STD Cargo & Courier Services review: cargo (from kuwait to lucknow)

Dear Sir,
I booked my all 2 bedroom materials with std cargo & cuerior services on 20th of September 2017. This cargo company office is in Farwania, Block 5, street 79, Building 7910, Near Fringer Print Office, Farwania (Kuwait).
The person who came to take all materials his name is Eliyas (His Mobile number is [protected]). He promised me that my all material within 2 months, mean I will get it before 20th November 2017.
Now almost 3rd month is completing and till now no news about my cargo materials.
Kindly take a necessary action against them to send my belongings as soon as possible.
