I bought a 2016 Ram Promaster in February of 2022. From day 1 I had nothing but problems. Here is a list of things the dealer had to take care of as per the 90 day Warranty, which by the way they tried to conveniently leave out of the paperwork at the time of signing and I had to have it put in.
1. Oil leak (fixed twice) 2. Driver door lock didn't work. 3. Radio didn't work. 4. Engine light warning (never fixed) I personally had to fix a leak in the front of roof. Besides these I just had a Transmission failure which cost me more than $7,000. Now the van is in the shop again because it wont start. I contacted the Salesman who passed me on to the Sales Manager, who then passed me on to the Service Manager. The final word was there is nothing they could do for me. This dealership sold me a lemon and it wouldn't be a surprise if they knew it. Oct of 2022
