What a rip-off! I ordered some items from here and when they arrived, the y were appalling - cheap quality and only half of the order actually arrived. I tried speaking with the owner of this pitiful outfit, but could not get any type of response, let alone an apology> I am now in the process of trying to get my money back through my card company. In my opinion, if you require stoic based items, find another supplier - this one is of very poor quality and you may well lose your money!
Ditto! I had exactly the same experience - what a waste of money. I asked for my money back and received a load of abuse. Such nasty people!
I had the misfortune of buying from this outfit as well. All i can say is, I wish I had not wasted my money - poor quality products and terrible customer "service."
Oh no! I wish I had seen this page before wasting my money with this pitiful company. I spent over £ 400.00 with them. When my package arrived - it took weeks, the contents were of such poor quality, that they were utterly useless. I have requested a refund but have yet to hear anything from them!
