I subscribed with Avusa for sunday times news paper to be delivered at my address, which is done properly, again thanks for the services rendered to me on that regard, but I have moved from the place where they deliver the news paper and i have not informed them upon my move and Today ([protected]), I spoke to a lady from Avusa(Sunday Times), telling them that i want to cancel my subscription reason being that i am not staying where they deliver the paper anymore, and i do not intend using the services, reason being that i am now able to buy the paper to the nearest garage, where i stay in Pretoria. But she refused, telling me that as per their Company rulesregulations they are not allowed to cancel any subscriptions unless it's at the begining of the year(January), but thata contradicts what they told me upon my subscription, because they said, i can only cancel a subscription a year later from the inception date of the subscription. i have been a loyal customer to them, i have even got them clients after my subscription, but this is how they thank me. Thanks, but no thanks, they can continue to deliver the paper on my old physical address, who ever stay there can read the paper.

I wish to know how come they're still deducting money in my account and yet havent received a copy since last year in August . I was called by Nkeletseng Tlatlane and exchanged quite a few emails too and this year even wrote the circulation Manager to no avail . She told me then at the time that my subscription was not expired and will be passing me credit for the other months, well to date none of those have happened the credit nor deliveries. I've asked to be emailed a detailed statement from the inception of my subscription, as every time you sent me an sms that you'll be crediting me for none delivery, yet come month they deduct or take the full amount. I've just tried calling them today and every time I get disconnect and have call rejected by third party on my screen. They don't reply any of my emails, so I'm running out of options, so will give this a try and then will have to think of other options.

i think Avusa, no actually i know for a fact that Avusa and its staff members are just unprofessional and incompetent bunch of people who keep deducting money from my account and failing to deliver the newspaper as per our agreement. I am angry and disgusted by this behaviour. You call them to complain and they promise to call you back which they never do. Somebody, anyone please help.
