Problem; 2 burners were not able to be ignited with the knobs.
Burners needed to be manually lite with match sticks. Or firer lighters.
Young man, look at the problem, seem confused, unscrew all screws and took 2 burners apart, trying to assess the problem Was unable to put things back together. He had trouble putting the screw back on.
Now, I am unable to turn the dual large burner on. Gas escapes from the large burner. Now that is unsafe.
I am 94 years old.
Technion stated that this is a big project, and very costly to repair. However, for $590.00 it can be repaired. THIS IS A SCAM.
Desired outcome: Send capable technicion, repair, replace. I will pay for time, parts, up to $200.00 or pay me $200.00 to find another repair man.
