Station Casino's are by the worst casino's to play in. They steal daily from players and continue to have horrible management. The service is lousy . Our server tried to wipe off burnt edges of toast right in front of us. The manager did nothing about it and we waited over an hour for our food at the grand cafe. The machines are tighter than a lock nut and do not pay out what. We think this company is stealing and no gaming board person is even paying attention. They need to be investigated. Never again will we step into any of the Station Casino's properties!

I found out all my points were gone from my rewards boarding pass without ever being notified. I sent a letter to corporate headquarters with no response. I then a letter to Mr. Frank Fertita and still no response. All I wanted was my points back. I haven't gone back to Station Casinos for over 10 months. My friends and I go elsewhere. How can a large local company not even acknowledge that my points where confiscated without any correspondence. Is this the way to treat a customer visiting their casinos for over 30 years. Not good public relations.
