Terrible service
Over 12 weeks ago I had ordered a replacement piece of glass for a coffee table i had purchased from your location. The glass broke after a candle fell on it. I thought this was bad enough, what i should have done is just thrown the whole thing out. The experience of special ordering through Steinhafels has been a nightmare. I was first told it would take 4 weeks to receive in house then that was followed by 8 weeks. Finally after 8 weeks i was called that it was here, or was it? I waited a little over a week to pick up (1/22/10) only to have it mysteriously disappear, then i was told it was never delivered and finally i was told it was damaged in shipping. The reorder could possibly take 8 more weeks. Well today 2/4/11 its here. I was told Steinhafels would deliver since i was inconvenienced, unfortunately that would not be for another week 2/11. Are you guys even competent to deliver this. Would you wait another week after waiting over 12. What a joke, you lost my business.
Worst product and service ever
Couch was falling apart in less than 2 months. Contacted customer service as everything directs you to do. No help. THey said there is a 1 month return policy. Sent out a service guy and they will not repair under warranty ( I dont think it is even repairable as it is ripping in numerous places and cusions are sagging in. Customer service then emailed-no...

Bought a King size mattress for $1, 000.00 from Steinhafels in June. I was supposed to be the firmest mattress they have, it is already sagging an inch on both sides of the bed. Called and left messages for three different people and NO ONE has returned my call. Went into the store and they sent out a technician 10 days later. He agreed the mattress shouldn't be sagging like it is. Recieved a letter via email (from a noreply address) the next day that they don't see anything wrong with the mattress and will do NOTHING for me! They are hoping I'll go away, well I'm NOT!
Terrible unethical business! Never give them any of your money! You will regret it!
Paid cash for a kitchen table (1025.00) on 9/3/15 with pick up date of 9/5/15 otherwise I would purchase else where. Well it's 9/5/15 and no table! Manager Cynthia is the most sarcastic, uncaring person I have spoke with. I told her I would come pick up my cash refund and go elsewhere, she said good luck we mail refunds could be 2 weeks... well Cynthia we will meet tomorrow. Rude and useless !
Poor customer service
Bought a couch a year ago and the warranty for $69.99. Used the cleaning solution on an off white linen couch; (followed the directions on the box)as the solution dried it left a orange ring on the couch. I tested in an area where there was no spot and it did the same thing. Steinhafels did nothing for me and kept telling me I had to call GreenGard ...
