Builder put house up for sale incomplete and signed agreement. I asked for clarity of items in kitchen before agreement and didn't receive them. However seller would not agree to meet any thing I asked change in kitchen, said it was too far along. I specifically do not want a white counter and got one anyway. Now I went to do a finale walk through and all Utilities have been shut off for some time. I could not see if anything worked. I should also note that none of the appliances were in there when I got the house but were still on order. The seller continually had open houses the entire time. NO screens on the New Pella Windows. None of them. The house was vacant looking. I wanted to pull out and seek an Attorney at this point. I felt nothing was right about this house. The back even has water running down from the drain creating a small trench/gully. This is clearly not a $498,000 house. Now I am being told to sign and withhold money from them to make them put screens on Windows that came with screens and test appliances that should already be tested/ready to use. Not to mention, all utilities turned on for use.
Desired outcome: They should complete the house and free me from this contract that has become so stressful. It is not the house I want or have the items I wanted in it. It clearly is not $498,000.
