My solar has been down since April. The company claimed that they had been trying to get a hold of me by phone. I hadn't received any messages on my home phone or cell phone. The only thing I could think of, was they was calling my deceased husbands cell phone and not the house phone. When finally got a hold of SunRun they connected me to Mr. Jerry Ferguson. He tells me that I had to transfer the solar into my name since my husband passed away. I did all of that and then they sent someone out to see what the problem was. He tells me that I needed a circuit breaker and that was in August. I've been calling and they keep telling me that they are having a hard time getting the part. Meanwhile I'm still paying the bill and I got a true up due next month for $2300.00 so far. Can you please help me, get them to fix the system.
