Sunny Enclave review: use of loudspeaker at high pitch after 10 pm

I want to complaint against use of loudspeaker In sunny enclave different soceity or management and gurudwaras use loudspearker at high pitch. My son has examation . And i have to go to job . But at jagrans voice remain too loud to study or sleep after 10 pm.according to ppcb anyone cannot use loudspeaker near resident area after 10 pm.kindly stop the use of loudspeaker s at night .
