On 12/3/2023 I paid for an essay service. I have used the same person in the pass for previous projects with good results. However this time I was not satisfied and I discussed my dissatisfaction with her. She and I agreed on a mutual refund. I was refunded immediately BUT the funds with to my credit account with Studybay. I have no intention on using their services again therefore I followed the instructions to withdrawal my funds from that account and be transferred back to my credit card used. That was initiated on 12/12/2023 I did receive a confirmation email that those funds should be credited back to my card with 7 business days. It is now 1/7/2024 and I have not received the funds. I have sent emails daily to Studybay with only excuses and was even told the funds were processed on 12/13/2024. I have tried calling for 3 days only to be on hold and then disconnected. I have been in contact with my bank and according to them no pending transactions from Studybay.
I JUST WANT MY REFUND!
