On 7/2021 a E.S. Klu. Revery Campbell mattress and adjustable base was purchased from Star Furniture. My husband thought we were getting a flat top mattress and the one we got was a pillow top. Therefore he does not think that we received the mattress that he told the salesman that we wanted. He complained about the mattress being uncomfortable after the very first night after sleeping on it. Both of us have had back surgeries, my husband two, me six. We both felt that our back hurt from the first times of sleeping on it. There appears to be a ridge down the middle and both of us feel we roll to the outside of the bed, feeling as if we are going to roll out of bed. I have had my legs roll off on my side. We have both slept on our Murphy bed with that mattress being comfortable and not increasing back pains where as the Aireloom is not not comfortable and increases our back pain.
We have had Star furniture send out a mattress inspector the following four times: 1/12/2022, 2/26/22, 3/36/22, and 7/16/22. Each time the person comes out, they lay a tape measure across the top of the mattress and report that there is no problem with it. We have offered to lay a clean blanket or sheet down for them to lie on the mattress to see what we are talking about, but they refuse to do that.
Desired outcome: A full refund on the mattress preferred. At the very least a replacement one of equal value.
