyNick: while I wait for you i will be playing warcraft to just earn the gold myself.
MyNick: what? I did not write that last sentence
XXX MyNick: instead of harrassing you for something my lazy ### should be doing.
MyNick: oh come on with those macros
MyNick: you have the gold or not?

So I have opened a dispute in paypal, and trying to get my money back.
DO NOT recommend other people to buy from them.

i recently ordered a few lvls for my toon with this company only to be met with a nightmare in the end
they had my toon killed more times than i got exp, they used a bot to farm not to level as my toon was kicked off this morning with - 40% so i have to pay like 460+ 000 back
i wouldn't recommend these at all as i dont believe their business was to power level as more to farm kinah with my character.steer clear of these people as they will only rip you off in the long run and compensate you with nothing or wasting your time
try another firm i'll have another firms options and opinions soon to come i'll keep you up to date with any firm i use and ridicule them if i see fit too

there was no compensation, and it's a very bad service.

I placed an order and it's going on 48 hours. I've asked for a refund and have been refused. Their reps are horrible... First off, they lied and said they had product in stock, then said it would take only 10 minutes or so to deliver. Second off, every time time I speak with them I'm lead in circles... They go back and forth with "Jack: we will send to u as soon as possible".

I do not recommend buying from these scammers!

Hi,

It's not all bad.

They didn't had the gold in stock at that time, but they contacted me ingame in about 20 min (10 min before 30 min deadline) and payed halve... the rest came later (in about 2 hours). I have experience worse... about more then 48 hours. Lots of other wowgold deliverers promise the same and didn't message or gave gold at all in that time.
But yeah, i have to say... they didn't deliver the gold, i payed for within the time they told to do. But then again, lots of the gold deliverers didn't.

I do not try to talk it good (no they promised to deliver within 30 min) but it is something most deliverers promisesed and didn't do.

I hope... for us gamers, that the gold deliverers will do what they promises.

That's what I pay them for to do, nothing more nothing less...

I am experiencing the exact same thing. I ordered a week ago now. And still havnt received ###. They are lieing to me over mail and chat..

1. I get a mail (after 5 days and sending a mail about lies receiving over chat) with saying xxxx gold is now avaible for you! contact us!
within 40minuts I contacted them they come up with an excuse like : 'Yea our delivery guy just got banned again .. when I say lol that is kinda hard to believe they say : Yea our guild bank gets robbed every 4 hours by blizzard.
2. Whenever I confrontate someone over the live chat they
2.1 Start to ignore me after I told my complaints and ask them why they lie to me?
2.2 Close the chat window after I tell them my problems and ask them why they spread lies.

It's the worst service, if you are going to buy gold I suggest you look elsewhere as I am going to try and get my money back and get the gold from some other site. This is terrible and unbelievable. I have to run after them about the gold and the only thing they do is tell lie after lie after lie. When they run out of lies to tell they will close windows or ignore me.

I have to agree with u guys,
I ordered 15k ... got 1.5k for free ... some christmas present. they delivered 10k, and claimed 24h restock and then ill get the rest.
Funny thing though, before i bought i asked an online-service agent how much gold they have in stock. i was told 30k ... thats why i oredered there and "suddenly" out of stock.

Btw. that was on december 26. 2009. Today is january 15. 2010 ...

Money is gone, und nearly 40% of my order missing, everytime I wrote an email, i get the message "please wait longer, we need to restock".
Well, today I got a mail saying 49k available on my server... hahaha... I'm really pissed.

Well, just wanted to let u guys know that thankfully im the owner of a quite big company, we have same good lawyer, and i talked about this incident, i know ist "redicoulos" but i do business with quite a few big companys and, well, since this is a "company" to I'm going to use my & my lawyers knoledge to stop this fraud ###.

I have quite enough evidence to support my claims, so ... lets see how this ends ...

I requested the service based on their advert on site that they deliver in 25 minutes. 24h later, they still haven't completed the order, and i contacted their support trough their live chat, and in less than 10 minutes they gave me 3 different excuses. They are clearly scamming customers with false promises and their support just keep the lie going.

After i opened a dispute in paypal i receive this e-mail from them:

"Dear friend,

we noticed that you have opened a dispute against us, sorry for the delay, but the gold on your server is really hard to collect, and we will try our best to send the gold to you at the earliest time, also we will call you when the gold is ready. We hope you can do us a favor to close the dispute. "

Hey all.

