I have the username PHIL. I used this website CooMeet.com, on November 27 and 28, to have contact with girls. I paid for a premium subscription and had a total of $130 taken from my bank account. during the use of this site, I had several times, technical problems such as, for example, interruption of the video chat, during conversation with other members, gift box which does not work, amounts withdrawn from my bank account, without have my authorization.) I asked for help from Financial support and moderation support. I spent time explaining all my technical problems, for 2 days, which they did not resolve. I requested a refund for the amount taken, for the inconvenience caused. but Financial Support doesn't want to know anything and refuses to reimburse me. it is unacceptable and intolerable, it is a company that engages in fraud and blatant theft. she should be reported to the government and an investigation carried out. I am asking for a total refund of the money that this company stole from me in the amount of $130.
