Staff, GroundsKeeping review: Front office / desk, general manager

9/29/2022,8:00am Who is the manager? They change like Texas weather, everyday! Your latest GM sucks! He’s cheap, behind on things & last minute with everything! If I have to deal with that Tyree lady one more time I’m gonna go to the BBB! She claims to be the office manager but she acts like a warden and does not belong in hospitality! The woman is harsh & brazen to say the least! The back entrance door has not worked since the weekend so they put up a sign to “go around.” They have the housekeepers doing groundskeeper duties outside (I witnessed this)! The housekeepers, cooks &evening staff are friendly & nice.