Same here.
I didnt request much, only 2k, but i've been waiting for 48 hours and still nothing. Wanted to test theyr "20 minutes delivery" or theyr "38k stock".
As you can see, not even 2k stock they had.
talking to theyr live suport is even more annoying, as they always give same response.
This sucks, they suck.

I hope all these comments help whoever considers buying from them to... well DON'T.
They dont even refund.
Im gonna open dispute in paypal too...

the complaint is inadvisable i think,
the consistent supportor on ssegold.com all can understand the delivery now

i knew ssegold.com on May 5th, the first time i just 5000G for a try, it was so amazing that i got my gold in 5 mins .
The second time i bought 41K, i also got the gold in 30 mins .
They not only delivery the gold soon, but also have very good customer relationship management~
I love CRM~

ROFL, nice attempt of your operators to try and get some positive attention. But posting on accounts 'pretending' to be a customer will not help you that far. as we got something you havnt, screenshots of all the ### you do.
It has been 4 weeks now and I am going to contact paypal and try to get my money back, this is terrible. I have screenshots of their terrible service towards me and of all the lies they have told me through the weeks. I have also tried to buy gold off some other site and I got it delivered within 24 hours. Without lies, without ###, without anything.

MY suggestion: try to get it elsewhere, or you must be willing to wait 4 weeks. with chats getting closed down when you ask them why its taking so long and why the lie to you. Or they just ignore you. It's been a nightmare and there are way better alternative sites to buy from, sites that actually deliver what they promise / sell.

ive only orderded 1k and they said 50k was in stock, then guess what, NO STOCK! the live chat said 2 hours needed, then in 2 hours a different guy said 6 hours... the next day sorry no stock how long will you keep online for? as if that makes a difference to how long there gonna take, so ive just opened another chat with them now 2 days 6 hours later, and the same NO STOCK! 1000g i only wanted it to have dual talents lol which ive managed to get now any way. worst help team and website ever alll LIES LIES LIES

I must agree with all the negative posts on here. I too have ordered gold from them and got the runaround in any and every way possible...closed chat windows, no manager on duty, ignoring me totally and others to name a few.

They even had the nerve to ask for a copy of my drivers license! I wish I had done 1 minute of research prior to ordering from them or else I wouldn't be in the predicament I'm in right now. I knew something was fishy when they asked for my drivers license.

This has all occured in about 15 hours. They too told me that they had 52000g in stock on my server and I was "lucky" so I could get my order filled in 30 minutes...what ###.

I have since opened a dispute with paypal and will also be doing it with Visa. I have picture of all my chat logs with them giving me the runaround. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE FULL OF ### IN THE BIGGEST WAY POSSIBLE!

A little bit after an hour (which at this point i figured it was actually a scam) they actually contacted me on the game and had gold in hand. I ended up running into a problem and they couldnt trade me the gold because blizzard still had my account as "trial mode" even though i had upgraded it 2 days before. The person giving me the gold waited while i called blizzard (which took about 45 damn minutes) and got the issue resolved and they gave me the gold problem free. I may have gotten it hassle free because it wasn't a large amount of gold like others have been getting but i did end up getting it and they were quite helpful while trying to figure out why they couldnt trade it over to me at first. Im not saying this site is great but as for my order everything worked out fine. The only thing was i didnt get it in 10-20 minutes like they say (it took about an hour and a half) but i did end up getting it in a timely fashion. Hope this helps others out and NO im not one of them trying to pretend im some other customer. If you want you can ask me for my facebook and ill give it to you and you'll see that i live in the states so im not them lol

By the way...i am not in any way shape or form saying that the people who wrote their complaints were making things up or that they didnt get done dirty. Just simply writing my experience.

Got my account permma banned by Aion due to recieving kinah from a stolen account. Apparently Aion Gm's were running surveilance on a hacked account and unfortunately my account was tied in because they sent the delivery from that account.
So I contact their rep whom I've dealt with for many transaction, Seven and all he can say is um.. sorry goodbye. So in the end I lost out on the big money I paid for the kinah and my account got banned. Moral of the story... becarefull who you deal with.

