Stanley Streamer review: Tile floor cleaning

We've had Stanley Steamer (SS) cleaning our floors for over 10 years and this is the WORST JOB we've ever had. First off since we were repeat customers, we already had a quote from SS before they came out. They had all the measurements already on file. However, the salesman that showed up (I'm calling him a salesman since he didn't do any cleaning) immediately tried to change our original quote from $458 to over $1,000! He ignored the measurements and proposed "Sections" with each one being assigned more charges!. We told him we were repeat customers and had a quote already. He then took 25 mins to speak with his office before he came back and said he would accept the quote (nice of him, NOT) He then had his assistant do the work but EXCLUDED the showers even tho they were in the QUOTE! He then completed the job in LES THAN AN HOUR! Ignoring all corners and doorways. The assistant left large amounts of DEBRI in the corners and along the baseboard. They never vacuumed or cleaned up they just left. BAD WORK not worth the $458 let alone what they were trying to charge us. NEVER AGAIN!
