The company SSK Communities sold us a house and they haven’t provided the title. We have waited 2 months and they only promised. Now, the agent from the company contacted me and said if we didn’t have the title, they wouldn’t be able to prolong the agreement with us. We have been shocked with such unethical and unprofessional attitude and services. This company really misleads customers and buyers.
I purchased my home 6/16/2021, and it was in horrible shape. With lots of time and help I was able to do a ton of remodeling. With that being said, less than 6 weeks here I was given an eviction notice. SSK are the most sleazy corporation I have ever incountered. They sell homes older than allowed in the park to flip flip and flip again. They should be put out of business. They prey against people on limited incomes so they can basically force them out.
These slimy snakes did the exact same thing to me, 42 days after purchasing my mobile home and of course paying the first month lot rent and security deposit I had to pay a total of 872 dollars in order for my elderly mother to not be evicted, paid it and the very next month was told I owed 1616 dollars and hadn't even lived there but two months with lot rent at 350, make it make sense? They filed eviction and I went in there to pay 900 of it and they wouldn't take it unless it was full amount so here it is 5 months later and about 7000 dollars down the drain not including my blood sweat and tears of remodeling and they now own the trailer again but stay tuned because it's not going to be so easy with me...SSK you bucked up on the right one with me and I don't want a dime from you slithery fraudulent snakes but I will definitely be another Ginny Chappell I'm on your [censored] and I will not stop!
They are getting me too. I want to start another class action lawsuit. They have already lost one in Louisville
Ditto I am in louisville off dixie hwy.my 72 yr mother & i are both disabled. They doin some evil stuff.