I have been a repeat customer with them since april, have bought gold atleast 6 times, never had any problems always smooth and instant- yesterday I go to buy gold and it has been worst experience ever dealing with a company- First they tell me its instant then to stand by, then the delivery guy is at lunch for 4 hours, followed by suddenly they are banned and cannot deliver maybe in 3 hours check then, followed by come back tomorrow its late! After repeated demands for my refund they would not give it, and customer service would drop chat, I emailed them and got a response from cindy - Hello

This is fraud and scamming- I now have to wait to midnight for moneybookers.com to FORCE a refund and if they wont do it from there, I will simply have my bank do a chargeback- I do not recomend these people- I went from having honorable, quick and pleasurable transactions to- what you get from every other gold company- dodgy, lying scammers, SSEGOLD has lowered its standard and its way of treating customers, I wouldnt trust these shady people ever again and I advise if your buying gold, AVOID THEM because they are just as slimy as the next company, will tell you they have gold in stock, then make up excuses lies and avoid you until your forced to do a chargeback for a refund they dont wanna give

SSE company has been running the bussiness since 2004, we are now listed as NO.1 company in the industry on EU side, most of our competitors know that. We are working hard to be NO.1 in the US MMOs market.

How can a scammer be so successful? :)

Aion has been constantly banning players who purchase kinah. Thats one of the reasons why they've lost so many clients. We are now delivering kinah via face to face and AH, it will be much safer.

Illigrante, I apologize for the trouble you have experienced for your sixth order, there were nothing wrong with your previous orders, right? We are not going to lower our standard and service levels, on the opposite, we are trying to be better.

It is possible that 1 order in a dozen will be delayed, we can give you compensations and do our utmost to complete your order, or you can ask for a refund when we havenot delivered gold in a decent time.

Paypal refunded my money in full with no question. I had to wait the required time-frame though and of course gold prices skyrocketed during that time.

SSE still sends me email offering all kinds of deals. NEVER buy from these theives!

I used Guy4game for my 15k, they delivered within 1 hour and offered a bonus 10% - best service ever!

You would think after all this time my ordeal with SSE would be over... Well, think again.

My account And email was hacked last night and my characters stripped. While the Blizzard rep couldn't give me the actual IP information they did verify it was a China based IP that they are familiar with.

The only overseas company I have dealt with on that email is SSE.

Can I say absolutley for sure it was SSE? no I can't, however to quote an old saying "If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, It's a duck..."

This company is full of thieves, don't buy from them, don't contact them in any way! they WILL rip you off!

I ordered a large some of gold from SSE and they did not, in the last 7 days, deliver the rest of the gold owed. They in fact told me that the only way to get the gold I had ordered and paid for was to buy more. It seems if you order over 10k gold they just take your money and do not pay you the gold ever. I am still waiting 9 days later and have talked to customer service everyday at least 5 times who have told me over and over that my order is ready and i just have to wait in game. B*ll[censored]. SSE is scamming people over a certain amount use it only for small amount and even then be carefull! SSE SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

i want to tell you my story with this ( ssegold ) they have very bad service that if you talk to them and they didn't answer you because they your order is took to long to get they close the chat box and left me alone twice
without even a word except oh sorry?! what i have to do with sorry since i pay for my order and i didn't get it then i tried again to talk to them and they asked me to send my credit card last number with my name! how come they want to see my credit card info since i payed with pay pal and before i even made the payment there was no rule that's saying send us Ur card last numbers after you pay us..i was reading the terms of the site and there you will see just lies and i advise every 1 to stay away from this site you will waste your money and time like the tragedy happen to me with them..

STAY AWAY! Don't just take my word, take these other peoples word... The said 10-30min right before I placed the order then disappeared and closed chat windows during conversations. Here is a piece:

Ordered 10 gw2 gold 2 days before launch (on August 26), paid by paypal. By September 6 I still had received NOTHING. I wrote to them, they wrote back stating they could only fill half my order at that time. Three days later, they delivered 5 gold. For the last week I have asked them to deliver the rest of the order, now they deny that I actually ordered ten gold at all, even though I have an email from them confirming it.

I have reported this fraud to paypal and will NEVER deal with these crooks again.

Sooo, first time I ordered a TCG card paintbomb, what I got was a code for imp in the ball, their customer service randomly stopped talking to me about it.

Second time I ordered the paintbomb I never recieved any at all, I talked to the customer service who blankly told me to buy a mount code? wtf?

The customer service on this site or whatever is horrible, you cant get them to sort anything out besides tell you wait more, try again or buy something else.
