I went to Sterling Recruiting Solutions to find a job and they’ve offered me a driver job at Larry Johnson company. Thing is that I’ve worked for more than a year for that guy and this recruiting agency kept saying that there will be no problems with payment. Instead of that I’ve never got paid properly, there were always delays with salary payment… Not recommended.

Agreed. Can not recommend anyone doing business with a person who does not pay out for work that has been done for them. Watch out for all of these recruiting agency's. They are all the same:-( Again not recommended.
