I am a New Zealand resident and I was looking for Neopet cards for my son online. I found this site and they sold the virtual codes that can be redeemed on the Neopet's website. I decided to buy 1 to see how it would go, The site had a minimum buying amount of $30 so I upped my purchase to that amount. It said on the site that they were moving but as they would be delivering the codes via email I wasn't worried to much, but sent an email after making the order asking what sort of delivery time I could expect. I had no reply. In fact I heard nothing from these people at all. But the money was gone from my credit card. So I sent another email asking politely for some response, Still nothing. SO I looked up their phone number in the USA white pages and rang them - 15 times over a period of 3 days. No answer Just an answering machine, and yes I did ring during there opening hours and I checked the time zone conversion.

I finally sent a really ### email and I got a response within 2 hours. Saying that they were moving and that they had delays and that my order had now been cancelled. Thats was fine with me but my money has still not been refunded to my credit card.

My issue is firstly that they only replied once I got angry. They never once contacted me to say there was going to be a delay. And I gave them ample opportunity. And on top of this I still dont have my money back.

I dont know what to do.

This person is completely lying, he received a full refund immediately and was told his order was cancelled when his identity and and billing information could not be verified.

We at stop2shop.com take fraud very serious and this person refused to follow thru with the verification process so his order was cancelled and the refund was issued issued immediately.

So I think this person needs to check with his credit card company so he can see he received the refund.

This person has no issue except that they failed to verify their identity as the AVS (address verification system) was not supported for their credit card and they did not follow up with the necessary information to verify.

Hmmm...
Can't be sure who is the liar but I notice in the UK most companies are [censor] as they don't even bother to reply to emails. UK customer service is [censored]e. While companies treat customers like idiots, US stealing oil from Middle East, Arrogant PayPal [censor] limiting innocent people's accounts and breaking laws every day, banks and insurance companies ripping us off, people killing each other for silly reasons etc. The world is a mess and it is a good time for another Noah's Ark as humans are [censor] and don't deserve anything. Why can't we all just live in peace and share?

just ordered something from there a week ago by debit transaction still no cards tried calling nothing but an answering machine

I know my bank accounts good so what the heck. Never had to wait this many days for 2 cards from others. You would think they would be faster considering we live in florida as well

stop2shop sucks big time! if they ever rip you or anyone you know off just threaten to call the police and better bussiness bereau on this [censor] [censor]. thats what i did and he immidiatly refunded my money. everyone just save yourself the time and money and avoid this basement dweller.

Hi there ... i had direct debit deductions to pay off a hard drive i had purchased and completed that transaction so i continued to allow direct debits to be withdrawn from my account but was unsure how much i was in credit. Stop2shop were visiting homes in wanganui and thats how they did business, however I was not aware that these people no longer visited homes and they had failed to inform me of their changes. After checking with them regarding how much credit i was unable to get my money back because of their "no refund" policy so i asked them to send me a brochure on 6 occassions so that I could use up my credit, however they continually tell me that they will post it in the mail but it never arrived and the last phone call they said that they would email the brochure and still nothing has arrived. I believe fair go would be the obvious people to contact in this situation. This is definitely a fraud. This matter wont stop here and I will be investigating further.
