Cheques issued by them as a promise to repay the payment are bouncing . They keep on postponing saying that they are in financial mess . They have been paying my money in small instalments ..i wonder how such a builder is able to survive in kerala inspite of all these manipulations and still is able to get away

Came across this complaint thread just now. I am also one of the victims who paid an advance of 8.5 lakhs for a flat in Aluva. Working in Nagaland hence not exactly aware what is happening. Please include me also in all activities you all are planning to ensure we get our money back.
