Scooter Depot US

CAUTION!
Do not purchase scooters, ATV or any motor type items from Sunny Sports Inc. - Scooter Depot US. I think this company comes in any names also?
I purchase a MC-2501 scooter from them back in August of 2008. I have made a many phone calls to get replacement parts and information. Of course all calls are on my nickel! As of this today I have NOT got any parts or manual. If you ask too many questions you will be put on hold or just hang up on. I try using the credit card company to support me, but this hasn’t work either! One thing is for sure! YOU BETTER HAVE A GOOD MECHANICAL BACKGROUND! You are going to spend more time off the scooter fixing it then on it. Don’t fall for the cheap and high mileage in the ad. It’s a trap to sell a piece of Chinese junk. Sunny Sports Inc. - Scooter Depot US it trying to put as many butts on these Chinese junk units as they can, before a Class Action Lawsuit is put in place. I’m taking to a lawyer right now about what avenues I can do here. IF ANY ONE IS INTERESTED ON JUMPING IN WITH ME ON A LAWSUIT, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS COMPLAINT. I’ll be checking “Complaint Board” daily.

Please hear me well. Sunny sports is a scam. I'm having a very hard time financially so I decided to invest in a scooter. Sunny sports inc. in chino cal. lied and lied and lied. Now I have a scooter that never ran and I'm told never will. They sold me a dummy.I dont know what to do. I took it to a shop and spent anothert 300 onit They said it was hopeless. Im so messed up now I dont know what to do. I'm a single parent and now I dont have any transportation and im so broke it hurts. I was told if I couldnt get reliable transportation I was fired. I mean Im in a desperate situation. I tried to take a chance and I got burnt. Now these people practically laugh at me when I ask what I should do. Someone please give me some advice. Thank you for listening and please dont become a victim like me and my family...James Oliver olivertwist@cox.net Cleveland ohio
I agree 100%...Sunny Sports is a bad bad bad bad company to deal with.
The bikes are weak and the materials they use are substandard.
The nuts, bolts and screws just fall off...the metal bends
What is even worse try getting parts of them...seven emails and five phone calls later I still have no parts just a broken down piece of [censored] bike.
Spend the extra coin and buy a second hand Jap bike...
I am ready and willing to join a suit against this company, "Sunny Sports, Inc."
Lets put a STOP to this rip-off company!
Greg
I agree we need to stop this company. I need help to file fraud charges against them. I had a scooter business and bought 26 scooters from them to resale, of the 26 I could only sell 9 . The remainder could not be sold because they, Sunny Sports did not have a iicense to sell them in Texas. Now I'm stuck with all these scooters and they have my money and won't take them back or return my money.

Are you still thinking about doing this? I bought one in 2012 and it is a piece of junk. I put about 400 miles on it and in that 400 miles it was in the shop twice. This is negotiating with a worthless instrument and should be prosecuted.
I purchase a Sunny Scooter on May of 2013. I have rarely used the scooter so now I am trying to sell it and it appears that the Vin # on the Original Certificate is not the same as the one on the Invoice. Therefore I cannot sell this item. I tried to call the number on the invoice and one number states that it is not functional and the other number leads you to applying for a medical Alert button.
I purchased a velocity scooter from them and it never worked properly and still won't run right. And everytime I try and call them it goes to some type of medical line...they should be prosecuted . Does anyone know how to reach any of the ###.
